Great place to retire. I have been there for nearly nine years and the place is growing on me. Theres a lot of wonderful people and a lot of activities for someone that wants to stay active

For an older 55+ community, the people, views, and amenities are truly a 5 STAR experience for senior living.

Great people. Alot are Eagle members. Love the pool. The whole place is a nice place to call home!

We love this place. All the staff are awesome. Love everyone I have met. Great amenities and I love that I can walk out the gate and hike or bike.

Its pretty here and they have lots of activities for my grandma to do with her friends around the park. Its a cute place.

My mom lived here for many years all of them were stressful and unhappy. The staff in the office are horrible and the guard at night attacked my mom and kept his job! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

Very friendly and helpful people. From the first visit, we were impressed by the overall cleanliness of the park, and the apparent pride owners took in their spaces. We have since decided to move here, and those initial impressions continue to be reinforced. This is a nice place to live.

Nice quiet community,it looks clean through out the neighborhood, looks affordable too. If I was a senior citizen I would definitely take a peek at this place. The activity center in it is really nice. Pool area, its close to shopping and restaurants.Also its near freeways and 7th street which will take you directly into downtown for those who like to get out...

I live there I’ve lived here for three years and I love it because it’s quiet walk my dog I get to see the mountain we have a pool and a fitness room nobody bothers nobody everybody gets along I love it here

A vacation for the ones who have the time to live on vacation. Great people in a great place with great management. Sales and staff.

Park is so clean even though it hosts older mobile homes. Great amenities and activities. The pool and hot tub immaculate. The staff welcoming. The residents were like a family.

I stumbled upon Holiday Spa while driving on Cave Creek Rd and drove in to see what was here. What a nice surprise. We have the Phoenix Mountain Preserve as a backdrop and wild birds and quail who visit regularly. Ive lived here for 10-years now and love it. Its a hidden gem.

This is a nice place to be. The spaces are rather cramped and small, but facilities are kept clean and in good condition. The residents are friendly and the views are a plus. Surrounded by low mountains and curving roads, it is much different than most of the Phoenix area.

My friend was in the hospital when he asked me to help him find a place in there -the one I found for him had a bid on it - it was perfect for him so I told them to please call me if something happens. They did & he got it - I drive around there a lot to give him rides to the store etc & I have met the sweetest nicest people ever ! The staff was so helpful to Me & to him as he forgets to do certain things at times :( If I didnt have a home & could pay the lot fee I would live there in a heart beat * such a sense of community there !!!

Super awesome RV and Mobile Park

Ive been around for awhile. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Its clean, Ive met some really nice people. The mountain site is extremely beaut8ful and the pool all season round

New manager is excellent! Community policing and cleanliness shows. Great pool/whirlpool and community center. Laundry facilities and community events.

Gated community, exercise room, club house etc. Peaceful mornings, lots of birds out

I have lived here since 2007 and love it. Some of my favorite hiking and mountain bike trails are right outside my back door. I know all my neighbors and have the sense of living wirhin a small friendly town, while nestled inside the big City of Pboenix.

Place is clean. Management ignores you after you buy a home. Need more available manager . dont even know who you are. gated community is not always secure and wide open on weekends.

I have lived here with my wife for over 7 years. Nice, quiet place to live.

A friend of a friend stays there. Im impressed with the grounds very clean.

Bought unit site unseen May 2015. Park was highly recommend by close friend who lives here. Mistake #1 bought site unsean. These units are generally old and in need of some work. Make sure the price fits the condition of the unit. Most people here are very nice and they strive to take care of what they have. Others are trashy. My experience is: trashy cluttered trailer outside equals Bad Noisy Neighbor. If the unit next door doesnt look like something you would live in, BEWARE! Trashy Neighbor tend to have more (barking) dogs than Park Rule allows and are a true cause for concern. Staff seems to work hard, but some basic park rules seem to go by the wayside. Several Non-Age qualified people are living in the park by means of scamming the system, which generally are spoiled grown children of parents who should not have had any; and generally chemically dependant in some way. The awesome Pool, Spa, Billard Tables, Gym, Wilderness Area, Etc are excellent, and generally lightly used. Ive seen the same problems here in upscale neighborhoods. As with anything; let the buyer beware. In my case, I wished Id taken more time and located inside this park in a different unit. If your the trashy/ clutter sort with loud dogs, come see me about buying. You can move right in between others just like yourself; and bring your loud adult brat and their friends with you; youll love it here.
