I came in today, on a Friday at noon during Covid-era, I chose this time expecting to not find a big crowd and I was happy to find only a small amount of people.The front desk personnel was very pleasant, we got to the sitting area and it was very clean, the buffet was fully replenished, clean and well taken care of, the ladies behind the counter have to hand you silverware. You must wear a face covering while not eating and they have hand sanitizing stations everywhere, they have disposable gloves for added protection from germs when youre going through the buffet. My only issue was that one of the staff members(a young petite lady with long brown hair in a black shirt) was not very personable, short and rude. I am not taking starts away because of her, though her customer service needs a little polishing. I am giving Pizza Machine because of the measures they are taking to protect the customers and themselves, and the customer service i received from 9 out of 10 people.

We enjoy coming here. The games are really fun, very clean, a kind staff, and the rides are very exciting for our kids. However, the food continues to be below our expectations for a place that requires purchase of the buffet. Maybe they could have a chef consultant come in and adjust flavor profile of their food? We would honestly come more often if the food were better. I even eat a good sized meal before coming because I know I won’t actually enjoy eating anything here.If you’re not able to change the buffet, partition off the buffet in a way that access is only granted on a playcard paid for with buffet access.

Always had a blast going here through the years. Great source for family entertainment, birthday parties, or just arcade fun. The prices are good, and theres a handful of package deals to choose from. The food from the buffet isnt very appetizing but thats kind of expected since its all free upon admission. They change the games around often too so its not the same every time. There arent many arcades around so this is a suitable option.

Had a great time, once again. Staff was FABULOUSEverything was set up for social distancing and they required masks. Lots of other safety measures in place too- appreciated that.

We have been here a few times and its a really fun place for the kids:) everyone that goes in has to pay for either a buffet or a play pass to go in, even if your child is the only one playing games one of these has to be paid for you to go in. Ordering your passes online is cheaper but if your just doing a buffet pass it is cheaper to buy it at the actual place. There are 4 dinning rooms to eat in and multiple rooms to do birthday parties in. A huge salad bar, a section of their specials of the day, the pizza section which includes up to 7 different kinds of pizza, the baked potato bar and nacho bar. 2 ice cream machines and a dessert bar. They also serve alcohol drinks too. The kids liked the food but my husband and I didnt like it. Remember this a kids place, so this is not fine dinning. The food offered on the afternoon, for lunch is different then the evening which was nice. Every night at 5 they have a special that they set out for the evening. My husband and I stuck to the fried food just because we didnt like the pizzas or pasta and the sauces and dressing were watered down. They did have 3 pop machines, a tea fountain drink, and a slush machine, coffee and cappuccino machine with coffee too. The games. They have laser tag, bumper cars, bowling, go carts, a frog hopper ride and spinning car ride, along with tons of games. Points to play games are put into a card as well as the tickets you earn from playing those games. A lot of the games just take your points and give you few tickets so we played slot of the games that said right on them, x amount if tickets if you win or lose. That was just how we did things. We also went at 1230 and stayed until 5 just so we could do lunch and dinner there since it is so expensive. The kids had a ton of fun and thats what we went there for! Staff was friendly and the place was clean so we love it.

I had so much fun here with my 4 year old! We got a 4 hour package and the unlimited food and drink alone was almost worth the cost. My daughter raved about all the rides and I loved that they had the go-karts, bumber cars, and DDR :) (next time well have to try laser tag!)

I come here at least 3x a month and spend a lot of my money here. We have always had friendly staff until tonight. A staff member named Audrey was extremely rude at the ticket counter and when I asked for her name for my google review she literally ignored me and walked off to get the manager that I previously asked for. Just left us standing there.

Family had so much fun cant wait to go back and the buffet was really good!! There was employees constantly cleaning all the machines which was extremely great!!

Pizza and other food was great. However I felt bothered by how the customer service treated me when I asked about the unlimited option which is a scam do not get. They do a very poor job of explaining this.

Enjoy traditional buffet food and plenty of games for the kids! Skill based ticket jackpots to several fair/carnival style attractions. Prizes to be won, food to be eaten and fun to be had! Sanitation foam stations throughout the establishment are a plus.

Lacking employees no one operating the rides only one person at the go carts with no line it took almost 45 minutes to get one race. The cards dont seem to work on some games or run out in 4 games. Now I remember why I dont bring my kids here and doubt I will forget

Buffet only has selected items due to covid restrictions and yet the price is the same. The pizza was cold, and there was no salad what so ever. The games were still fun, but way over priced for the limited food selections.

I gave a 5 start rating before the covid, it was really a fun place to go. Everyone has made changes to their business now that most of them are open for public. Pizza machine staff needs to be more organized when providing the food, there was a big line to eat with only 2 people serving. No social distancing on what so ever. Fountains drinks were available for you to take so I dont understand what it would be different if we cant serve our own food. Also the quality of the food is very poor, the salad they serve, come in boxes it looks like there were made a day before.Overall I would not come again until theg go back like the used to.

Variety of fun games for all ages. It was a great spot for date night and to eat plenty of food. My boyfriend and I were obsessed with the arcade games and got the cutest coffee mug for a prize along with other items. I’ve gone here for years for date night and fun days with my niece. Any age you will find something to do and have a great time. It is a large venue and perfect for big parties.

I tried their gluten free pizza and it was surprisingly good! When we paid for our play packs we let them know a gluten free pizza would be needed. I asked for a spinach artichoke pizza and they had it ready in about 10 minutes.Better than many others in town! Super impressed!

This was an amazing place! We had so much fun eating and playing and eating. We bought the 120 min play plans which was definitely sufficient. The youngest were done at about that time. There was something for everyone. Would highly recommend it.

Great Experience Wonderful staff and a Safe Environment

The buffett service was not per covid guidelines. There is an employee that service you with his hands. He did not use the utensil. Also, he just walked over to the dessert area from another location with the same gloves. Then proceed to pick up each cookie.

They Care!The place is extremely clean and well operated. The manager and his team sincerely care that you and your children have a great experience. The food is also very good and fresh. I have heard Valentinos owns it none the less the food is great!Not the cheapest place in town, but the value is their because of their management and product!Nice Job, we will be back!

Great atmosphere - kiddie area for the small kids - decent food - super experience - allowances from mask mandate for elderly and fragile people - a little pricey, but worth the memories made with the kids and grandkids - defintely take your family! And be sure toplay the virtual reality game! Ride the rides!! Must do when you visit Omaha!!

Went here with my husband and kids tonight. It was awful. The buffet had barely anything on it. Maybe 4 types of pizza, a few pastas, and nachos. Even the salad bar could barely be called that. Because of covid, you cant serve yourself, so half the time I stood there waiting for 4-5 minutes for the staff to come and hand me food that wasnt even what I asked for. The pizza looked and tasted like it had been on the buffet for hours. Inedible. The kids had fun on the games, but alot were not working or were closed because of covid. Biggest waste of money. Will never go back.

I have three boys various ages, there was something for everyone. My husband and I even enjoyed ourselves. It was a little pricey but if you make a day out of it totally worth the money.

I typically dont have high expectations of themed fun-place restaurant concepts. The place was clean from the dining area to the video arcade areas. I observed several workers busy sanitizing machines down. The food was simple but good. The value was exceptional.

Had a blast here with my wife and 4 year old. Buffet was surprisingly good and well stocked, plenty of games and rides appropriate for kids of all ages. They also have a dedicated area for toddlers.

Covid restrictions at the buffet and the buffet is very bare bones. Not much evidence of keeping everything wiped down in the games area.

My kids and I LOVE this place! Its become a family tradition every time we visit Omaha! Over there four years weve been visiting we have watched as they have updated and got better games and everything. Its as fun, or even more fun now then when we originally started coming!

This place is huge. With unlimited buffet/drinks and unlimited play passes, you can literally spend the whole day there. They also have adult beverages for those interested. We were there for 6 hours on our last visit

Kids always have a nice time here. We would love it if the food were better. Cant hardly talk Grandma into coming just because she dislikes the food that much! My husband always comments that the salad was the best thing. While I like salad too, you know that cant be good.

We enjoyed many parties at Pizza Machine. Last night, we had my daughter’s party here (her third one at Pizza Machine haha!). Due to the weather, the place was practically empty but there were plenty of fresh choices on the buffet and helpful staff if we had any questions. All of the kids invited had a great time, and my son declared he wants his party at pizza machine, too!

They were undergoing construction but were still open. Wasnt sure about coming here based on the reviews but glad we stopped in. The boys enjoyed the food and having fun playing the games and riding the rides. We spent a good 4 hours there and could have spent more. Food was good, not great but had a good variety. I would recommend you bringing your kids in and have fun with them. Looks like the best day to go is Tuesday since they have specials that day.

Amazing experience for kids and adults. Comparable prices and kids get alot of playtime on games. Kids always have a wonderful time playing all the different games.Food is less than adequate. Recommend eating beforehand and just playing games. Best thing on buffet is salad bar( if that tells you anything). Tried telling cook today that the croutons were horribly stale(she didnt speak English). Usually end up with a stomach ache and throwing most of the food away. By the looks of all the plates left on tables, everyone else does the exact same thingUpdate: 24hrs since we went and Ive been to the bathroom 5times since last night. Stomach did NOT fair well from the food ️

I took my 11 year old grandson here when we visited Omaha last weekend and he loved it! The food on the buffet is the kind that appeals to kids. He especially liked the pizza, chicken nuggets, and french fries, but they also had a baked potato bar, a pasta bar, a salad bar and soup, and of course cookies, brownies and ice cream. He loved all the arcade games and rides. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. It isnt cheap, but the price is comparable to similar entertainment centers. If you join the VIP Club, which is free, there are online packages that are a little less expensive.

Pretty expensive for our cards to not work. Absolutely no attendants at the rides. When I asked someone walking through he told me I should have stood there and waited longer. Food wasnt good. Just horrible experience for my kids first time there. Manager was pleasant atleast.

Since moving to Omaha my kids have loved coming to this place to eat and play games. There is a huge buffet with pizza, pasta, salad, drinks, slushies, desserts and other foods. They love to play the games, and ride the rides. The kids have fun but be prepared to spend quite a bit of money on the games with only cheap toys to show for it. The buffet is endless so at least my kids were able to eat or drink whenever they wanted during our visit. The food is just ok though.

There are many fun things to do here, but they have the prices of an amusement park. The food really needs to be improved. It wouldn’t take much to make things a little better. To get in you have to buy the buffet which really is not good. I liked one thing of potatoes they had and ice cream is good. Otherwise everything really is gross. For caregivers that don’t want to play you still have to pay your way in. I would rather do chucks cheese because you don’t have to buy food. The games are less expensive and you know what they cost, but they don’t have rides.

Had my sons birthday party here. They allowed us to bring in blacklights and black light out the room. My son had a great time and his friends loved the party, backlight themes Rock.

Fun creative environment for the whole family. Buy advanced passes online and makes for a super affordable all day fun time with unlimited food and drink from breakfast to dinner. Great for busy kids who snack and go. Go karts are fun. One of the better arcades in the midwest area. Lots to do.

They have great food. Their prices are reasonable. They even gave me more play points because one of their rides were down. The staff was nice and understanding. They have a great game selection. I will go there many times.

If youre doing a birthday party, I recommend the sports room, its good for young boys and dads alike. They have rides and a buffet and of course the arcade. I think their spaghetti is pretty good, but spaghetti works is better, not gonna lie. Still 5 stars for the nice workers and fun times by all.

The food was pretty good, and lots of selections. They have a decent amount of games for toddlers. Kids aged from 7-13 should have plenty of games to chose from. Didn’t ride the go carts but they have them as well. All in all not a bad place to go.

It is the best indoor entertainment that we have here in Omaha for the kids. This place offers a buffet. The food is edible but not 5 star. They do serve beer and wine for adults and have TVs so you dont miss your favorite game. Kids love it. Laser Tag awesome.

It was super fun. Variety of food could be better but most deffentialy was not dissatisfied. Took our little girl there and she loved it! Had a blast. My favorite was the virtual reality. We will probably go back on a later day maybe a week day for less people

Well we were eating and a cockroach was crawling up the wall. The people at the other table alerted the bus lady. She came over took her shoe off smacked the cockroach then wiped it off with a paper towel, got down put her shoe back on and went back to work. No disinfectant, no hand washing. Im pretty sure we wont be going back

We went on Wednesday and the games cost half of the usual amount to play-- two kiddos under 7 were highly entertained for the couple of hours we spent here!

Honestly, super expensive in my opinion. But the food is way better than the last time I was there, 10+ years ago. It was good. My kids and I had a very fun time, and the completely immersive virtual reality game ( $7.something each cash over and above whatever package you choose when going in ) is super cool. Definitely glad we did that. Overall, it was clean, the machines worked for the most part, the staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient, and we had a great time, even though I did end up spending about 3 times more than what I had planned.

Decent prices and good food. Lots of games, rides and activities. They have package deals which are much cheaper than just loading money on a play card. About $40 per person for an unlimited package however this does have A limit on prizes games like claw machines and games you win tickets on. Unlimited buffet is included with all the play packages. Prices are cheaper if you book online before you get there. This is one of our favorite places to take the kids.
