Its a decent place to live at. Been here for 4 years, never had any issues. Its family oriented and definitely hard working people live here. Its not dirty or ghetto like some claim. Management is just a phone call away if its after hours. The manager/maintenance is a good person always willing to help, and you always see him working.

Trash park. Not worth the cheap rent AT ALL. Staff is garbage, place is garbage.

The neighborhood is the most quiet, calm, and peaceful one I have ever seen/heard

The only caution I can give before entering or deciding to live here is that the speed bumps are taller than the average. My main recommendation is to drive slower over them because sometimes youll hear a heavy drop or bump if you drive too fast. Other than that, its not a bad area.

Living here....well, its ok. Not great, not amazing, just ok.There are a lot of issues that could be fixed, but are not. Like dogs and cats roaming around the entire lot, and some are not nice at all. Ive had 2 dogs literally keep me from going home because every time I went to move, I was growled and snapped at, and the dogs kept advancing on me. I had to call the cops just to get home. (I was walking home)There is very loud, very annoying mariachi music being blasted pretty much every day, people parking cars that block the street through the lot, and way too many other things to list.On the bright side, rent is decent, and the office girl is pretty cool.

Lived here for a year. Heard gunshots every night, loud obnoxious Mexican music every day, had neighbors sewage overflowing into our yard for months, windows blown out with no recourse from another neighbors trailer that burned down - also water damage from same incident when fire department put it out, electrical box on the pole that sparked and smoked, a $500/Mo electric bill for a 1Br/1Ba, no AC, and the kicker? A contract that was written to screw over anyone who might have any inclination to actually resell as opposed to getting evicted. Paid $7500 for a place worth $3K at best, but was our only option at the time. I guess the positives, if you can call them that, would be that their applicant screening was a joke. They accept EVERYBODY
