My hubby and I found a deal on Groupon and last year we took a screen printing class for my birthday present. I had so much fun that this year I want to see if they have something else I can learn!The instructor was very patient with us and explained everything perfectly. I learned how to make screen prints using freezer paper or drawing fluid and screen filler (we did not do photo emulsion).I wish I brought more T-shirt’s instead of doing a bunch on paper so learn from my mistake. This is a great experience and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful adult classes! I have taken sewing and ceramics and had great experiences. The teachers allow you as much instruction or as much freedom as you want. The projects are always well thought out and good for varying skill levels. The classes are reasonably priced and I enjoy that the classes are smaller so you can get to know people and have more one on one time with the instructor. Definitely recommend!

I registered for the Fashion + Machine Sewing classes 2 weeks before the start date. One day before classes were supposed to start I received an email stating that the start date was being delayed by a week due to low enrollment. I called and spoke to a woman named Jill and asked what did it matter if a host of people didnt register. She said because it wouldnt be fun if there were only 2 people in the class. I asked what would they do if more people didnt register she said that they would cancel the classes altogether. And guess what! I received another email 2 days before the new start date stating that classes were cancelled due to low enrollment. I dont know about anyone else but first of all I didnt register for the classes to have fun, I registered for the classes to learn how to sew. And second of all how passionate are you if you refuse to teach a small group or perhaps have a one on one session? I wouldnt have cared if it were just me and the instructor. I paid my money to learn how to sew not have fun. Classs were $219 and if you ask me $438 is better than $0 (because she said it wouldnt be fun if only 2 people were in the class) huge disappointment and very tasteless. All I know is I better get my money back or were gonna have some issues.
