The office staff is amazing. Amenities give this a resort style feel. Looking forward to making friends with the residents.

The Manager Sue at this Park is absolutely the worst person to work with when trying to sell your mobile home here. Not only does she not return calls she doesn’t return emails as well. Trying to sell my Grandmothers home here was the WORST experience ever and the Buyer trying to qualify with the Park was treated terribly by Sue. Do not buy or move into this Park until they remove the Property Manager Sue

Review makes you place at least 1 star... but this is 5 stink weedsPast reviews are correct. Management bullies the elderly. Main Management is out of Chicago (and couldnt care less) and other local mobile home reps refuse to sell properties in there due to local management. Expensive, run down, even sewer lines not maintained - up to the home owner per mgt (on leased land? really??) the State of AZ needs to step in and take over. DO NOT LET YOUR ELDERLY LOVED ONES LIVE HERE.

If you like mobile homes thats one of the spots you can go

Very sad experience .Shannon did not inform me my credit score had to be above 600 she took my $100 for the application without telling me that just to keep my money .my score was 590 .we were treated pittifully.do not buy anything here they go up on your lot rent every year its now 800.and the lots arent even that big.total rip off and if you already live here and want to purchase a different home in the park you will have to be approved all over again and youre present lot rent will go up .current lot rent is at least 800 month just for the lot to park your homethese people lie like hell.tell some one thing then tell someone else different story.im glad we wont be living here theres much better out there SUSAN isnt worth 2 cents doesnt handle issues there says she dont want to get involved .COWARD

I love living here. It is quiet, clean and no crime♡

The management is terrible there and I think she bullies the elderly! They need to fire her and stop letting her treat people so badly!
