Overall not a very well run facility. The staff was generally unhelpful, unfriendly, and poorly managed. I saw several employees on their phones, while customers where waiting for service. They have two activities, the Rope Course and Rock Wall, that require an employee to operate, but only have one employee to work both. This means that if you want to climb the Rock Wall, you have to wait until all the customers have finished the Rope Course for that one employee to come over and assist you, which could be a 15 to 20 minute wait in line. Which, given that you pay for a 2 hour block of playtime, means that if you want to do these activities, you are wasting not only your time, but your money. If you try and get one if the other employees to assist you, despite several standing around talking or browsing their phones, they tell you have to wait for the one employee that is operating both attractions. I could list probably another half dozen issues I had with Urban Air, but I feel like theyve wasted enough of my time already.

We love this place! We got the membership for around $12 a month, you get a free snack and can do ALL the activities with this membership. (I made all his friends parents get one, too! Haha) It paid for itself the first month we got it-we went 6 times the first month! My son NEVER sits still so this has been a major happy place for us! The staff have been really great and the food is pretty good! My son loves the cheese sticks. Since Covid they’re doing a great job with everything going on! Going again today :-)

I was here with my 19 month old son for a birthday party. The place is clean and had enough adventures to kill good 3 - 4 hours. There are a variety of trampoline and one can jump and jump and jump till you get tired. The place is very suffocating. I wish the air conditioning is better. In the room we are in we ran out of pizza and water bottles couple times and it took a while to get them. Looking forward to go back here in the future.

We enjoy urban Air there is so much to do for the kids. I think one time the kids said they were ready to go before I did. I think they opened up a little soon. We won’t be going back for awhile. My granddaughter and her friend have passes and it is worth it. All you have to do is go one time a month and it pays for it plus. If you are forking out $20 to go, you are paying to much. Get the pass it’s worth it. I think they should have waited to open so we won’t be going back for awhile.

The reservation process to sign up for a spot for members was a pain. I dont understand why members have to reserve spots but the general public doesnt. The website was not friendly at all. Also, I never saw anyone come around and wipe down or clean the tables in the waiting area. I used the restroom and noticed the sign posted on the door with times when the bathroom had been cleaned was blank. So either it had not been cleaned at all that day (this was around 3pm) or no one is filling out the sheet.Masks are required for those waiting but its not enforced. Masks are not required for children playing, which doesnt make any sense to me. They are in close contact with other kids in those areas. I had mine wear their masks anyway. The kids do love to come and play here and it is a good option for when you need an indoor play area.

WARNING: Do NOT sign up for the membership plan. They lock you in for a year, which is fine, but they make it VERY inconvenient for you to cancel once that year is over.1. You cannot cancel your membership on the website.2. The only way you can contact them is via email on their website.3. They allow themselves 72 hours to respond.4. They respond with marketing pitches in an attempt to retain you as a member, rather than cancelling per your direct request.I have been emailing them for a full week now and they still havent cancelled my membership. If they havent worked this out by the time the next billing cycle comes, I will be disputing the charges on my credit card.UPDATE: After telling them in another email that they had 3 business days to cancel my membership or I was contacting my credit card company, my membership is finally cancelled. Never again will I sign up for a membership with these people.

This place is a rip off, very expensive and nor recommended for kids under. if you have little ones under 3 u can not even go in the only playground they have with them. You will have to pay around 15 dollars ( for parent ticket and socks) so u can be in the ground level with you child. We paid around 50 bucks for 2 hours in the premises for my 10 and 2 year old boy. Take your kids to the park probably the play ground is funner u can actually play with them and instead of standing around.

We were just passing thru town and needed to let the kids out to jump. We were SO PLEASED with Urban Air!! First they have so much more stuff to do than any other indoor trampoline park weve visited. Second, the staff were super nice about a couple things (couldnt leave the dog in the car cause it was so hot, so they allowed me to keep her on a leash in the corner. SO grateful. And they gave us a discount cause were just passing thru town). And lastly, they were so good with sanitation, and COVID careful procedures. I wish we could have them closer to where we live. They rock!!

I brought a small child here to play and purchased a ticket for him and a parent. Then I was told I couldn’t accompany my child because a parent pass only allows you on the main floor of the play structure.I tried to talk to a manager and he was rude, unapologetic and wouldn’t answer any questions.I understand parents not entering the third level tubes, but the slides are not safe for young kids without direct supervision. The so called parent pass is misrepresented. Don’t take small children here unless you are comfortable with them entering a play structure unattended.I should also note, I was refused a refund even thought the parent pass doesn’t actually allow you use all the same attractions as the child.

I love the idea of toddler time, however it is unsafe that parents are now unable to accompany their toddler on the larger slides. I have never had this issue during other “toddler time” visits. I understand that parents cannot be in the tubes but otherwise I feel that it is a safety concern to not allow parents to be there to supervise their toddler on the large open slides. Very disappointed with this visit and how staff communicated this to me.

I had my sons birthday party here yesterday and things couldnt have been more perfect! Our party host, Cleo, was exceptional to say that least. She took care of everything from start to finish and did it as if it were her own! All of the parents were truly impressed with her positive attitude, attention to detail, and 5 service! Urban Air should be proud and thankful to have such a fine young woman representing their company! It is experiences like this and people like her and Hunter that will keep us coming back and spreading the good word. Hunter was a champ at checking me out at the end of the party. He truly cared about our experience and how we were treated!! You two ROCK and deserve a raise!A bonus at the very least! Thanks again for making our day AMAZING!

Review №72

It’s a fun place, and the kids definitely like it. But for their price point, I would expect a nicer facility. It’s very industrial looking, dimly lit, floors aren’t kept swept throughout the day and it’s very loud and echoey due to the building design. They require you buy their branded socks, vs wearing any gripped socks (intended for similar use). I find that to be a wildly catty business policy considering the entry cost. Socks are for safety, not advertising. Any safe socks intended for a bounce facility should be allowed. Also they have way too little coat and shoe storage for Nebraska winters. So then families use the few tables they do have for coat storage so there’s nowhere to sit and eat or catch your breath. Just a bit disappointing. We were thrilled to have this addition to our community and happy to support it. Just wish they would be more deliberate about the things that make it convenient for parents who bring their children there.

Highly disappointed, I initially thought the $23+ entry fee would be worth it, but it wasn’t. I bought the most expensive wristband and kids without wristbands were on the “ultimate” attractions. I could have bought the cheapest wristband and still have been able to go on everything. One kid threw up in the middle of the walkway, and it was a few minutes before anyone even noticed. Empty tables were filled with trash, and food was left all over the floor for hours. If you’re above the age of five, don’t go. Absolutely not worth the price or the hassle for a mediocre jump place. I could have gotten a BETTER experience at sky zone for half the price.

I have 4 children left in the home. On average we spend $200-300 per child to celebrate their birthday depending on age. We value experiences over gifts and so this place for our budget. My son turned 10- and wanted to go to Urban Air. He brought 5 of his friends plus my 4,6,14 and 19 year olds. Everyone had a blast! Even the adults! Trampolines - lots of them -plus They have a ball pit - with climbing swings, ropes, hanging walls, perfect for the “Little’s”! The warrior course let the 10 year olds battle strength and agility skills and the -whatever the rope thing with the harnesses is- is crazy cool for the “Biggles”!The best part- all the areas are on 1 floor- and I could see all of the kids of all ages in the different sections fairly easily just by walking someone the center row. I didn’t have to assign a different adult for each age group to supervise. We got the Ultimate package for $280- that covered all the kids and the adults could climb or watch for free. I opted out for the upgrade “room” for $50 because who needs arm room? It’s not like we’ll be sitting much. Lol. And they have plenty of free tables.Warning though - the Ultimate package with a room comes with Pizza- the Ultimate package without the room (table) DOES NOT come with pizza-So I ended up spending $30 for the 2 yummy pizzas anyway.Very cool staff- very accommodating - and super fun for everyone!

Not at all pleased with our experience. It’s MLK Day, so the staff had to know they would be very busy! The staff I encountered was very rude or just not helpful in explaining how the system works. You pay at a kiosk with no instructions or assistance, 5 and under you pay a flat fee, 6 and up you have to purchase a package. The kiosks were confusing and the staff member that “helped” me, knew less then I did.We were about the fourth family in line and it still took over 15 minutes to get checked in. I paid for an adult pass but they didn’t tell me that I would need socks, so now I have to stand in a 20 minute line to purchase them from the angry front desk attendant. You are forced to buy socks and not allowed to bring your own food. It’s very poorly lit, almost no light above the tubes structure. If we were able to purchase passes online in advance it could possibly help this chaotic unwelcome procedure. Or if the staff was knowledgeable, helpful or friendly.I was very excited that this was created by moms but it seems they have dropped the ball. As I see no real adults here. This is outrageously priced for the service you receive. I would NOT suggest or recommend this place to anyone.

Before going I was reading some of the reviews. I couldnt believe how many bad ones there were. I almost decided against taking my grandkids. After arriving we were able to check in/pay rather quickly and once in I was actually pleased with the overall layout and appearance. The facilities seemed to be very clean, even the bathrooms that most places neglect. As far as price, in comparison to other like facilities you get more for your money. I looked all over while I was here to find one kid crying and trying to drag their parent out because they were not having a good time. I couldnt even find a frown on one childs face. As far as the staff goes, I didnt interact with many but the ones I did seemed pleasant. If anyone had issues with staff I would say because they expected them to babysit their kids for them. That is not what they are there for and as far as I could tell they were doing their jobs. If your looking for a place to take your kids to burn some energy and enjoy themselves this would be a good pick.
