This was my fathers favorite place to stop and eat lunch with my mom on their annual autumn leaf color change tour. A nice little paved path leads to the overlook. Along the way are several interesting little plaques about local plant life. The overlook area has a really nice platform with a good rail so little ones will absolutely not go over. There is a nice little picnic area with tables.

A gorgeous little hike. The path is paved and does not have difficult grades. They have also posted nice informational plaques asking the way. When you get up there, it has a beautiful view of both Devils Kitchen and the valley as a whole.

Great little sight hidden away in the middle of Nebo loop. We went midday on Saturday, and even though the platform to see it all is pretty small, there were very few people. I would highly recommend it for people who would like a slow relaxing drive (30 mph limit) with this out-of-place natural wonder. Good, paved parking areas as well as two bathrooms if needed. Has two information plaques that are in relatively good condition explaining the natural phenomenon that created Devils Kitchen and how long it took. Once again, this is a very small area; as long as that is what you are expecting, you will be more than satisfied!

Very nice scenic drive heading there, many camp spots to stay in. The Devils trail is paved and very short, easy trail with a very great beautiful view of the mountains and standing rocks. A few picnic tables and restrooms at the entrance. Nice place to relax with the family. A small creeck runs down from the montains no fee to visit here.

This hike is so short and easy, stroller-friendly! I gave it four stars because you can’t go anywhere near the red rock. Can’t even touch it. It’s an observation deck and that’s it, turn around and get back in the car. We had the expectation of walking around the rocks, so just disappointed to drive an hour for a look. We also wanted to drive the entire nebo loop, which was supposed to be open and was not. There are picnic tables and restrooms at the trailhead.

Great view. Absolutely gorgeous. Not a long trail at all. Its only a few minutes. There are quite a few people there depending on the time so it may not be easy to get all the pictures you want since the overlook is not super big. But Great pictures and breathtaking scenery. It has a restroom where you park and its a nice little place if you need a quick pit stop on Nebo Loop.

Devils Kitchen is a great little turnout along the Nebo loop scenic byway. From the parking lot, there is a short, paved trail that leads to the viewing area. The walk takes less than 5 minutes. Once you reach the viewing area, you get an experience and view similar to those found at Bryce Canyon. At the trailhead, there are several picnic tables and barbeques that you can use for the day. There is also a restroom nearby. This spot makes a great little Sunday getaway.

This is a great, quick walk. It is an extremely short walk to the lookout and is very flat. I would make this one of the many stops you do as you drive though this loop. IT is too short of a hike to be the final destination but is well worth the stop made for the surrounding views.
