They chased Costco away. No there is no reason to go there

Its very well kept and quiet and the people are friendly and keep to themselves but also look out for one another

After going several months with no proper upkeep, the area finally has some people mowing the lawn and cleaning up the place (a little bit anyways). However theres never anyone at the office, and the only way to get ahold of anyone is to leave a message and wait for them to call back. Overall service has improved, but its still not great. As for the general neighborhood, while the people within the community are quite nice, outside the mobile park theres typically 1-2 gunshots a week, so be advised, not the safest place to live.

The park has a new management company, they don’t keep things taken care of at all. The entire community is overrun with spiders. The grass is ridiculously tall. The rent is high. They can’t be bothered to return phone calls. This is a horrible experience as a renter.

This place has the most absolutely rude management and employees Ive ever dealt with. They are extremely racist and get country quickly, if those two even mix. Something under lying is going on there cant quite put my finger on it but would rather steer clear.I must add, was treated poorly as guest of a tenant .. repeatedly! I dont think employee had any idea that Id be the one reviewing their park.

Quiet and clean

I recently inquired about moving in this park. The manager was very affable and explained the improvements the park is undergoing. The MY I looked at was really better than I expected. And you can live in this park for less than $700 a month if you qualify. (I did not). They were so nice I couldnt be upset at not getting approved. Its small and quiet and has a cute small pool and clubhouse for bbq s etc.

Nice neighborhood

Theres swimming pool is fixed! I have a friend who lives here very quiet place as long as youre driving for miles an hour or under through the park itself. Otherwise youre going to have a lot of people screaming at you to slow down but theres nothing wrong with being a little extra safe around children they have a great maintenance Crew as well

Nice place, low prices

They have done a great job so far with getting rid of all the rundown unlivable trailers and replacing them with nice new ones. Has the potential to be a nice mobile home park and is in a great location.
