3 YEARS AGO. THE MNGR. DANY JOHNSON MADE A CONTRACT WITH ME TO RENT LOT, REBUILD HOME FOR OWNERSHIP. NEVER RECEIVED TITLE. NO HOTWATER HEATER. FAULTY ELECTRIC. POOR PLUMBING. SHE MADE MISERABLE FOR 3 YEARS. AS WELL AS THE 800 CATS. IN MY OPINION SHES POCKETING TENANT & GOVT. FUNDS. I RECOMEND TO ANYBODY THINKING OF MOVING IN TO THIS PARK, DONT. RUN. A.S.A.P.!!!!! Because she had the tenacity to try to sue me for the house she owns.

Older home park, average maintenance, but starting to get a better class of people, less drugs and deadbeats. Overall, I might consider living there.

What is the managers job because she says its not her job to deal with anything around here so why is she here .

The place is dirty and run down.

Awesome location.. Owners need to find management that doesnt have conflict of interest in living/dealing w/ the park.

Looks pretty trashy but what do you expect, its a mobile home park.

Management was absurd, rundown trailers, trash everywhere, nowhere to park, unsavory characters throughout... Watch your children, lock your car, clutch your purse and hold your wallet tight - nothing seems safe at this place!

They are getting very expensive my burrito was 650 now its over $9 for the amount of items in the burrito is very thin its not worth the money I would never recommend this place. Other customers especially at my facility at the work for are there doctors or nurses its not worth the money

Older trailer park in a pretty bad location...but I have a friend who owns a trailer there...its pretty quiet but there are cats everywhere...dozens of them....and parking is basically non existent...could be cleaner but it is a trailer park lmao ...good thing is there isnt a ton of wild kids running wild...but there are a couple of dope heads so....it is what it is.....personally I have seen a lot worse....

Lot of crazy people have been going there. There use to be security, now lots of people do drugs there.
