Don’t recommend coming here during COVID. Prices on everything went up. Waiter said it’s because they’ve lost so much money during pandemic. And they don’t have their dinner and games deal now. Was a rip off.
Had a good time here. Staff was friendly and the food was good. I really enjoyed the home made lemonade! Most of the games appeared to work correctly. I would like to bring my teenage kids if I come back this way.
Great place to take your kids to have fun!We ordered Brussel Sprouts & Bacon. That was awesome. The boneless wings, I’d say keep the bone in, it would be best.1st time here, the games are huge and entertaining for the kids or adults. I’d suggest get rid of the $3.00 fee to just get a gaming card, we already spend enough gaming as it is, that seems a bit over the top to us.
Always have a good time here. The service is great, the games are fun, and the food is good.
Games are fun but the food is not so good.
Customer service was great. We shall return. We had a wonderful time.
Food awesome, games awesome. Kids mac n cheese kinda dry . All in all kids had a blast
Was a great time good staff and food only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is price..I would of thought the games would of been a little better deal.
Had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was fun and clean, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were delicious. Will definitely be going back.
Dave and Busters Omaha is the best restaurant and gaming place in Omaha. If you are planning a visit to Omaha I highly recommend this place.
Games were awesome but the food was just okay. Our kids were happy.
It was fun going there lots of games you can play while waiting for the food. I had a blast going over and playing those games. We had the game card where you can pay some money for an equivalent amount of points. We spent around $80 for a night. I could say its a bit pricey but not bad in terms of enjoyment and lots of choices. They have a bar thats pretty neat. Their menu is good, the drinks are great. I had the strawberry mango Margarita which is very good and tasty. The food is awesome and their servings are pretty huge good for two already. Overall you got what you pay!
We have been to many Dave and Busters and this one did not disappoint. I was nervous with COVID but generally felt safe. The only other thing that would have made me feel more comfortable is if the adults that were drinking were required to stay in the bar area vs. walking around without a mask while drinking. The other thing that would have been appealing would have been to see staff consistently cleaning machines but there was hand sanitizer throughout the facility. The new Star Wars gave was a hit and overall we had a great time. All the machines were working and they had terminals closed for social distancing.
Fun every time. Great wait staff and bartenders.
Today was the first time coming to this location. As soon as my family walked in we weren’t greeted at all or told to wait. After a few minutes I decided to go to bar and ask if we had to wait to be seated or seat anywhere. Another few minutes go by and we get seated. We ordered food and drinks both were very poorly made with horrible taste. The first round of sodas were either all flat or tasted only like the syrup in the machine. I decided to order a Bloody Mary and it tasted absolutely horrible. The food wasn’t far from the drinks it was cold and had a weird taste to it. My younger son threw it up and other kids didn’t even eat it at all. For 100 bucks a steak house or anywhere else would have been better. The only great thing about this place are the games. Good luck waiting in line at the front of restaurant to buy a game card. We had to wait for a good 10 minutes before anyone could help us. Over all I think this place is under staffed and shouldn’t allow smokers to smoke right out side of exit. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place until they are properly staffed and trained.
Always a fun afternoon getaway with the kiddos — Wednesdays are 1/2 price games so you get the most bang for your buck. Not a 5 because even at 11 am, first opening for lunch, it’s 100% too loud. We said something to the manager and apparently there is nothing that can be done, which is unfortunate.Food is good considering the kids ordered finger foods...
We went at opening on a monday afternoon. Sanatizer and gloves are available and understandably, some games were shut down to help with social distancing. Masks are required at this time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kids had a great time!
The environment and atmosphere, food:If you come into this place expecting your typical games and pizza, youll be pleasantly surprised. Not the finest cuisine available, but better than Family Fun Center or Chucky Cheese. Adult beverages, plenty of sweet options for children at heart.Service- possibly slower than your average sit down restaurant, but large groups are common for places like this, so Ill call it par for the course. Our service was excellent, wait times aside. Server was funny and attentive. Manager even stopped by once to check.
Great place for the whole family. We had a blast!
Great activity for kids above 5.
I cannot speak for their food but the games are awesome and the prices are reasonable. I could be wrong, but it look like this place was geared towards more adults then children. Either way, my nine-year-old daughter, mom and I had lots of fun. This place was a great outing for all of us.
Customer service okay, my nachos were salty overall we had fun
Always a ton of fun!! Great food, actually better than the first time we visited 4 years ago. Service was great both times. We will definitely be back
My fiance and I went last night and it was busy, we found spots at the bar right away! Had an amazing server, Charlie who was great! Always made sure we had what we needed. Food was good as always. Did have an encounter with a male who sat next to me and sat there for maybe a couple of minutes stating the service was slow and taking to long. Says he was sitting there for 10 minutes waiting to get served, when he actually was there for a couple minutes. No complaints here!
We had an amazing time on our Dave and Busters adventure. Even though we arrived kind of late and didnt have a lot of time to play and eat etc we were able to still pack in loads of fun great food and good drinks. I highly recommend this location as everyone that I encountered that work there were super nice and I sincerely appreciate that! Also, just by downloading the app for Dave & Busters in your play store for iOS or Android you are able to get deals promotions and credit at the Dave & Busters that you choose. You can also use the app and put it on multiple phones that way if youre with a group you can use your phone to activate a machine with a shared account as opposed to having to pay at the machine every time individually etc etc its a much easier way. Thank you again and my drink was amazing I forgot the name of it but it was green voodoo green or something I dont know but everything was awesome!
I do not have my receipt anymore. My husband and I came for a date night/birthday celebration, weve been to Dave & Busters loads of times out in Colorado (where we are from) and have had amazing experiences, so we were really looking forward to our visit. My husband also worked at one of the Dave & Busters out in Colorado for almost a year. Our birthdays were a few days before and we hadnt been out on a date in 7 months since our daughter was born. The front lady was in a very sour mood and didnt greet us as we came in, nor did she say much to us at all. We put that aside, as people are allowed to have a bad day. We played a few games and then went to eat. The ladies at the bar took forever to take our drink order, and even longer to take our food order. Our food took over 45 minutes to get to us (it wasnt a busy day), and by the time it got to us, you could tell it had been under a heating lamp for a while. My husbands hamburgers were over cooked and dry and my nachos were burnt. Not only that, it gave both of us very upset stomachs that night and the next day. We generally love Dave & Busters, but that service made us miss our usual store very much.
Company party, so private room. Service was good. Jenny and Janis checked in with us every 5-10 minutes for drinks, etc. They kept an eye out fir clues to tactfully cut people off from further cocktails. The food was good, too! I was quite pleased.
Dave and Busters is a fun place! I went there on a date and had a fun time! Lots of games to play and I love their half priced Wednesday deal! You get so much more bang for your buck! Otherwise it is a little expensive. But its fun to do something different!
Fun for the whole fam bro
First time being there and it was great!!! Had a great time and the food was awesome!!
Great service overall. Table service top notch. Portion size on the sliders and wing combo was pretty small. A few of the games were not functioning. Otherwise a great visit.
Was slow getting a drink from the bar. Waited over 10 minutes, or more, before I summoned a manager. The manager did a wonderful job at making sure our visit from that time on was top notch! I would have rated lower because of the bartender issue, but the manager corrected the issue very quickly and professionally.
Ever since you guys re-opened recently it feels like your air conditioning is set to bare minimum! Please consider upping the AC!
Let me break this down for you. If your a mom or a Dad you cherish the few opportunities you get as a couple but theres those times where you wish you could go out with the kids and have grown up time and the kids have there time. Come in closer and listen to this. GO TO DAVE AND BUSTERS this place is perfect for entertaining the kids as well as the parents. This place is off the Chain. Come on Down to Dave &Busters .
My favorite place to go as a kid and it still hasnt changed since becoming an adult!
Our family had a blast when we visited here. The experience of all-you-can-play arcade games for Sunday Funday made up for the lackluster food and service, which, honestly, was terrible. I hadnt been to a Dave and Busters in a very long time, but I was disappointed that our waitress basically disappeared after she brought our food. She did come by once to refill drinks, but there were almost no other diners in the dining room area. We waited almost 20 minutes for our check, which we had to pay before our kids could go to the arcade. The arcade side was terrific, though. The all-you-can-play is limited to the blue arcade games, which wasnt explained to us very clearly, but there were lots of fun games that kept us all busy. My kids really enjoyed the 4- person air hockey table. Overall, it was a great experience...but when you pay $250 for dinner and games, you kind of expect the service to be better.
We will definitely go back in the future for the games/arcade. We will definitely not be going back for any food. Cheese balls were soggy and seemed to have been sitting under heat lamp for some time. The steak/shrimp/lobster pasta had 3 pieces of shrimp, 1 small piece of lobster and five over cooked strips of steak. I didn’t come in expecting world class food but was hoping for a little better than we had. Overall not impressed with the food but love all the games. Be prepared to spend some $$$$ though
Went here for my Brothers birthday. Had these breakfast waffle slider things? Out of this world. So tasty. Then Powered Up and got High Scores on SkeeBall and 100000+ points in Galaga. A sweet Birthday, won so many tickets I got my kids plushies dinosaurs. Adorbs.
Staff doesnt work as a team to make service quicker. Our waitress was great but very busy. We asked another waitress for ketchup. She wasnt busy but instead of getting it she tried to find our waitress for 5 minutes...otherwise we had a great time!
Sat at the bar for 15 minutes or so before we got help. We had to get up and actually ask for help. They were understaffed food was ok. Games were fun. The virtual reality was pretty cool. Kids had a fun time. Dont think I will go back. Plus the cancelled there happy hour and beer specials was not very happy with my first time being there.
Normally a 5 star but given the current situation they have no warm water in the mens restroom and no working soap dispenser. Told 4 employees and still no fix. But door and atmosphere was good. Even had an employee wiping gamea with some cleaner.
Basically the waitress seemed dis-trac-ted!It was like she didnt understand what we wanted, which was to get in and out quickly-I even took mine to go.I had a Philly with no peppers no mushrooms. I wanted the onions but there were none. I had tots she brought me COLD fries.I wanted a second margarita but she was nowhere to be found. We had to leave but she hadnt dealt with our check and it literally took forever to first find her and get checked out.But the food was good. Actually the sandwich and drink were excellent..
We went on NYE so we should have suspected there would be a long wait. There was.We decided not to stay and wait, but the hostess who we spoke with was polite and apologetic. Id like to try again in the future. One thing I did not like was that the smoking area is just outside the front doors, so walking into and out of the building was smokey and off-putting. If I were to offer a suggestion, it would be to move the smoking area to outside of the gate into the courtyard.
Came in on Friday night and upon walking in the short old lady host was very grumpy looking. Then our server Cre was rude and hard to understand when she spoke to us. We ordered and even though the food took a hour to receive, it did taste good. After all that we went to play and that was awesome. Overall wasn’t the greatest experience. Time to get better staff I think.
My Family and I had a blast.
Our trip today, 6/22/19, was so disappointing. Our kids (6 of them) are ages 2 to 15 and our 11 year old is on crutches, so we were really looking for some high quality family fun that everyone could participate in. Thankfully, the games and prizes delivered for the children. My husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves AFTER the meal, too, but we almost walked out from the moment we entered the restaurant. Heres why:1. The hostess was super rude. She did not say hi, made no eye contact, was visibly annoyed that there were 8 of us and not the initial 4 she visually assessed, even though she didnt ask me how many, I had to say, excuse me, there are 8 of us when I noticed she was trying to walk away with 4 menus. The only thing she said at all was how many kids menus? before she turned abruptly and stomped to our table.2. We were sat at a large table and the server made my kids shout their orders at him rather than walking around. And he was also visibly annoyed that they had to keep repeating themselves....like, dude, just walk the 4 steps over there.3. We splurged on our daughters drinks and let all 3 of them get this $4+ slushie/gummy worms concoction. After we ordered, the server was snappy about getting the menus back, so while we were all rushing to comply, my 2 year old dumped her slushie all over the table. So, the server makes an irritated sound equivalent to mine and my husbands....again..like, dude, were guests here, youre not her dad..you dont have rights to audible exasperation sounds over her actions.....Then he goes, Ill be right back. So Im thinking, oh, hell bring her a little refill with a few worms and a rag to help or something. NEVER.CAME.BACK. 2 different people brought out our food. We cleaned up the sticky slushie mess ourselves with their terrible non-absorbent polyester napkins and her 4 year old sister shared her slushie with her sister. I mean, fine, dont bring a refill for a spilled luxe drink, but at least come back to take care of the sticky!!4. The food. Yuck. The pictures can speak for themselves. We ordered chicken cantina nachos. The menu picture is the second photo shared here and the delivered goods are the first. They were topped with this weird brown stuff that we think was maybe steak they accidentally added, but still have no real idea. There was a total of 3.5 jalepenos on the whole thing and maybe a tablespoon of an almost kind of pico de Gallo mix. The kids meals were average.5. The server tracked my husband down in the game area to pay the bill. I can give some grace for this being a practical defense against people skipping out, but really, if youre that worried about it use some common sense and keep track of when it looks like we might be ready to finish up eating and catch us before were half way through our game time. Its so rude and we have 4 kids that need direct to nearly direct supervision.I would be hard pressed to return to Dave and Busters again. It was supposed to be a fun treat for everyone. I will say our family made the best of it, and as I said, the games were great. The lady that did our prize check out for my daughters was nice and sweet to them. But I am pretty grossed out by the food and offended by the inhospitable service in general.
Some of the slowest service. Sat at the bar first but wasnt even approached or greeted for long enough where me and my friend gave up and went to the restaurant side. Told the host we wanted a table and that I wasnt trying to be rude but that we couldnt seem to get service at the bar.So went and got a table and had another long wait while sitting. Not the happiest, but our server was very kind and apologized for the wait.I originally wanted to give 1 star out of anger, but our server was very nice when she got to us, our food was good, and the games were fun.
Food was under cooked but the games rocked
Best Place. Its so amazing. Food is also amazing and the staff is usually really helpful and great
The first and last time we will ever go there. We had a party of 7 and waited 45 minutes for two appetizers and another hour for our order, which was 5 meals ordered. The service was terrible and the staff was terribly rude, with the exception of the manager. The manager paid for our entire table and also had to pay for a birthday party that was next to us. My hamburger was so charred around the edges that I couldnt even bite through it. The table across from us got another tables order and the sever, after placing the meals on their table and the customers touching the plates, removed the order from their table and delivered it to the correct table.
Granddaughter had a great time
Food was good. Beer was ice cold. Servers were on the ball and they have great daily specials. Lots of tvz with football on and lot of pretty good video games. If you dont have kids find somewhere else to go unless your that into the games. I and the people I was with had a great day Ill be returning soon.
Their food is always fairly meh and oftentimes boarder line cold when they finally serve you. Last few times they missed orders and screwed up others. I would not really recommend eating here unless youve got some patience.
Time for an honest review... I have been here several times, on multiple occasions we have ordered a long island drink and it had no booze in it. Last night we had the same issue then went to eat in the restaurant. I was told that they had approximately a 30 minute wait, the hostess asked for my cell # so they could text me when my table was ready, we waited 50 minutes then went and asked what was going on with our table. The hostess stated we paged you on the intercom. We were sitting on the patio waiting for a text, in addition wear hearing aids and there is no way I would have heard a page, as stated the hostess told us we would be texted. Then after eventually being seated, we ordered an appetizer and our drinks it took about 20 minutes to get the appetizer and another 15 minutes after the appetizer to get our drinks, with no silver wear or napkins. Then we ordered our entrees That came out about 40 minutes later, and my steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, and shrimp were barely over room temperature, and still no silver wear. After waiting another 10 minutes for silver wear and for someone to check on us I asked very politely to have my food heated up, I had ordered my steak medium well, not only was it cold but it was very rare in the center, when they took it to heat it up the manager brought it back out, it was clearly stuck in a oven as it was piping hot when it came back out along with the plate. The spinach on top of my steak was finely burnt, the steak was as tough as beef jerky, yet still fairly raw in the center. This was quite amazing since there were only 8 tables including ours seated in the restaurant.. the only reason for 2 star rating was the games.
Worst service ever we will not be going back. Food was horrible and staff wasnt attentive at all. They must have been having a hard time that night but definitely not taking that chance again.
Chris, our server was fantastic!! Great recommendations, great energy and top notch service! Food was good, the delivery folks did a great job. Very loud restaurant, games are expensive and too busy to play.
Good place to take the kids. Good isnt what it used to be and a little pricey for what it is but thats to be expected in a place like this. Bring your old game cards or they charge you $3 per card to activate new ones.
Always a good time going and having fun for an hour or so. Service could be better and it’s a little pricey but if you go on a Wednesday for half price games and buy food with tickets it’s a good cheap date under $30. Would definitely recommend!
Love this place this is the place where our family love to go too staff are friendly as well! And food is good a lil pricy but good ️
Horrible service, took 40 minutes to get an appetizer. Server kept claiming the computer was down even though the other tables with different servers were getting their food. Managers stood around. Omaha D&B do a better job!
Expensive games, cheap $2 prizes, horrible food. used to love this place!
This place is pretty fun. The virtual reality arcade was by far the best thing there. The Jurassic World theme was awesome! Will definitely be going back!
Bartender busy talking to a table of girls. After 15min of being ignored told him to get a manager. She was nice and offered me a free drink. Games are fun but staff needs to pay attention to customers
Sat at my table at 7, didnt get appetizer until 7:30. Didnt get my meal until 8:15. Appetizer tasted fine, dinner was terrible. I asked for medium cooked steak, and it was well done, dry, with uncooked corners. But my sons cheeseburger was cooked medium, looked like it hadnt been flipped so it didnt cook all the way through. Understaffed as far as waiters go, our waiter had to many tables and we had to flag him down to pay-which wasnt his fault you could just tell he was busy as hell. All games worked fine and we enjoyed the game part of it-definitely wont be returning to eat ever again. Also thought it was weird that no outdoor lights were on outside of the restaurant. If you know youre going to have a busy night, staff accordingly! All staff looked completely lost and overwhelmed!
Games were a blast but service was a little slow. Our poor waiter was running around doing the best he could but I looked like he was trying to cover more then 1 section. This caused half the food to come out cold.
Overall pretty good time. It was a bit of a wait to get an adult berverage as we waited almost 20 minutes. There were quite a few games that we we unable to play as they were out of order but the only way you knew that is by reading the card swiper as they were not marked very well that you couldnt play them.
Great place to eat and play games
My son and I had a great time spending our whole afternoon at Dave and Busters. We were there long enough to get hungry and order some food, which gave us the opportunity to recharge our play cards at a significant discount! The food was great and reasonably priced given that we were, at the same time, putting more money on our play cards. Though, there was a goof up in the kitchen but our waitperson was genuinely apologetic about it and offered to make it right with us on the bill. We didnt even have to ask. I made sure to tip her based on the original total of the bill though. Then we went back to playing more games. The claw machine was generous. The virtual reality shooter and flying games were awesome. We had a lot of fun overall and we are looking forward to our next trip out to Dave and Busters.
Expensive. But best salmon I ever ate and the drinks were made well.. Some of the staff seemed a little less than happy to be there but me and my family had a fun experience for our first time.
Went out to Dave and Busters with my girlfriend and my family for my birthday yesterday, never been there and wanted to give a try and was real excited by the atmosphere. But I was extremely let down when after 30 minutes of waiting to get a seat we sat for 1 and 1/2 hours and didn’t receive our food after asking about it multiple times. We witnessed 4 other groups get they’re food and attention before us, despite us being seated way before them, so at that point it was 9:00 and we got up and paid for our drinks and left, was a very sad experience and put my family and everyone in a sad mood as they felt my birthday was ruined. Had to settle with some late night Raisin’ Canes.
We go here often, and love the games!! The food is great, too--although I do miss their bang bang chicken
Awesome place to eat & drink and have fun!!!
Great food, great games, great service. Little on the expensive side.
Great food. Game passes are a bit pricey. But its an awesome place to turn the kids loose and enjoy a nice beer and snackies.
My husband and I decided to go to Dave and Busters on Tuesday 9/17/19 to celebrate my birthday. We had never been there so figured we would try it out for a fun night. We arrived at 6pm to take advantage of happy hour. It took 10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. Drinks and appetizer came out very quickly but then it took 30 minutes for our food order to be taken and after sitting for an an hour and 45 minutes we finally received our food. I would have been more understanding if it was busy but there were two other groups (of two people each) that she was waiting on. Instead of apologizing she kept making excuses like “I got slammed with a bunch of tables” and “I’m just trying to catch up”. I understand the food industry can be stressful but it was not a good first experience at this restaurant. The food was good but service was probably the worst we have ever experienced EVER. We played games afterwards but the service really ruined our game time. Might be back in the future for the games but will never eat there again.
Got there I had $75.00 in gift cards. I downloaded the app and found out that I cant use them on the app. I made it a point to go there when we were on vacation so I felt like my gift cards were a waste. So the I decided to add money on my credit card to get the discount, only to find out it doesnt work with google. I had to speak to manager 3 times during this visit. I decided to use my cards on food and drinks. I got a menu and the pages were stuck together and menu was gross and sticky. I mentioned it to server which said that they need to be wiped down. They were really gross. I order a drink which of course there is NO deals on Saturday not even one. I ordered a appetizer dip platter. The guacamole was brown and the bean dip was dry. My friends appetizer was just a chip with stuff on top and didnt look like what she ordered. Drink were not worth the $10 plus for them. So for four drinks and 2 appetizers my $75 was spent. Very disappointed.
Used to come here a lot last year, finally was able to come back and things have definitely changed. Though the arcades are way better now (especially the non-credit ones, Halo being my fave!!), I think some of the credit ones are a bit sketchy since many times you pay for maybe 10 seconds of play. Still a good place to go overall.
The kids had fun
Best place we have been in a while. My son loved it him and his friends said this is the only place we want to go for food and play . The service was great i would recommend it to any and the pricing i feel is better then other places.
The wait time was 45 mins for only 4 tables being full of people and the other 30 being full of dirty dishes. Food took forever to get out to our table but the waitress was super nice! The games were super fun as well, the dinning kinda killed the vibe tho...
Food was so good and we had a blast with our 4 year old. There were games we all enjoyed!
In response to reply from Dave and Busters. We enjoyed the atmosphere, service and of course the games. In my view the food quality was lacking what I have experienced in the past. I ordered the sliders and they just looked like something I can do at home. They were not dressed up as the image in the menu ( understand that I know the time and nature of food pictures on menus and can never expect it to look that way) . The food just left me feeling a little flat.
Attended with some friends and stayed very late, but most workers were really nice and the people at the bar were charismatic! The games were also super fun, although I suggest keeping an eye on how many points each machine takes or you run out quick! And dont wear short skirts or dresses as some of the games require jumping and it makes that difficult
My kid loves this place..Super cool place with lots of games which adults also can enjoy with drinks and tasty food options.
Food and drinks are a little pricey but prices for gaming are fair. Overall a fun time.
The kids had a great time. Im almost 40 and got carded for a drink...and i left my ID at home. Dont forget your ID, they will not serve you. :(
Was not very busy I had to ask for a waitress than ask again for the ticket never had poor service before here My son loved it I hope next visit will be better
My first time! Wish there was one closer to home
The burger sliders were delicious! The chicken tacos were ok but not great. The sticky floors need cleaned. They need better, low point/ticket gift items for kids to win. The waitress was really good. Well probably come back again but could definitely be improved upon.
Was great. Until we got told an hour and a half wait to eat. Took the server 14 min to give us water messed up my drink. Overall wasnt happy.
Everything was perfectly fine until I went to the restroom and to my surprise there was no TOILET PAPER available for me to use. I had to wait 10 minutes just to yell at somebody next door to me to hand me some, then I washed my hands no soap and no paper towels to dry my hands with.
