Whoever Director of Athletics is very unorganized and the Youth Basketball games are rarely on time or the time they have been originally scheduled for is incorrect even though that is the time posted on the schedule. Me and my family have had to wait 2 hours to watch my son play his Basketball game because the schedule will say the game starts at 1:00pm, then we arrive and then told the game time has been changed last minute and rescheduled for 3:00pm, mind u we were never notified and end up having to wait hours for the game to start. Could be put together much better and they need to communicate more with Parents and Family. Bit on a good note, teams are well put together and the kids always seem to have a good time playing and the coaches are pretty good and dedicated, Im speaking of the ones that show up regularly.

I grew up on the east side and frequented Eastlake park! They have lots of extra curricular activities for youth and adults some with no costs! And renting a room or Ramada there is easy and very affordable! The staff is great but Im partial to one staff member Veronikah Turner! Shes to the point, honest and resourceful and has been with Eastlake for most of my life. Eastlake park is the history of the East side of Phoenix and the best part of the community.

The summer camp director of this location should not be in charge of children. They called me at work and asked me to pick my son up and when I got there they had left with him and there was no one there to answer the door or answer the phone to tell me who took off with my son or where he was taken. I reported the incident to the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation and it took over a week of me calling everyday demanding to speak to someone in charge before anyone addressed the situation. I highly recommend the Longview Community Center over this one.

Baseball diamond needs maintenance work. Dirt areas are soft and during games are not safe for play. Too easy to dig holes at home plate circle, pitchers mound and bases. Bases come out of the fasteners during play.

Love this place and so does my son. I would love to see a play or something in the outside amphitheater. The park is clean and has several shaded tables. There a71864529 the park is a civic Center type place. I believe the prices were like $5 month for memberships I could be wrong. Regardless, its a place for kids to play inside with various activities.

This is a nice little park to take the kids. The playground has a few slides, a bridge and other areas to climb. The sign provides history on the park and explains why the alligators are here. It seemed clean and there is a tiny bit of shade to block the hot sun. There was also plenty of seating for the parents. Would visit again

Good looking park, and the history is amazing. I walked around it while i was waiting almost a half an hour for my bus to the airport. It appeared that there were public restrooms but i think i was there to early for them to be opened. There were people jogging and ive seen people doing plays on the amphitheater and it looks like there is a museum of sorts but again.. i was there to early for it to be open.
