Really enjoyable hike up to Bob Hope House, with sweeping views of the valley below. Recommend taking lots of sunscreen and water as there is no shade, if youre going in the summer its definitely worth it going early to avoid the heat. If youre there in October, the Halloween decorations at the start of the trail are kinda random but quirky and fun.

Nice hike up and past the Bob Hope house. Additional signage would help. Decent views. Moderate climbs up to 1800 elevation. Got off on another trail on the way down.

Second best hike in the area after Lykken. The Hope House is worthwhile. You can’t see the Elrod House from the trail. It’s 4 miles round trip but you can extend your hike by going left at the top of the trail.

If you want to go all the way to the top, make sure you have water and are in decent shape. The trail to Bob Hopes house is not too hard but there are some slippery places in the trail so be careful. Once you reach the top you have a terrific view of the valley and surrounding mountains.

Nice up and down trail with good views of the valley. The path is fairly flat and even and easy to walk because of the switchbacks, but it gets pretty steep near the top. It would make for some great hill training for trail runners. P.S. you can see Bob Hopes old house from the trail.

Great walk, but not for beginners.Dog owners be aware, after 1.5 miles no dogs are allowed

Beautiful Views Beautiful houses and with a trail that was not too difficult and not too easy either. Would hike again!!

Typical Palm Springs mountain hike with gorgeous views. One hour 15 minutes up, 45 min to come down. Hot in summer, come early in the morning and bring plenty of water.

Didnt see any large wildlife and the first part of the trail isnt scenic at all. But its nice once you get above the city. Great view of the Bob Hope house.

Awesome hike because if the switchbacks. Bob Hopes house was a fun bit of Palm Springs history to check out. Didnt quite get to the top though.

Parking is sparse, but a nice trail with good views.

Ive hiked Araby Trail about a dozen times, and Im never disappointed with its scenic beauty and ruggedness.

It was a great moderate hike that people from all ages can complete as long as they go at their own pace.

Great place to get a great view of Palm Springs and the Home where Bob Hope used to live. One can rent it for special events. Nice that the members of the Hope family didnt sell it.

Started hike at Rim Rock shopping center and came down at Araby, great walk.

I love the nature walks, the views are breath taking, and partially dog friendly! Trails arent too bad.
