On a Thanksgiving trip to Phoenix with my daughters, we decided to try for a balloon ride and the only day we were free was the next day - Thanksgiving. It was amazing that Aerogelic had openings for us on the sunrise flight. The pilot and crew were all kind, helpful, and informative. We flew with two other groups of two. A crew member joined us to provide enough weight. So glad that it wasnt totally full as this space felt very comfortable during Covid times. They also took pictures of us, which came out great. We had a wonderful flight and went longer than anticipated bringing us back to the takeoff spot - almost to the exact ground location. It concluded with a champagne/apple juice toast! My only issue was I allowed myself to get drawn into a political discussion - while polite and friendly, I felt it distracted me from all the peace and beauty. (I take responsibility for joining in.) I definitely recommend this company and taking in this wonderful experience! This was a bucket list item - checked off. And we learned that it depends on the wind is the answer to everything! LOL

Wonderful experience! The pilot and crew were very helpful, informative, friendly, and professional. Im 70 yrs old and they helped me get in and out of the basket - very considerate! I would certainly recommend Aerogelic Ballooning to ANYONE!

The staff here was very nice! I was visiting PHX for a birthday and one of the things on my lists was to ride a hot air balloon. While everywhere else was booked, Heather helped me find an early morning flight just hours before. Mind you, this all happened in the middle of me boarding at 9pm the night before. She was kind, patient, and so accommodating.

Should have listened to all the one star comments... Should have listened to the poor reviews.... What a disappointment. So many other options in the area. Live and learn huh ?

I love this company. All of their staff and crew members were so kind. This is the place to go if you want to have a great time with your loved ones. It was a wonderful experience and wouldnt think twice about choosing them again. The pilot was hilarious and kept us entertained the whole time. Not to mention the pictures you get to take:)

Otherwise, look for other businesses to fulfill your dream and not be disappointed.Ballooning with this company was a birthday present for my wife. It never happened. The company canceled the flight  twice at the last moment.The first cancellation happened late in the evening the night before the scheduled sunrise flight. They called and reported that they did not have the required number of paying customers. They had days to inform me that the 4 person minimum was a problem but waited until late at night to call. Okay, this situation can happen and I gave them a second chance to fulfill my reservation. We agreed on the next day and time of flight. My wife and I adjusted our plans for this time.The second time, the flight was canceled literally 2 hours before the appointed time. We were almost in the car to leave for a 1 1/2 hour drive to the meeting place of flight.Need I say that I am extremely unhappy and my wife was just as unhappy? It was so unpleasant to be so disappointed. Now I still have to spend time on a refund. At this point, I am not certain I will even get a refund since this company is so unreliable. I may have to dispute the charge with my credit card company.My experience with this company is extremely negative. I highly recommend not entrusting your dream to these unprofessional hands.Addition comments after Companys response: This companys response is as despicable as their service. They were the provider and they get much of their business through a third party provider. This balloon company is the one who called and cancelled the first flight and then called the second time to cancel the second flight not the booking company. These were two perfect days for flying with absolutely no weather concerns. I was annoyed with this company before but now I will be on a mission to tell anyone I know contemplating a balloon ride about these guys.

Absolutely loved our experience with this company, the pilot, Shane, and his colleague, Charlie. Shane is so funny and skilled and was able to finally put me at ease even though i was terrified of the height!!! We had such a great experience, and our flight lasted much longer than the competitor companies that lifted off at the same time as us. And, to top it off, Shane chose a different path because he didn’t want to show us anything “boring”. 10/10 experience, we hope to see Shane and Charlie again next year when we visit!

I understand a cancel, it happens. Weather, natural disaster, unexpected things come up that is life... the way it was handled was appalling. We had 3 people, they said it was not enough, not worth their time.We called another service in the area, they were happy to take our money and give us a ride :)

Shane, Jordan and their crew were great. Not sure about Mikes experience below, ours was absolutely amazing! I saw a lot of Bucket List Rainbow Ryders ballons that took off before us land before us, we got more air time, flew farther and flew high baby!! So glad we booked with Aerogelic instead. I would definitely book them again!

They are by far the best balloon riding service providers in the area. Very professional, excellent in reading the weather conditions and also good with their history. Served best with a side of humor.While all other balloons in the area quickly descended citing lack of favourable wind conditions, Aerogelic took us up to a higher altitude for an overall in-air durationof over an hour.The champagne and snacks provided over sunset provided the perfect view I wanted to gift my fiancé who was more than elated with the overall experience. Couldnt have made her any more happier.

Prices are unbelievable, service is terrible. Too many other options to deal with these people.**Update** of course none of these people were customers. Youre company is complete trash... hints they WERENT CUSTOMERS... even your responseaycjes your quality...garbage

Love Love this company ! We had the best experience ever and Shane our pilot was the best !! Hes super sexy and funny too . It was our first time ever on a Hot air balloon and he was very knowledgeable explaining things to our family and answering any questions we had.It also topped the whole experience off with the champagne toast and cheesecake . Highly recommend this company not to mention ladies if your single the pilot is definately eye candy ;)

Flight got canceled due to weather conditions which is totally understandable. When I called to get a refund I got hung up on by Shane. I called back again and he literally told me that he doesnt want to help me and that he feels bad for my relationship with my girlfriend which is none of his business. Completely unprofessional and customer service is literally trash. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Sean and the crew were great. Flight was amazing and beautiful we flew over and between some hills and valleys. Very professional and great people.

This was my first flight, and it was spectacular. Shane and crew were just great, and it was amazing to learn how a balloon is flown. Shane and crew were very excited about the weather/wind conditions, saying this was a rare opportunity and it would be a really great flight. It was epic. Shane took us low through the hills to get to Lake Pleasant, and then dipped the basket in the water! It was so cool... The AZ skies gave us a beautiful sunset and again it was just a wonderful, wonderful flight. Thank you so much!

This was an amazing experience. We went during the morning flight and had amazing views. Very peaceful and I felt safe the entire trip. The pilot was very very knowledgable. It was great learning about the history of the hot air balloon after the ride. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to take a hot air balloon ride.

It was a great experience. However we felt like the pilot was lacking in professionalism. Firstly by texting and talking on his cellphone during the duration of the drive and antagonizing the other pilots during the flight. The whole trip was more focused on talking about what the other pilots in the vicinity were doing wrong. A part from that the views were great and he did get us there safely. A more reassuring demeanor (rather than repeatedly commenting on how tricky the flight was that day) and a briefing at the start of the trip would have gone a long way in making it a more enjoyable ride.

This was my first time taking a ride in a hot air balloon and Ive gotta say it was a really cool experience! Our flight was just outside of Phoenix in Glibert, Arizona and it really looked gorgeous from a mile up. Our pilot was Keith and not only was he friendly and knowledgeable but he was also extremely patient with my group, who ended up being about twenty minutes late due to some family issues. If youre thinking about a hot air balloon ride I cannot recommend these guys enough, theyre worth every penny.

Shane is an amazing pilot, taking us sailing over, and through, the Sonoran Desert landscape, filling us with information on the flight. His expertise in getting us down and landing safely was impressive. Jeremy was right there when we landed, tracking us through a maze of cul-de-sacs to help bring us down. The professionalism of both was exceptional inspite of it being one of the most challenging landings Shane has ever done.It was wonderful hearing the story of ballooning, as told by Shane, he really loves what he does, and the champagne and snacks tradition afterward was classic. This was a first experience. We had a great, memorable time with Shane, our very competent pilot, who also served as tour guide. When you go, bring a hat to buffer the heat from the burners.
