The water felt great on a hot day. Unfortunately the hot cement did not. it was nice they had a bar there and food you could buy. Most of the kids were well-behaved there and plenty of lifeguards. Covid-19 masks not required. Lazy River was very relaxing.

Great place to cool off in the desert heat. Awesome bar with unique drinks and poolside appetizers. They have a lazy river, wave pool, 3 water slides, a volleyball pool and a 20 person hot tub. Very close to fun restaurants like Rustlers Roost.

So fun and pretty! Went on a weekday while kids are in school. Perfect.

We came from Las Vegas to Arizona to get away from Vegas & the quarantine... We took our 6 almost 7 year old to Oasis water park & honestly so many of the employees made our stay there so amazing! My daughter really wanted to go down the water slide but was a little scared & we probably went up and down the stairs 3 times before the very sweet lifeguard Ashley/Ash was hyping her up & making her so confident & brave to where she finally went down & she had a blast! She was in love with Ash & Ashley was really kind & sweet to my daughter!! We had a cabana & was trying to order food & having a little trouble (though no fault of them..we were not going to the right place) & the manager Tim was so helpful & got us extra waters and making us feel like VIP’s! Everyone went above & beyond for us & no joke all their employees were so kind & helpful! I’ll definitely be back & would give them 100 stars if I could!!

My family and I recently gave oasis a try for the first time. We rented and cabana for our 4 children. No love was put into it . It’s was very dirty. The best thing was cold water they gave us. The rug was beyond dirty. Left over dirty spoon on the floor from a group before us. Webs under the chair not to mention the furniture was dirty and stained up. Also the unit in there to help keep cool was blowing heat the whole time. We asked for a manger and never saw one. My kids enjoyed the water park itself but the cabana was definitely not worth what we paid. Definitely unsatisfied. If I could post pictures I would because I took plenty.

It is a very small park. It may be 7 acres but only has 3 slides. A very small splash pad and pool for the tots. Thankfully we were there on a slow day. So, no lines. Not much for kids in the age group not big enough for slides. (48”).

Great small water park our family had alot of fun. Food prices were super high though. Cost over $100 for 2 adults and 2 children.

Great water park for the family — there are options for all ages; large slides, small ones, lazy river, wave pool. The staff are super friendly, the facility is easy to navigate.My issues:-There aren’t any lockers-The food costs are more expensive than Vegas pools/resorts. I mean $13 for a basic hot dog (no fries, no drinks, nothing).Get your food costs down — otherwise increase their quality and portion sizes.

Had SO much fun at Oasis. Best part was the Lazy River which we enjoyed several times and could have done several more rounds. Food and drinks are available at resort prices or you can bring in snacks which worked better with kids in tow. Stayed at Arizona Grand Resort and it was just a few steps to the entrance of Oasis. Made for a wonderful vacation, cant wait to return.

Great place to bring the family. would give it a 5 star but it was poorly designed for being out in the middle of the desert. Walking path around the pools get so hot that if you dont wear shoes youll burn your feet!

Let me just Begin by giving my complete and 100% honest opinion we decided to last minute book a staycation it was for my daughters 10th birthday we ended up speaking to somebody over the phone which was so polite we were absolutely excited as the star rating with 4.4... so we did not expect anything like what Im about to explain. It was really nice that they had a First Responders deal I ended up saving about $30. Upon checking and after waiting in line we got there a little early which it was great that they got us in a lot earlier than expected we checked in about 12:30 p.m. while in line to check in I got up to a lady in a green shirt she was very nice upon coming up and getting ready to check in never once in my reservation over the phone was I told that I could not have my husbands information to check in when I let her know the last name for the room...again I gave my husbands name when making the reservation so I would have thought that I would at least been given a warning the... not I didnt, she (manager/lady in green) proceeded without asking what was the last name and if I had the card on hand which I did...mind you my husband and I share the same last name, we have the same address on file and we have joint checking and saving accounts to say the least began saying that he needed a check in because me having his card was against the law and it could be identity theft or fraud I have no idea where we went from checking in to our reservation into fraud. What amazes me the most was that she was the manager and handled this awful... she definitely made me feel very uncomfortable while checking in as I did notice that she did not make a big deal about other spouses going to check in with their husband or wife IDs and cards on hand. After she noticed I was clearly getting irritated since I had my ID, debit card that the room was booked under and confirmation email for the stay....she then asked me to go back to the beginning of the line when finally said if I could have a picture of my husbands ID sent since COVID and all we did not bring a larger crowd since my husband had to stay with the kids..again she did ask me to wait in the growing line then realized she was being unfair...and said I could come back up to the front once I had his ID, i found very amusing again that a manager treated me like this....Upon checking in, the room looked great, 2 TVs 2 queen beds, the mini livingroom and kitchen table all looked good.... however once we decided to come back to sleep we realized the air conditioner was not working properly, we requested a fan because the kids were tired and half naked since it was hot... when the fan came we were still hot but at that time it was past 12a and we decided to not even bother as the guy on the phone didnt care too much... they asked if we wanted someone to come look....but again kiddos were out and half dressed. We slept in so much sweat and finally decided to go, to say the least we paid just about 300.00 for a 1 night stay and got zero sleep.... the water park was nice but not worth $300.00.... we wanted a nice birthday weekend and my birthday girl was miserable in the hot room. So disappointed, I work in an ER, my daughters birthday was that day! And we did not expect anything like this....we just wanted a fun weekend.

The Oasis water park at Arizona Grand Resort was the best time weve had at a local place in a long time. We booked a daycation through resort pass and were not dissapointed! Our Cabana was perfectly placed next to wildcat springs splash pad where I could easily watch my kids play when I wanted to be out of the water. The wave pool, slides and lazy river were great too. Our server, Miki was very attentive and the portions of food were large enough to share! We will be planning another visit here soon!

Great place to enjoy AZ summers

Immaculate, spacious and very private. This was the perfect home for our work / weekend vacation. The pool and spa are a dream. Everything is fully enclosed by a retaining wall for complete privacy. The interior was beautifully remodeled and furnished, quiet and very comfortable. Id stay here before Id stay in any hotel next time Im in the Phoenix area - even if it means a bit more of a drive.

Facilities are available for all ages toddler to adult. Service for the cabanas is outstanding, and adds to the experience.

We had the pleasure of meeting the young man at the water park, and we also met Brenda from room service. This is a fun water part. Very clean and lots of staff running around taking orders and being helpful.

Perfect family outing for all ages

They won’t let you be outside a tube in the lazy river, the entire ground is hot in the day, and the pool is very average, much like the rest of the water park.

Its a smaller waterpark than some, but still plenty to do. Three are 3 tall, fast slides, a fast moving lazy river, and pools to play in. Plenty of chaise lounges and shaded areas available, but go early for the best spots. They provide towels, which is a nice touch. The park was very clean. Expect amusement park prices for food and drinks, but portions were generous. We had a great time here!

Best place to have a staycation for sure! Love how the areas are sectioned out. The kiddie area is great as well as the lazy river I think was our families favorite part. The drinks and food you can get there are great, they are a bit pricey but the taste is definitely worth it.

Went on a Tuesday and had the place to myself! Best lazy river in town! Try the generous chicken nachos.The scary dead drop water slide will scare and amaze you! Warning; you may need help retrieving your bathing suit bottom from a part of your anatomy! Relaxing and fun day.

Had a great time here! Our waitress was amazing! The options of what to do can come just about anyone. The Lazy River was fun, our crew dominated the slides!

I would recommend this place. The waterpark is solid for a US resort. The only recommendation I have is consider something else as a flotation device for the lazy river. Kids at or just under 48” spend most of the time trying not to drown fighting with the tubes. Look at some smaller flotation devices.

Very nice and beautiful place. The food was WAYYYYY overpriced. About $8.50+tax for a small portion of fries. The cheeseburger was over $15, did not enjoy it at all. Was forcing myself to finish it because I spent over $15 for it. The chicken tenders were pretty decent, my brother and sister enjoyed them. Id definitely come here to relax and swim again but will stay away from the food this time.

This is an aging water park that still keeps the charm, me and my family of 4 enjoyed the whole 4 hrs we spent there and would love to go again soon

Tons of fun!! Played water volleyball for hours. Pool needs resurfacing bc my toes were tore up. But the place is worth the price!!

Did not go inside, but walked around it. We have a rez there this summer and wanted to check it out. Not sure we want to do the $200 Cabana, as it appears to not be as close to the pool as we thought

This place is pretty awesome. The resort is starting to show its age on the outside. Our room had a stain on the rug and on the ceiling. The water park is new and awesome. I would rate it 5 stars if the stains werent there and the food prices werent so expensive. There is nothing at the oasis for under $5. Just about anything is $8-$10. Even an order of fries is $9. A soft serve icecream cone almost $10. Its worth it to leave and come back if you can. They dont allow outside food or drink so you could have anything delivered to your room. Beers are $9 for a can. Mixed drinks are $12-15

Great water and pool area! Well kept and clean grounds. However theres never enough staff for pool side orders the menu is limited and always the same. Outside snacks are not permitted which complicates food orders even more or visits with kids on dietary restrictions or just picky eaters in general will find challenges with the limited menu.Bar, it is a good size and well stocked but again the low staffing will increase your wait times for drinks. Pool side refills or re-orders will be next to none as there is just not enough team members or staff to assist with your order.

Cool place when you want to relax a min or two. Its not a true water park, but really family friendly

My kids and I came today to enjoy swimming with friends. We did not realize we needed reservations, says nowhere on the website, and as a result my kids (6 and 8) left in tears. We are from out of town, this would be their first water park, they literally squealed when we pulled into the parking lot. They were excited for the water park and their friends and then told they aren’t allowed to enter bc of an unadvertised policy of reservations. We even brought it to a manager and were told no, the kids can’t even play for an hour as we counted 53 ‘tagged’ patrons leave. We were ready to pay for a full day just to be able to enter for an hour. This place has no heart or humanity. Dragged two very sad kids back home. Companies need to learn a little outstanding service would go a long way.

The lazy river and wave pools level of chlorine in the water to where you so strongly could smell it and eyes burned was awful. Slides were a lot of fun though.

Fun for the family

I bought 5 tickets for my girlfriends and I to come to the pool for a girls day out/small bachelorette party. Mind you i have never been to this resort or this pool before this trip.It cost $60 per ticket and each drink was $14.00 and the food was overly expensive.My girlfriends and i had about 5 drinks a piece and all ordered food.IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND 15 MINUTES FOR ME TO GET NACHOS!! my entire party already had there food for 4t before I recieved mine and the order was wrong!The amount of children was ridiculous! I dont mind kids but how dare you charge $60 a ticket to get into a resort pool with overpriced drinks and food and no relaxing time at all.I will never go back there again.

My experience at the Oasis was wonderful! I felt so relaxed on the lazy river. As for food, the nachos were good, but can feed an entire family of 4 or more. So I know the prices seem more expensive, but when you see the size the cost equals itself out. Also the mudslides were so refreshing!This is a great family venue.

Though crowded on the summer day we went, not stuffed to over-capacity. Easy to navigate and good for all ages. The lazy river is awesome and the slides were a hit with our family. Lots of places to sit, lots of refreshments available and a nice atmosphere.

Good pool time with a resort price on food and drinks

Dont waste money on a Cabana. We spent two days here and the first day we got a Cabana. It was far away from the slides and lazy river where our kids spent the day. The ac didnt work at all. Service at the Cabana was non existent until our waiter changed out at the end of the day. Second day we setup under the shade by the lazy river and it was awesome, service was way better and didnt have to trek across the burning ground. The water slides are awesome and the lazy river is nice for cooling down.
