What a great landmark in such an historical city. The whole thing is quite large! Wife and I were just walking around and visiting different landmarks. I would highly recommend to check it out for a few mins, it is incredible what we as a race can make.

A great example of one of many wonderful parks in Center City Philadelphia. And directly on the Parkway! What a beautiful fountain and statues here. A great place to go for a break with coworkers, friends or family. Giving it 5 Stars only because there are frequently less fortunate fellow (homeless) citizens washing up or sleeping in the park.

Nice area in which they keep clean. Its a nice area to walk and take in the visual and sounds of the water from the fountain. If you have a lot on your mind, this would be the place to come to clear your head and restore balance.

Beautiful early morning walk, very cold and sunny. Ice on some of the statues. Benjamin Franklin Avenue is a wide Parisienne style boulevard with attractions either side.

This is an awesome landmark and central point in philly. this is often my turn around destination when I go for a run. in the summer, kids are playing in this huge fountain. the green across the street is where lots of people in the vicinity picnic.

I spent my free time here after my classes, and I love it! Children are playing in the Mountains; people are happy and enjoying their life. Great place to sit down and dream, chill, enjoy and do homework!

In the summer time it is a beautiful Midway point between center City and the PMA to sit down and cool off. The views in all directions are beautiful and the water from the fountain provide a cold breeze. It is easily accessible and a must see.

This eye-catching centerpiece of Logan Square was built in 1924 and named after Wilson Cary Swann, the father of the Philadelphia Fountain Society (who knew such an organization existed?) Strictly no swimming.

It might be a very good place to go in summer when the fountain is full and people are illegally swimming in it, but in winter it looked old and tired. We par Ju ed near here, and it was a landmark to remember.
