It was good and good service but it would be nice if they had a place to rest
Despite the fact that there are signs up only on one road, they will tell your car if you park on the street after 9:00 even if you live there.I consider this to be a orwellian practice and abusive power. The one person I know who lives here is moving out and I wouldnt move in if my life depended on it.The manager needs a power check. One of these days shes going to get sued..
Manager here is the sweetest person youll ever meet. Big heart is perfect for running a family park!
Very rude office staff. Asking a question realy seemed to annoy both ladies. Loved the park but i would never live there as long as they are in charge.
The homes and yards were very cute and well kept, a lot of people enjoying the pool.Only three stars because Lauren in the front office was rude, and irritated that I came in asking questions that she expected me to know. I’ll most likely look elsewhere.
Nice mobile home park for all ages. Its clean and a very quiet and peaceful park.
If i could give a negative star marks i would! This place was horrible i went in excited to find my new home in a community that looks great but the staff........... Thats where things go wrong, horrible customer service from the lady that i believe is a manager or the assistant, i went in excited to see what was open to be helped by her.. She is the reason i will not live in this community as i felt i was a BOTHER to her day when she had to take time out of her day to give me info, isnt that her JOB???..... RUN!!!!
Lived here for 12 years. Never had a problem that wasnt repaired promptlyDid not give management a problem and they didnt give me any. Property is well managed and friendly. Wouldve stayed where I was at it RVs were still allowed.
Nice healthy little community. People here do care how to take care of there homes and look after there place
An extremely quiet and clean....park....enjoyed my visit
As a professional transporter to park is transitioning into a very uncredible park thank you bulldog RV transport LLC
Clean, nice management team, and quiet. Are the things I look for when finding a new place to move.
I find it interesting that all these reviews with five stars have no ACTUAL review.Well, where to begin...No parking on the street. (That area in front of your home.) Why? Theyll tow your car.First, however, you will get a warning. Not verbal, mind you. A sticker put on there with glue made of what I can only assume is the same tar that murdered the dinosaurs. It doesnt come off.The area is FULL of kids. If you like kids, youll love it here. If you dont like kids, feel free to avoid this place. You arent missing much. Besides of course, waiting for kids playing in the street to move out of the street. But dont honk if they give you the finger and yell obscenities. Their parent will give you a good lecturing on their angels behavior. Also, that parking I mentioned? There IS actually guest parking. Just...Dont try to use it if theres a house party going on. How will you know? Half of the street and ALL the guest parking will be occupied until 2 am. (None of the street cars will be towed, of course. Theres a party going on. That would be inconsiderate.)The bright side is that it IS a gated community. So no kids using the guest parking as a way to sneak in and share booze with friends in their parents truck. That would only be possible if they left the gate open.Which they do. All. The. Time. The gate closes at roughly 10-11 pm and reopens around 8. When they remember to close it. So be prepared for those house parties, because there is NO ONE stopping college kids from roaring in with booze and a good time in toe.All in all, if youre a college kid looking for a cheap place, be prepared to hate every kid in this neighborhood. If youre an older person looking for peace and quiet, run. Run far and run long. Like a block down. Theyre pretty relaxed, I hear. Or dont. Because theyre quiet.
Great Admin people here. Always helpful.
A great place for you to get away from the dark and terrifying.
Pretty good place to live
Seems to be a very nice mobile home park.
Excellent place to live, beautiful and well maintained. Front office staff are wonderful, genuine people.
Its a good neighborhood with some minor faults but its a good place to move into.
Great people and friendly place and atmosphere
Delightful manager
Quiet, clean and Jeannie was freindly and welcoming during the open house.
Nice clean mobile home park family friendly
Quiet and friendly community, could use some love and maintenance.
I have lived here for 2 years, and it is a peaceful community. Yes, kids are in the community, but other than the occasional one who stands in the street talking to the other kids, I have never had an issue with them. There have been a few disturbance calls/domestic dispute calls made, but from what I have recently noticed, those tenants are no longer on the premises. I have driven by several other mobile home communities, and have not found them to be nearly as appealing, as Carefree Manor. Yes, there is no overnight parking on the street, but most have ample space to fit 2 or 3 on the lot, so why would you need more, unless you are throwing parties late into the night. The pool was recently remodeled, as was the hot tub. The only reason the gates break is because of people hitting them or forcing them open, which happened again last night. It can be a hassle to have pizza delivered or guess after the gate closes, because there is no pin pad, only card access, but its not worth not living here over it! Overall I am pleased living here, and am pleased with Jeannie, Bella and Dave in the management office!
Dad lives there. Usually quiet. Congested streets though.
Some nice people here, and quite few crazy people. I mean real crazy!
