Having lived here in one way or another since 1987 I can say this is a pretty good place to live. I do miss the social activities that ended way before Covid, but things do change. The rent is raised every year but not to the point where I wonder why. Water, trash, sewer all the costs associated with that rise every year and so our rent does as well. Michelle the Manager is very polite and helpful. All in all not a bad place to live.

I just read they threw out a Disabled out of that Paridise Shawdows moblie park. I will cross that off my list of a family like park

I lived there for a year. The rent goes up yearly. They evicted a disabled senior citizen and I am now homeless. Owners and management are HEARTLESS and LIARS!!!! I did everything to jump through hoops for them and they still evicted me. If you are smart, you will stay away from this horrible horrible place.

Visited my grandparents, who have a mobile home here. The part has a nice pool and is well-maintained.

Very clean and well kept. Residents are friendly and happy.
