Since the new owners took over, it has really become a slum.

Fantastically maintained, quiet and private gated community. Amenities INCLUDE; year-round heated pool and hot tub, a beautiful clubhouse, ((that can be used for private babyshowers or birthday parties))alongside weekly community Bingo and Potluck Dinners, a common room and community kitchen, and weight room. Most of the park and ALL Amenities HAVE BEEN UPDATED & REMODELED THROUGHOUT 2017-2018.

Showed up twice at the park to view the spaces available and to submit application (including $35 app fee). Staff was friendly and helpful. Park looked well maintained, and quiet. Still waiting to hear from staff. Hoping to be a community member. Fingers crossed.

It seems that everyone is watching up, but no one wants to help and there pricing on selling there beyond oldest Mobile homes with a 0 .00 resale value. Then they charge you a monthly lot rent. What a joke. Also it seriously looks like a gravesite gone bad. They should know have the front landscaping should be only plants, flowers and if they have trees they need to get them trimmed neatly. Then they can do what they want in the back of the trailer. I would get it cleaned up and more customer oriented. Your occupancy would be a higher percentage

Its a nice place for elderly people can retire

The only good manager we have had was David he cared and was espectful to all. Wish he was here. Regional manager has no people skillsAnd walks right past you and wont even say. Never smiles.My friends Ive met here are great. We watch out for each other. Their the best. Some well you know. I love my house but they keep raising our rent .With nothing in return. But other than that we love itWe have a great maintenance man willing to help anyone of us.

Great park.. horrible management. Have to agree with Mr Kale...and Mr Bates, if youre saying you didnt hear any complaints at that grand re-opening.. youre either deaf or lying. Is no secret people in this park been complainimg about your regional manager pretty much since shes been here! The fact that you totally disregard any of that, just shows your support and likeness of her behavior. And who you calling nonresident in your comments to Kelly? What you people did to them is prime example of the extent your company willing to go to! Hang on to your documentation folks! Successful reopening? Is just more of the same ole same IPG.

Nice park... management company inept, including current manager. Visit here often, and the reviews posted by that Kathleen lady and E Maldonado, are friends .. maintenance guy is about worthless and is son of Maldonado. They are right about one thing though, regional is a piece of work! Would never buy a place here .. unless it was sold to different company that cares about its home owners. Hard to find in “corporate owned” parks.

Iv lived in other parks that were so hands on one couldent sneeze without getting a rite up, I think this park has a fine ballance, the residents are freindly and mostly stick to there own business.The park is open and airy.No worries, life is good !

I am happy to be here love Arizona but how this facility is run is sad i had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman named David who works for the company who was a great help and very informative

Regional manager Vanice Coronado is very unprofessional and fraudulent. She will cheat you out of the park and steal you home. Nobodies ever in office. They say no relatives can work here and yet theyre all related. Maintenance man does nothing but ride the golf cart and smoke cigs, worse part he throws butts everywhere. Pool is suppose to be heated its wasnt all winter. The park is sad and tired. Laundry room on site is filthy dirty washers dont wash and dryers dont dry. Dont waste your money. They remodeled few months ago but no ones keeping up on maintenance. They say Gated the gates open all day and all nite sometimes days or weeks. Nobody from Villa Carmel management cares. Vanice and her crew are horribly unprofessional lazy and rude.

My Grammie lives here. Staff was friendly. Residents seem to be friendly as well. Almost every neighbor that I cross paths with will greet me or wave hello and good bye. I appreciate that.

Eliminated 55 Older rule so scum and vermin moved in and the older retied people are moving out. Dont. Move there.
