The Strawberry Mansion Bridge is located in Fairmount Park in North Philly i passed the bridge on my way back to New Jersey anyways the bridge is pretty big in size and is on the Schuykill River and it is always fun to see people boating and it is very well lit with great street lamps which is amazing

Strawberry Mansion Bridge...and the boathouse in its shadow along Kelly Dr. is part of my past. I was a college sailing team tupe and nearly lived on the Schuykill River in those days. The bridge itself was built in 1896 and restored by 1995. It is a real artwork of steel girders and ornamental latticework. It is listed as an Historic Site by the Philadelphia Historical Commission.

Was here a few years ago by the river and saw a man jump from the bridge into the water, and come walking out still holding a beer can. Very uncomfortable situation. Wouldnt go back.
