Absolutely a place to go if you get stoned. Tons of beautiful smoking pieces. They must be original one of a kind art though because some things are a bit pricey. There was even an anatomically correct glass Tommy gun bong.

Came here for the Philly Loves Bowie Week art show. Nice place with a small upstairs gallery. Downstairs is the vape shop, which also has an extensive collection of different glass bowls and bongs. Pretty cool artwork.

Great service and products with a bounty of knowledge from their sales staff. Was in the other week to grab from CBD flower and the sales rep, Bud, was super helpful. Also, although Ive never purchased any glassware from here, they have an unworldly stock of unique pieces.

Best glass gallery I have ever been to at this point in my life. Certainly worth checking out. They have gorgeous pieces with such intricate detail. Pieces from some well known artists and also some you have never heard of. Either way they will knock your socks off. The employees working when I stopped in were so helpful and you could certainly tell they loved what they did. Not only do they have a gorgeous gallery in the front but they also have a vape shop in the back and a smoke shop upstairs that you can find absolutely anything you could possibly be looking for. I had to make some purchases before leaving of course. Unfortunately I think the gentleman waiting on me forgot to put the dab mat I bought in the bag and I never realized until much later. Nonetheless they still get 5 stars!!!

Everyone at Ruckus was so nice! We had our dog with us, and they had no problem letting him come in while we looked around. Super helpful staff, pretty decent collection of pipes, and then also REALLY beautiful intricate pieces. Definitely recommend!

I love this place, they know and are willing to teach you what you dont know. Thats all I can elaborate on... Lots of vape products and custom blown glass showpiece art museum style and they host local events from time to time. Check this place out, the art is awesome, the staff are very pleasant people. I would refer to this place as a high class smoke shop. You can smoke out of most of their products but their products are so nice I dont think you would want to. Lol. First class smoke shop for sure. Top of the line, best smoke/vape shop in the area. And Ive visited all of the ones listed on google in the philly vicinity. Love this place. Next level for sure! But closed on mondays!

Came in looking for a particular quartz nail brand and they were sold out in the size I needed, I ask a gentleman behind the counter who introduce himself as Mark if they had one by any chances and he said not at the moment and that they were waiting for a shipment. Mark then made a phone call and got the quartz nail ship over the next day from another location, Mark went way and beyond to help me and was very knowledgeable on helping me maintain a clean quartz nail. Would definitely come back and do business again soon.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Philadelphia and we stopped in to Ruckus to check it out. The staff was very knowledgeable and informative about all their products and art pieces. A special shot out to the Manager Anthony for being particularily kind, helpful, and knowledgable about everything. Ruckus has amazing pieces in the gallery area and plenty of accessories. Very fair prices and wide selection of top brands.

This isnt your normal vape shop. Although they do sell an extremely large variety of vape and smokable equipment and items, this place is more of a functional glass art gallery.The hand blown functional art is mind blowing. Its so well made and spectacular. Whether youre looking to buy a new rig or you just want to see some cool glass, this is the place to visit. Definitely looking forward to our next trip back.

Not sure where my last review went but...I have been coming to Ruckus for about 3 years now. The manager is ALWAYS available and goes out of his way to say Hey Tim every time I come in. This is a big deal to me, when a business care enough about the regulars that they call them buy ther first name. I have watched the vape selection grow, and I have been happy to give them advice for products/juices on numerous occasions. Last year on my birthday, I walked in and 2 of the employees yelled Happy Birthday Tim. That literally made my day and week.If you want a down to earth vape shop where you wont be looked down on for asking questions, or want to enjoy some really beautiful functional sculptures, this is the place. Its half art gallery, half head shop, half vape shop.

So this place was wild. I dont shop at vape/smoke shops however I do enjoy browsing their wares and appreciating the artistry that goes into their work. This shop had the best artistic pipes Ive ever seen on both the east and west coasts. Glass case after glass case of amazing pipe designs.In the back they have a cool lounge area and donation station.Upstairs is the art gallery which is one o a kind. Complete with a heap of meaning as the centerpiece thi gallery will certainly have you conversating.
