Great place to stop for a bathroom break on the Greenway bike path. Welll tended bathrooms and playscape. A few benches and picnic tables. A very large open space on the south side of the wash- great for kite flying. North side of the Wash has athletic fields and work out stations. Metal benches need repair or replacement.

I take both my dogs here (only took one with me today) and we play, do sprints in between the workout equipment, then while my dog or dogs rest I do a few sets on the steel challenge equipment. I love it. It large and well maintained. Plenty of trees for shade in the summer time also. Bring your own water, the water fountains are sparse, there may only be the one but Im not sure. There is a nice large jungle gym for kids here too as well as tennis courts and a basketball court. Very nice area.

The swings would be even better with some shade. Construction going on was a bit annoying but understandably I get they are renovating the basketball court. Not a great view of the big park from the tables.

I was at the park yesterday from 7 am to 9 am. The restrooms were locked and the water foutains didnt work. It was 113 degrees in Phoenix yesterday and 95 degrees when we left. There were city employees on site yesterday so it is even more disappointing. Other than that, the park appears clean and well kept.

This is a great park! The playground equipment is well maintained as are the exercise stations around the park. It has both wood chips and sand, and the bridge there is very exciting when you are a toddler. The playground is not fenced in so kids who are prone to wandering need a little more monitoring, but it is still a fun place today.

We live close by Moon a Valley park. The park is always clean and in good order. The rest rooms leave something to be desired for cleaning. Several times the patrons have been less than desirable as well though you cant hold the park accountable for this. My family and I always have a good time here.

This is a nice neighborhood park. They recently re-did the playground area with more play areas and more covered, shade areas. The park is divided into the two parts. One has the swings, basketball, volleyball, playground, parking, and restrooms. The other part is open areas used as soccer fields, picnic, and running loop. These two areas are divided by a wash.

Review №66

Sometimes they call this the grasshopper bridge Park because theres a foot Bridge that looks like a grasshopper. The park is good for all kinds of activities, theres tennis courts, public restrooms, a big playground and soccer goals. There are also gazebos and barbecues if youd like to have a picnic. An Arroyo divides the park into two; on the north side, it is wide open, big enough for about four soccer fields. And on the south side is where you will find parking as well as the public restrooms. The park is surrounded by a nice neighborhood and theres a Catholic Parish, right next door.

First of all, its bigger than you think. Go over the bridge and theres a whole other section. A lovely walking path goes for miles and miles both North and South. It has restrooms a nice playground the parking is on the South Side so its a little bit hard to find but well worth the trip. B natural wash is densely filled with vegetation and provides a lot of cover for quail and birds even a hawk bunny rabbits and who knows what else is in there.

Lovely park! The play area has woodchips on the ground instead of sand (though there is still a sandy area with a climbing structure in it). We went on a morning after it rained. I took a towel and wiped down all the slides and sitting places. My little one and her friend had a great time. We had the park to ourselves for about an hour. But even as it got busy it was still tons of fun. Lots of shaded areas and trees. Great place to play. There are also a few exercise stations if you want to exercise. And there are bathrooms!

Love this park, just wish there was a cover over the swings. It is mostly bark by the play equipment, but there are two sand areas (one shaded) where my kids love to play. Some of the benches are not super convenient for watching kids do I typically end up standing out just sitting on the ground but we love it anyway.

The park has a nice walking trail, tennis court, basketball court, BBQ areas, and plenty of open space to just run around, kick a ball, play fetch with your dog etc. Lots of people like to have picnics here when the weather is great in the fall, just bring a blanket, your food and kids bikes/scooters for a fun filled afternoon. Its well maintained, very clean.Theres also Sandy area that kids are always drawn to,fun for sand castles.

Love this park. No sand which is nice because woodchips dont get so hot and are softer to fall on. It has a bridge and trail with excersises all along the path. Plenty of room to sit, tennis courts, basketball courts, bathrooms and 3 sections to the play ground w plenty of shade.
