I grew up in Ormond Beach but didnt learn about the Three Chimneys Sugar Mill until I was 45.

First sugar mill and rum distillery in Florida. Hidden in plain site but you will need reservations to tour, contact Ormond Beach historical society for details.

Very interesting bit of florida history. Still being restored and curated, so not generally accessible yet.
