They shut off the water fountains and will not provide any water for the kids! They force you to buy them expensive drinks. Not very nice.

The kids had fun. There are a lot of areas and activities. The birthday host we had was nice. The parking absolutely sucks, icy, slick and packed with no room to turn around or navigate around groups standing in the parking lot chatting.

If you are looking for an indoor activity that is cost effective this is your place. Took the kids both for a bday party and just for fun. Wears the kiddos out and you get to relax while they are safe.

Very well maintained. the staff is helpful. i rolled my ankle and helped me out. They gave me some ice. Dodge ball was a lot of fun. I never did a flip in my life until i came here. I will definitely come back.

My group (ages 9, 14, 36, & 41) enjoyed this place and had a lot of fun. Its clean. Polite staff. They charge by the half hour. And you buy their socks for $2.00 (socks are reusable for future trips. The dodgeball and basketball hoops are hits! The foam pit was cool.

Employees were very helpful and accommodating. 10:00am was perfect for littler ones as it wasn’t crowded at all. We loved the new zip line, trapeze and swings. The girls all had so much fun. And thank you for fixing the parking lot!! Love all the updates that have been made recently!! Would definitely recommend!

For the price, definitely got moneys worth. Kids ran around for an hour for around 12 bucks. If in area would highly recommend. Staff very helpful and friendly as well

Theyve made some upgrades and the kids were thrilled! It was a surprise, we didnt know they were changing some things and were just going to jump and lose some energy. The kids were totally excited!

Hey, adults: you can live out your dreams and smack little kids around on the trampoline dodgeball court they have. Its as good as it sounds! Not to mention the Trampoline basketball goals!

We went to sky zone with 2 kids, and 3 adults. It was at 3 PM on a weekday. WE ALL HAD A BLAST!!! it was so fun - and for the adults we couldnt believe how tired we were after an hour of jumping. FUN FUN FUN. go to enjoy the experience.

I loved this place. It was a long time ago i went there but i remember loving my experience. Employees were not immature whoever said that. The employees were really nice from what i remember, and also really mature and appropriate, because if they were immature, i think they would have been fired by now, so nice try. Overall a really nice place, and employees are really mature.

I had an expired Groupon and the staff made sure I was able to use the entire amount I paid for jump time. My niece and son had a great time! Friendly, attentive staff! Bring your own grip socks or purchase a new pair here.

I love this place! It will make you sweat Jumpin with Joy If you can find a group you can play Dodge ball on the tramps. A fun thing that everyone must try doing. This is also a good place to try front and back flips

Kids from toddlers to that kid that still lives in the heart of us all will love this place.A massive trampoline park with different areas to keep you from getting board here (as if).One area is a huge muli trampoline, over 40, section so your bunch can jump, flip, and freestyle. There is an attendant present to help keep ages separate and keep them safe.Area 2 has a huge foam put to bounce off into.Areas 3 and 4 are for trampoline dodge ball. Brilliant idea. They even have leagues.Area 5 is the sky slam. Trampoline dunking SWEET!The rates are fair. You can buy access for 30 min or 60 min. They also have various packs.

Went a few months ago. Its a clean facility with lots of staff around to make sure kids arent playing too rough which is nice. Did not like the $11/ hr for a two year old. I think for what they are limited to its kind of high. They also dont mention you HAVE to use their socks which they charge $2.00 for.....in retrospect I understand the liability, but I just they were more forward about that policy. Will go again maybe when my LO is older.

We have had a couple of birthday parties here. The staff was great at making it special for my sons. As one person mentioned, you get drinks, pizza, we brought in a cake, and they even gave the Birthday boy passes to return again. What a great gift. And yes this place can wear the kids out. . I highly recommend it!!!

There are a lot of rules but theyre strictly for your safety. I went there for my anniversary with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time! Its a little expensive to get in there but once in there the food and drinks are reasonably priced and the photobooth gave us beautiful photos to remember our time. All in all we had a wonderful day there creating memories and having a blast.

Kids running amuck, no order when it comes to the ninja course. Many employees on their phones, dodgeball was a joke. No referee, barely even anyone supervising. I saw only one employee actually refereeing, when he was watching dodgeball.

I had a hard time checking. i was supposed to get an email that i never recieved. over all it was fun and my son enjoyed his birthday party at skyzone.

This place was awesome! So much space to jump around! We went on Friday Toddler Time from 10 to 12. Only a handful of kids so we had plenty of space to do what we wanted. There is a basketball area to jump and shoot hoops. There are 3 seperate areas to jump. One is a small jump area, two are dodgeball areas, but you can jump around. One is medium and the other is very large. The last thing is a foam pit which is awesome. Its kind of tough to get out of if youre not a kid haha. (Shout out to the amazing parents that helped me out of there ) Couple of arcade games and massage chairs for parents! Snacks and merchandise at the counter. They require you to wear their orange socks, but that means sanitary to me! Very clean place and so much fun! 2 hours was perfect! I brought my littlest one in the stroller and she loved it. Next time Ill bring my backpack to carry her. Well be back this Friday!

Went to a birthday party here and it was great. The staff was extremely helpful and hands-on throughout and especially in the party room (which is awesome because parties can be stressful for parents.) After the party I looked up prices and they are extremely reasonable. We will definitely be having a birthday there in the future.

Great place for the kids to play, bounce and hang out. Great for bday partys too- you get 2 pizzas, 2 beverages, a party room and a host/hostess. The boys & girls had a blast. The workers tonight could have been more energetic (they are usually awesome) thats why I only gave it 4 stars.

The waiver screen was not working. I called over the lady working there. She couldnt figure it out herself. So she took us to the check in counter where she entered my info. But she told my wife and my sister to go to the waiver screen and do their waivers there that we just tried and it didnt work. So I felt she didnt want us be there. We told her its ok we will show door to hour selves.

Our kids love it here! Even with our teenager, an hour is about all they can take before theyre all ready to crash. Lots of fun!!

Not happy with management today. About 6 teenagers misbehaving by running through occupied spaces. Monitor wasnt doing his job even after I brought it to his attention. Spoke to a 2nd employee who also didnt resolve the issue. Safety should be important. Thankfully neither of our jumpers were hurt. Pay attention and keep everyone safe!

I was 18 at the time, I can do double back flips and 540 front flips and have been able to since I was 10(had my own trampoline). This place almost PARALYZED me(I severed my C7 neck vertbre) because of their lack of care and explanation! They try to enforce stupid rules but dont even explain how you should prepare to jump. The last time I visited I had so much fun wearing the shoes flipping all over the park! This time they handed me socks to put them on. Seeing multiple people including a group of LITTLE CHILDREN wearing the socks over their original socks, I followed them as I wasnt told otherwise or stopped. I could feel the loss of traction immediately when I started jumping and flipping. I was having fun playing dodgeball so I ignored it. It wasnt until I went to flip of the wall the socks slipped halfway off my feet and I slipped not getting enough spin and landed on my head sliding across the trampoline. I stood up feeling concussed with numbness around my head and neck. Ive played sports before this so I held my tears walked it off asked for a medic and they didnt have one! A employee wrote down the details of what happened and gave me an ice pack. I sat down in pain for 15 mins but wanted to use my time they we paid for to jump with my brothers so I fixed the socks got back on the trampoline and did a McTwist(360 front flip) and was in too much pain so I called my parents and they came. They couldnt even tell my parents where nearest hospital was! (We were from out of the state on a road trip) My parents are very worried because they know Im not a complainer and at this point my nerves are torn and it f****** hurts like hell! After the Xray the doctors told me how lucky I was to walk in and thats when I knew my life would never be the same. No more sports, and no personal life. I was embarrassed to wear the halo in public so I dropped out of college and moved back into my parents house. I havent bounced back yet, I am scared to do everything! I sold my motorcycle, stopped snowboarding, and will never have the confidence I once had. I used to impress everyone in sports and my daredevil skills. Im scared to ride a damn bike because of all the stories Ive heard of people re-breaking their neck and being paralyzed forever. This place sucks go to a different trampoline park! They tell you to not stand on the matts but dont tell little kids how to properly wear the equipment needed to jump safely.

It was very fun and they have a wide variaty of things to do all related to trampolines in some way.

First trip to SkyZone. Used Groupon coupon and the kids had a blast. I jumped also. The front desk was super helpful. The facility was clean. The guys watching the jumpers werent really watching much so thats the reason for four stars. Would definitely go again.

Staff is mostly young people; but very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They do a great job to ensure everyone is safe.

Only reason this gets two stars is because the compassion of mangers on duty and their interaction with the kids.The employee running dodgeball that night let older kids go against little kids and they were throwing the balls way harder then they should’ve. When someone got hit in the face, the employee just laughed. Employees were immature and overall ruined our Friday night. Probably never going back, but the two managers were wonderful with the little kids and I hope dealt with the situation when I brought it up.

Its a fairly reasonable place for the kids to have a great time! The staff is pretty young, but very nice and helpful. They do their jobs well.

I had a horrible experience with sky zone. The manager Abby was the only good thing about the place and made my money worth it. Went again hoping to see the kind face of Abby and found out she wasn’t there anymore. Major disappointment. Would not recommend the place.

These places are always fun and the staff is really helpful. Maybe because Im all grown up now but it felt kinda small in there.

Theyre under construction so most of the space is blocked off - but the cost is the same. There isnt a posted timeline for completion of the construction project. The teenagers they have running it were playing on the construction area - making the kids who were customers jealous - and meaning that they werent actually doing their job and watching the kids. It was disappointing.

Great place, its a little more tough for the toddlers cuz theres pretty much only one area for them to play and they split that too with the grown kids but theyll have a ton of fun anyways.

It was amazing Ryan talked to us and was awesome, but Logan wasnt very good.

I brought a group of 20 people here. They wouldnt let us play dodgeball on the big court even though there were only 3 people using it. Instead we had to play on a crowded small court. Youd think theyd appreciate a large group. But they clearly didnt want to deal with a large crowd.

I must be a kid at heart, because this place was just pure joy! Bouncing off the ground, the walls, into pits of foam blocks, dodge ball and shooting hoops.I was sore for days afterward and I still want to go back for more. If I ever decide to start exercising, itll be this place instead of any gym!

They didnt have the room ready and the staff was unprofessional and when we got the manager involved they only gave us 30 minutes extra for jump time horrible experience and the party I was gonna have for my other granddaughter next week will be at a different trampoline park.
