Really not much to see at the station itself -- just an abandoned train station building that has not been kept up unfortunately. This is a popular spot for bicyclists to park because you can hop on the Schuylkill River Trail from here. The Manayunk Tow Path also ends here heading east which is packed gravel, and this is the start of the paved trail heading west.Parking is fairly easy to find along the street since its a dead end.
Neat little building at the Shawmont Avenue end of the Manyunk Canal Trail. Some nice photography opportunities.
Very cool place! After doing some research, this is the oldest passenger train station in the United States built in 1834. (The station in Ellicot City, MD was built in 1830 as a freight depot, not a passenger station.) This place is great for photography!
Great meeting place for cycling.lol
A once functioning train station- now a trail head for the canal trail. Theres a lot of history here and definitely worth checking out while you take a hike or bike ride.
Great outdoor spot for walking and biking. I walk my dogs there atleast once a week if not more. There are many bikes at times so use caution.
Looks neat. However, you cannot enter the premises itself due to its condition.
Its an abandoned building
Its historical background

Closed and falling apart. I took shelter there during a rain storm while biking on the Schuylkill trail.
Great constant companion on the Schuylkill River trail
Great photoshoot location
Whoever owns it is missing out on some great opportunities.
Scenic area along the Schuylkill trail/towpath

Not much to say. Closed building. But there are two Ingress portals there. Just watch out for the trains :)
