Be careful their system will put your kid under someone else’s name which I think Is rather scary. Other than that clean and spacious. The kids love it
I like this place, theres a lot of great things for kids. Everything seemed pretty clean and the staff was friendly. My kids had a great time. Worth noting, there were some policies that appear to be more aimed at maximizing profit then anything else. That rubbed me a little bit wrong. We brought trampoline socks that we had purchased elsewhere. Staff kindly informed us that only socks purchased at Altitude were permissible. Even though the socks appear virtually identical except for the color. I was bewildered to learn the policy that you are not permitted on the raised walking surface unless you are wearing Altitude socks. I and others were mystified as to why patrons who desired to supervise their children, (not jump on trampolines) could not do so with stocking feet. When you arrive just be prepared to spend some money.
Usually I have a great experience here, but was extremely disappointed in our last visit (July 18,2020). The staff screamed at my 2 year old son and 9 and 5 year old niece and nephew because they were jumping on the same trampoline. At this time there were maybe 9 people total in the facility. Instead of walking over to us a worker was sitting on a trampoline some ways away screaming. She screamed so loud and crazily she startled my 2 year old. After this they stood staring at the 3 kids the entire time. We decided to leave because at this point it was uncomfortable because we were basically being watched for any wrong move. It was no longer fun for the kids. I really think the staff was bored because no one was really there. I talked to the manager because I wasn’t aware kids were not allowed to jump on the same trampoline. She cited their rule that said no double bouncing. I understand this rule but it’s unfortunate the worker yelled instead of just calmly walking over to me so I could tell the kids not to jump by each other. Also I have been dozens of times and have never seen the “one person jumps on a trampoline at a time” rule enforced. Be consistent if you are going to enforce this rule. Also understand yelling psychotically scares kids. There were much better ways to handle this situation.
We had a blast! It was much needed time out of the house and the kids spent a lot of energy. An hour was good for our first time but I think if we went more we would need longer. The price is fair for toddlers and one parent jumps free with one kid or two parents jump free with 2 kids during their junior jumper time.
The manager and staff are wonderful. Our party took a turn and they were extremely helpful!! We will definitely be back!!
Gabriel, the manager was the absolute BEST! Gave good advice and helped out with all my questions and concerns. His staff was also very helpful during my daughters party. Parties are always stressful but Altitude made it easy and FUN for my birthday girl, me and my guests!! Recommend 100% !!!
It was a fun, clean experience! The trampolines were fun, and staff was always nearby to assist anyone. Definitely will be coming back sometime!
1. I broke my arm there because there was no padding on the rails and I ran into one and they just said deal with it 2. There food was cold and burned so wouldnt recommend other than that the jumping was fun.
I come to this place daily. The manager is awesome and employees are very amiable. Highly recommend if you want to have a good time.=)
First time here.. were on vacation and need a fun thing to do with my son.
I honestly love this place and miss it sooo much. Me and my friend used to go here pretty much every day. I just cant wait til places start opening again and I can go here.
Fun for all ages! The only thing Altitude Trampoline Park does better than their incredible facilities and inexpensive prices is their customer service. Ive never been more impressed with a trampoline park. It is evident the bar has been set higher than expected.
9 year old loved it. Lots of different areas to keep them busy (better than other parks in Omaha). A little understaffed, but not terrible. Good snack selection.
Three stars because my little girls had a blast. Not a five star because the establishment was somewhat dirty. There was a little girl (customer) that was picking up trash from some of the trampolines before using them. There were many attractions and most kids will definitely have fun but as a parent youll sit and see all of the flaws in no time.
My family and I attended a b-day party here. The place is huge which is a good thing. Staff was friendly & helpful. They had plenty to do.
This was our first bad experience here. Older boys who said they are regulars hogged the back corner so no one else could jump on an already busy day. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and hadnt had any attention all night. Almost every toilet was over flowed except 1. And even that one still had so much urine on the floor and back of the toilet that it still ended up literally all over my clothes ruining the rest of our time there and forcing my kids to have to leave 3 hours sooner then we would have . Mind you we paid for the unlimited also so our money went to waste.
PRO: The facilities were fun for my 10 year old. One specific employee, Carl, was amazing to my son; because of Carl, we will be back!!CON: I didn’t like having to pay for socks just to walk with and supervise my son, that’s ridiculous.
Always a fun place to be! Fun for kids and a workout for adults! Today we were here for Toddler Time from 10am-1pm. Super cool for your toddler. The whole place to themselves. Easy way to get some energy out
Great place to go have fun with your children. It was my first time going there and the only issue I had was the counter help ( registering and paying)sucked. Three people behind the register and only one helping the whole 15 min I was standing there to get checked in. Then they are asking me questions like I would or should know..... Look I don’t work here you tell me what I need to do. I payed over $100 dollars and signing in was the worse when you have questions and the only person trying to help you also had to run register while the other two stood there and talked. But after that had a blasted with the kids.
The kids were worn out. Seemed to enjoy it. Staff were attentive. But when serving their pizza it was on very flexible foil pans which made for a precarious delivery to the table.
If youre not visiting this trampoline park, youre doing wrong. Ive been to a couple of others in the Omaha area and this one is hands down the best. It is HUGE (how they manage to keep it clean is beyond me) has many tables and activities, and have very nice staff and manager working there. I am super impressed with our most recent visit. They also have the good socks that are able to be washed and reused without falling apart. 10/10 would recommend again.
The kids had an amazing time. The trampoline part was amazing! The reason I gave two stars is because everyone that works there is around 16-17 years old. They have no idea what they are doing. Seems like no training at all has happened. We ordered hot dogs and a pretzel, she rang us up and then realized there were none cooking. She said she would bring them to us. 20 minutes later we saw another guy walking back from getting a hot dog. So we went up there and it took us 5 minutes to get helper while the girl was flirting with some guys at the counter. She finally helped us and have us the food. The pretzel was COLD. Like out of the fridge Cold. We were so frustrated at this point we let it go. There was a manager there that didnt help with anything. Just watched us not be helped. The kids that were supposed to be running the trampoline stuff were not really doing anything. One of the kids just talked to his friend the entire time he was supposed to be running one of the jumping thing . All and all we probably wont be going back to this one. Probably would suggest defy gravity over this place.
A few things didnt work. Like some of the trampolines may have been broke, limiting some of the players from some mini games. Other than that it was awesome and entertaining.
The biggest complaint would be most of the staff. When we showed up and got to the counter there was atleast 5 employees just standing there. Only one of them was helping a customers, as we waited for probably 10 minutes. Until an employee came from somewhere out on the floor and came to the counter to help us. Luckily she was our party host too because she was one of the few that payed attention to customers. Overall the kids enjoyed themselves and some of us parents too. It was nice they announced over the speakers to say the time was up because it was easy to lose track of time. When it was time to check out there was an older gentleman at the counter that was friendly and quick at getting people through the line. Him and our party host definitely tried to help make this a positive experience despite a couple small issues that can happen anywhere you go.
Totally AWESOME place for the kids they could spend hours upon hours here.
Very poor customer service, staff is under train and overwhelmed. When running into any issues the management states they can’t do anything about anything because they have no power everything is automated. Took over 30 minutes to check in get waiver sign person at the front desk was unable to process the waiver and the waiver had to be re-sign again after that it was two minutes after 6 o’clock and due to their inability to do their job they wanted to charge me almost twice the amount Per jumper (from 8 to 14.99). When confronting the manager with the issue she just shakes her head and says there’s nothing she can’t do anything everything changes automatically, and that was it she just starts to do other things. I’m sitting back and listening to other people this place seems like they are very unaccommodating even for birthday parties they see everything as black-and-white there’s no gray area they have no power and the staff is not capable or willing to deal with any type of issues that arise I would definitely not recommend this place to visit nor would I have large groups here. This was our test run to have our kids birthday party here they completely and utterly failed.
Very helpful and friendly staff. I had my daughters 9th birthday party there and it went great. The staff took care of my every need with a smile on there face. The place had plenty of things for the kids to do and they all had fun.
I came in today for my sons 16th birthday it was not packed and Ashley helped us on register she was awesome and patient with our group size considering we weren’t a planed birthday just a walk in . Very cleanly environment and I was grateful that the parent not jumping does not have to pay this was our first time here but won’t be the last great work altitude team
Really liked the place lots of fun activities to do other than just jump. I will go again
They do not have any policies of COVID 19. The workers are mean
It was super fun and cheep (not there food) I recommend the rock wall
This was our first time coming here. The atmosphere was fabulous, staff was great and very helpful. I would recommend anyone with children to give it a try.
Staff at front counter very polite. More staff needed within the trampolines to cover all attractions. Not all were open at all times. Wipe out is a favorite and kids couldn’t use it for the first half of the time here. When that opened, another attraction couldn’t be used. Not enough staff. Staff who worked wipe out when it opened, she made it super fun for the kids. Will return.
Enjoyed our night here. Staff was a little unknowledgeable about internet deals but okay no the lest. Facility was clean and very fun. I will be back with kids again!
When this establishment first opened I live going there because of the staff that would be there and I recognized a certain amount of staff that would always be there and they would start to learn my name as me and my friends would come in. But then they started telling us how badly they were treated there and how horrible it really was and there was a time were me and my friends came in on a Saturday afternoon and all the employees seemed really upset and gave a vibe off that they didn’t want to be there because of the main boss. But all of the staff made me had a good vibe they’d play up to date music and they’d also dance and have conversations with us. But then I realized they started losing good employees and one of my favorite employees said that he liked working there but the owner said he didn’t want to hire anymore OPS residing school because they only brought in bad business which is actually the owners fault because he should have done a background check of the area before putting a business there and all of the staff there are either new or not encouraging. Which makes it hard for me to come back because the staff that were there when they first opened made the place fun but now the place will never be the same and they will never have my business again
Held my sons birthday party at Altitude a few weeks ago, and was thoroughly unimpressed. While their facilities are great and the kids had a fun time, it was not worth the money (I spent over $300) for a party venue. Altitudes website advertises that their birthday packages include a personal party host. I assumed that this meant an employee would attend to party needs as they came up during the event (bringing more bottled water, bringing extra plates/napkins as needed, etc.), and this was confirmed to me over the phone before the party. We were at Altitude for 2 hours, and an employee did not come by our table even once to check on us. As the party host, I had to leave the group multiple times to go to the front desk and get required party supplies, that Altitude said they would provide. This was extremely inconvenient, and given that I paid over $300, I would have expected much more. Essentially, this boils down to false advertisement by Altitude. While I can agree that Altitude is a fun option to take your kids for an afternoon, I STRONGLY advise against choosing Altitude for a party venue. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
So much fun! Great time for entire family. We had a birthday party for my grandson andnit was awesome! Staff was so very helpful and friendly. I recommend Altitude to anyone looking for a fun family oriented activity.
This is by far the best trampoline park in Omaha. Had a birthday party here for my middle child. Needless to say all the kids had a lot of fun and came out of there tuckered out.
This was our first experience here. It was awesome! Very clean and everyone was following the rules which makes the experience so much better for everyone. We will definitely be back!
Love that a venue of this nature has come into this area of Omaha. My kids really enjoyed it. There is one negative aspect and that is limited seating for parents while their kids jump. If it’s a busy Sat and there’s quite a few Birthday parties going on be prepared to stand the entire time. I would suggest filling in the ample space at the entrance for seating!
We booked a huge end of year football/cheer party at Altitude on January 15th. We had rave reviews from all. The kids had so much fun they didnt want to quit jumping to come get their awards/cake. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. I stood at the door and helped people navigate the lines. There was a bit of a wait for some, but we had over 60 kids coming in at the same time for our party- plus their regular traffic. We received multiple compliments from the parents of the kids. We will definitely be back next year to host our end of year party again. Thank you Altitude. My 13 year old twins have been there at least six times with their friends and they love it. They really feel like there is a lot to do for the older kids. We love the Wipe Out activity.
Kids love this place, I dont. Way too noisy for me. If you can drop kids off, do it. LOL
Great time today with the kiddos and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Will return again sometime!
Real fun for kids
The kid working on the dodgeball was not working but playing....and playing loud and rough. We were told you needed their special socks to just watch from the top area, but saw others up there in regular socks. We will not go back. Urban air is much better.
Actually got to meet the owner one day when I brought my kids in awhile back. Great guy, and he helped us set up my daughter’s birthday party which was a huge success! She wants to come back every year for her birthday and after our first class experience I look forward to having both my kids birthday’s at Altitude Omaha for a long time!
Great fun for all but need to keep up with the cleaning!
My kids love this place!! Really fun atmosphere and plenty of stuff to keep the kids occupied for hours. Glad to have a place like this in Omaha! Looking into joining their members program so we can visit even more often.
Fun place for kids but you have to wait hours for pizza to be delivered from dominos! Kids basically didnt want to jump because they were hungry. Maybe they should consider preordering or you should eat before you come
This was our second time going to Altitude! We will continue to go there! Great customer service and my 3 boys had a blast! The staff did an awesome job supervising kids and adults jumping. My kids are already asking when we can go back again! Keep up the great work!
My daughter loves going here during toddler time on weekdays. Sometimes seems understaffed though.
This place is amazing! Its huge, has tons of stuff to do, and my kids had a blast. My daughter is begging me to have her birthday party there. Also met the Reggie the GM - great guy, totally took care of us.
This place is pretty nice and clean but as many times as my family and I have gone we have only been able to use the wipeout game once. It requires the employee to run it and they have plenty of them walking around monitoring to run the machine but dont. The 2nd drawback is they have odor fresheners/neutralizers that seem to run on overtime and for a person that is sensitive to scents I always get a headache and my throat hurts while there. I do understand you dont want to have it smell like stinky feet but you could turn down the machines a little.
A lot of trampolines to jump on, and a variety of activities, including Extreme Dodgeball!! Great music playing while you jump. Plenty of places to sit if you dont want to jump. Snack bar with decent food.
Waited 2 hours for pizza, but kids had a blast
Fun. Prices are fair. Food, not so good.
Nice place fun for the whole family & great rates
Best Birthday party EVER!!! All of the kids had a blast and cant wait to go back!!! As a parent it was so fun and EASY! Turn key birthday party! Everything is handled from the minute you walk in- friendly staff, jump zones, pizza and they even have ICEEs! ️️️️️
Great place for younger kids. Didnt see the rock wall as advertised, but several other jump activities are available. My kids really enjoyed the diving board foam pit. Service wasnt the best but kids really did enjoy this place. Its huge.
We had a birthday party there for our 8 year old and the kids had a blast. The pricing is extremely fair, especially compared to other trampoline parks in Omaha. All of the employees were cheerful and wiling to help with any request we had. Special thanks to the manager / owner who offered to help me carry armfuls of toys - while it was sleeting!
Went on a Saturday morning and nearly had the place to ourselves. Kids loved the open spaces and the foam cube pits.Agree on the comments that there could be a bit more seating areas within the play area. Not a huge deal, but the one or two benches go quickly once the place starts to see a bit of traffic.
A little hidden gem please support their business your child will love it and be tired in less than 30 minutes and parents you have no excuse you should be jumping too yes youll look ridiculous but you also wont remember the last time youve had this much fun. Just make sure to keep your socks save some money and be a little less wasteful.Owners can we get a monthly kids free 21 and up couples jump from lets say 8pm to 1pm please.
My son loves this place! He has tried all the trampoline parks in Omaha and he says this one is the best! We have gone 4 times and each time the service seems to get better.
My eight year old daughter likes these kind of places. I dont like that I couldnt see my daughter very well from the floor here while she was jumping.
I took my 3 year old and 4 and a half year old girls. We all had a blast.
First time bringing my kids here. Overall it was an okay experience, however the service was not so okay. We stood in line for over 15 minutes and when it was finally our turn, the boy behind the counter went off to the side to attend to 3 girls or so. He then proceeded to make them all drinks and laugh and talk with them. They were not in line, nor did we see any cash exchanged. As he was making the drinks, another employee working ( who I think said he was the manager) was standing behind him talking and laughing. He then began to walk away, right past us and didn’t even look in our direction. I got his attention and asked if he could help us and he told me “yes as long as we come to a different line”. That line was also full of people. A woman next to me expressed her frustrations and he hardly acknowledged what she said. After another couple minutes we finally just said screw it and walked away as did a couple others in line). We also payed for the deal with drinks and food. We wentto the counter multiple times and was told they did not have the food we wanted and at the time only had a couple splices of pizza. So even if we wanted pizza (which some of the kids did) there was not enough anyways. Poorly managed and you can tell the staff is rather young due to how they run the counters. For the amount of money I spent, I was rather disappointed and will most likely go to a different “fun place” for the kids next time.
My kids had a fabulous time at the Trampoline park. Adults and kids can jump. There are a lot of different jumping activities to engage in. They have dodge ball, wipe out, basketball to name a few. There are concession stands in there but if you need an affordable lunch break Bakers supermarket is next door just make sure you keep your wristband on for re entry.
We are visiting Omaha Nebraska with our three girls all the way from Louisiana. We decided to go to Altitude Trampoline Park because we were looking for something fun to do and we always have an amazing experience with the one back home. When we checked in at the front desk the employees didn’t even know their own pricing for the kids under two and tried charging me full price for my one and two year old. After that was settled we made our way to to the trampolines and proceeded to jump and have fun. But unfortunately that was brought to an end 25 minutes after we started jumping. They only had one employee on the floor and he was horsing around with the big kids playing dodge ball. There were other kids who wanted to play on things but they were closed since they had no one to run or supervise it. When we found something that didn’t require an employee and everyone was having fun the employee walked over and started to be very rude, disrespectful and making up rules and telling us if we didn’t like it to either deal with it or leave. This was very unprofessional and bad business. He had no right since we were doing nothing wrong. After trying to talk to him like adults he started to raise his voice and make a scene in front of our small children who were only looking to have a good time like we do at the one we go to all the time in New Orleans. Other parents started to complain therefore we all walked out and went to Urban Air Trampoline Park. It’s very unfortunate we pay so much money for something we didn’t even get to enjoy. But I will not let my kids be discouraged from something they love to do. Thank you Urban Air for making every visit fun and enjoyable. Also, we bought the unlimited jump package that comes with a free shirt and they didn’t even have shirts in our sizes. Another thing, they have so much wasted space and their equipment is falling apart. Not worth the $60 it cost for us to jump(especially for 25 minutes.)When we return home I look forward to going back to ours. They have more things for the kids to do and their staff is very friendly and fun!!Our Visit Date: 7/10/19Location: Omaha Nebraska
It was great the manager Ashley was very nice and helpful
For learning new tricks the foam pit is amazing hands down the best trapoline park in Nebraska.
Went during toddler time. It was fun and my son had a blast. Nice and clean trampoline park, most arent clean. Staff was very friendly also. I will definitely come back again!
My daughter had alot of fun there at a friends birthday party! Staff is friendly and the enviornmet is safe and clean. We will go back.
This was me and my kids 1st time here. It would have been a completely amazing place. If it was more staffed. The staffed seemed stressed out causing them to be extremely rude. Services was not might. New staff was not properly trained. Nate which is one of the staff was extremely hostile, rude, and unprofessional the manager on hand seemed confused and didnt know how to handle any issues. Mean which its was probably while of 80 kids and only 5 parents in sight. I watched kids walk over to the coolers and help their self to drinks due to not enough staff. Crazy 1st and last time. I spent $160 easily and I either had went somewhere else and paid twice that just for better customer service.
The staff is awesome, my daughter had her 10th birthday here and it was very smooth. All of the kids had a great time and no one got hurt.
Grandson had nice bday party. The staff was not real organized and pizza was brought in from outside
With such a high price per jumper I dont think that you should have to buy socks to observe your younger children.
Big play areas with lots of variety of things to do to keep the family jumping until your all exhausted.
This place does not keep kids safe. Fights so large, the building must be surrounded by police. Parents, stay away from this place! Kids literally fleeing to Bakers to be safe. This isnt the first time this place has been unsafe.
Staff was very rude.Lady threw our socks at us and had no clue how to do her job.
It was very fun
Waited 45 mins in a line thought preregister would be helpful was not! Nice area to have such a facility. Seemed to not have enough staff for such a busy night...
Fun place to take the family and have fun. Has Wipeout, performance jump, trapeze swing, rock wall, battle been, extreme dodge/volley-ball, high 9 reaction wall, trampoline basket ball and more. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Brought our little brothers here, all age 11. They loved it! They all agreed that it was better than sky zone. The dodgeball and wipeout area was their favorite. It wasn’t overcrowded. And the Friday night deal for $20 for the three hours is great. Would bring the boys again!Oh! And they have massage chairs, it does cost money just like at the mall, but seriously my favorite part of this place. The staff here was great.
Its a great place to go to exercise in Fern energy. Sometimes I feel the staff is not attentive, I had ordered a pepperoni pizza and the staff gave me a cheese pizza. And theyre also inconsistent in letting people know when theyre badge when theyre jumping time is up.
I love the wipeout activity! They have so many fun and creative attractions in the park that you won’t want to leave! The staff was also extremely helpful :)
Brought my little brother and his friends and they loved it! Staff was super friendly and the park is huge. Will definitely be back!
Nice place for kids, pretty inconsistent on enforcement of rules, they seem to pick and choose what rules they feel like enforcing and who they feel like enforcing them on. I didnt eat anything (not for any particular reason but the kids liked the pizza and slushes). I also noticed many of the employees were either grouped up and chatting among themselves or apparently had some of their friends there to hangout with instead of working. This might be different if the manager left his office for any reason other than a complaining customer. We waited in line for over 20 minutes just to pay for the jumping not to mention the concession line was just as bad. Again maybe if the manager was managing this could move a lot smoother. I will give them a second chance but if my next visit is similar, Ill likely not return.
Great place to let the kids exert energy lol
Such a fun place for all ages. Glad we have this park available for birthday parties. They take care of it all...first class.
My 6-year old loves Altitude Trampoline Park! Its our go to for play dates. The park is clean and I like that the staff is attentive too.
For the price, I’d much rather go to Urban Air. Not as many options here.
My family and I love it here! We frequent the park and are consistently greeted with the best service! Fun for kids and adults!
I went today the 27th of January with my family and kids and once we walked in some kid was getting kicked out because he got into a fight and pulled a knife out. Not only that but a little later on the apparent owner of the facility was yelling at a 2 year old girl for running around but correct me if I’m wrong it’s a trampoline park where running is supposed to happen. Also the “owner” was yelling with another family kicking people out because he was too lazy to grab plates and silverware. And instead of handling it professionally he called the cops to kick people out I seen a total of about 25 people leave today. Never returning again. Defy gravity is 1000 times better and way more polite.
By far the worst service ever! Not only was the manager extremely rude but also the food is horrible. We were here for a party, there was only one table for everyone and relatively small. If you want a bigger section you have to pay $50.00 extra. Which wasn’t even said when the party was reserved. The staff is very young and doesn’t really know how to work but should be guided by example from their superiors which to be honest suck at their job. And if you dare to say anything about their horrible service be prepared to get kicked out or all the employees will bad mouth you. First and last time I will ever be there. Was not worth the time or money. And to top it off the floor is very gross, sticky and smells. And we didn’t flip a lid over paper plates and silverware! We were mad for your response and how badly you handled it! NOT MANAGER MATERIAL!!!And also there are comments on Facebook about someone in our group calling our host the N word, just to be clear, NO ONE EVER called that girl such a vulgar name.
