I stayed for approximately three months at Paradise Valley Ranch. The facilities were superb. Karen and her husband made me feel very welcomed and ensured I was settled in. The park is very quiet and peaceful with plenty of amenities in the local area. The rates were reasonable and I had no problems at all during my stay. Perfect for my needs. Thank you Karen for making my stay comfortable!
The owner takes pride in the appearance of her facility. Many older trailers but in good condition. Hot tub & pool. Bathrooms really small. A really heavy weight person would not fit into the shower area. Owner was honest & forward re the rules. Nearest dog parks about 6 blocks away
I have been here 5 months.Steve directed us right into our spot, awesome job,he knew what he was doing. Its an awesome place to stay. The property is kept up,the pool is always clean and well kept, quiet all day and night.I dont even want to leave....if we get to Arizona again,Im coming here...Love you both Karen and Steve, thanks for making my stay so awesome
This is a mobile home park that has extra spaces so they are renting them out to RVers. They will assign you a spot and tell you to back in. The gentleman who tries to help you back in stands behind your RV ( so you cant possibly see him) and makes random gestures that have no meaning. Then they get mad and start screaming because you didnt do what they said. Since you cant see him and hes making random gestures, there is no possibility to do what he says. I watched an experienced RVer hit objects because of him. As near as I can tell this is there park improvement plan: They make you hit things and make you pay for it. The damage to your motor home is your fault, too. There is no internet unless youre at the office. The only bathroom is at the office. If youre truly brave look up at the electrical lines which are a big wad of wire and scary stuff. I cant imagine half of the electrical is legal.Im told this place is under new owners/ management. So maybe theyre just new and havent got the hang of it yet. But do you really want them to learn on your time, your money and your motor home?
Great senior mobile home/RV park. Friendly management. Close to shopping and required facilities. Reasonable rent for the area. Only 6 miles to the Mayo Clinic.
Awesome place to live. Love it there, Ron
The managers here are not very nice and seem to be intrigued with drama. They are not that professional and go by word of mouth instead of facts. There are a few residents that complain about anything and everything.I feel the park handles matters unprofessionally (particularly the male manager)This park is 55+ and make big ordeals if you have family members under 55+ come visit.I do not see how it is fair for a handful of residents who are under 55 to live there but forbid loved ones to visit or stay at their families home.In my eyes, it is clearly discriminationOne positive attribute I can say is the park is not full of trash or run down.
Just moved into park seems pretty cool and quite Pool and hot tub nice deck chairs could be cleaned but overall clean as much as Ive seen
Nice and quiet. Great atmosphere
Nice little 55 and over park. Clean
I moved to Paradise Valley,Ranch mhp a couple.of months ago. I think Karen and Steve (the managers) are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are both very friendly whenever Irun into them. The groumds are very clean. And if people are walking through the park they question if they.. belong there which makes me feel safer at night.
Drove through...not good. Kind of scary.. management not helpful.
Clean place for older residents or people who have already retired.
Nice place. Managers are great
Really nice place with a friendly feel to it.
