Lived here 53 years well kept neighborhood

My brother had over three houses here and as a constant guest I can see why they enjoyed there time in this neighborhood...go Historic Tours!!

Neighbors are a bit friendlier than in most Arizona towns but still hold one another at a distance unlike eastern United States culture. The homes are attractive and nicely maintained with well kept yards. Noise levels are extremely bad due to heavy traffic on 7th AVE and exiting and entering traffic to Interstate 10 and unusually loud and low flying airtraffic circling overhead.

Great place to wash your car

My friend lives here. ... 5 stars if the feral cats didnt rule the hood. Pasta neighbors on the bed and have the neighbors feed them protesting animal cruelty if you even try mentioning to get rid of them. On average they are three times the size of a normal puppy dog. You have to be careful when you let your dog out in your own backyard. Theyre vicious and they scratch, obviously they leave their bathroom messes everywhere and they destroy your property. They are not scared of humans. Also not scared of the humans is the regular guest sleeping under the bridge at the seventh Avenue entryway, not going to judge ones life circumstance, must complement for being far less harmful then the cats, equally messy.
