Ive lived here almost 3 years and love this community. The manager and maintenance man are great and always available. The park is clean and the people are great! Ive had no problems.

Clean, quiet, safe, cute homes, professional management

Good when my father was alive, nice people.When my father passed.His place was robbed! And by some of the local trailer park residents.The story is too sorrid and i will spear the details.I had to call the police because two residents had locked themself in his place with the backing of the manager Jeff.My father was not gone for more than 27 days.His place was cleaned out.Do not let your parents or anyone you love live there.Nice people, be very very cautious.

Beautiful homes manufactured to last a life time. The traffic is very light and the community is very friendly. There are nice commodities such as tennis courts, pools and horse shoes by the social club house. The homes usually range anywhere from single wide to double wide commonly.

Actually a nice place to visit, And the huge pool is heated so you can swim any time of the year!

Here for work but a very clean community by what I could see.

My friend from Mobile Strike lives there and says its a good place to live. Im pretty sure where I live at is a lot more drama and crime. Maybe thats why I only pay $400 a month for lot rent.
