We own an escape room, so we are tough critics. Really enjoyed Room 13. Even though it was relatively easy, it was still challenging and fun. Joe was our game guide and made the whole experience fun.

Had such a great time! Was more fun that I thought it would be and now I cant wait to go back and try the other rooms too!

That was the best time. Took us the whole hour with 50 seconds to spare, and we used all the clues! Will definitely go again!!

We tried Room 13 and it was A BLAST!!!!!!! Highly recommend for something different to do. The staff was also helpful and fun! I would definitely try this again in the near future!!!!

My first experience here was great! Sometimes these escape room places are a complete hit or miss and I have to say I was happily impressed with the quality of the room.They had a lot of details in the appearance of the room alone! The pipes looked like they were leaking (they definitely were not), it appeared the room was a damp, cold, and un-kept room. It really set the scene.The room itself had puzzles that included combination locks, dexterity locks, puzzle codes, number pad codes and a series of different interactions in order to generate the clues that were needed to unlock them.I am a huge fan of places that have hidden doors or adjacent rooms as the experience just multiplies.The staff was great and we are excited to go back!

Each room is well designed and fun. My only gripe is that I wish they had more or they changed up the rooms every so often so we could go back.

It was really fun and a good flashback to the past doing the Y2K room. We got out with 6:55 to spare!!!

Super fun! But be warned, the Civil War room is difficult! They arent kidding with the 25 percent success rate. We would love to go back sometime and do another room.

Attempted to escape 3 different rooms. Havent made it out yet. It was such a good time trying to crack the codes to escape these rooms. The staff is excellent. Love how theyll info u of what was left to do. I encourage any1 & every1 to try Get Out Omaha. U wont be disappointed in the experience. I will be back & get out yet

By far the best escape room experience in Omaha. Several of my friends love getting together and going to these places, and when we saw the website of Get Out: Omaha, we knew it wouldn’t disappoint. The best escape room experience I’d had before this was in Austin, TX. Get Out: Omaha is a welcome competitor.We’ve already completed the “harder” two rooms and will definitely be going to check out the third soon. Also excited to see they have two more rooms coming soon.Keep it up, Get Out: Omaha!

We escaped Room 13 tonight with 3:33 left. It was loads of fun and the puzzles made us think. Everyone had a great time!

I went to the yelp event for this place and it was pretty cool, the team/game guides are pretty awesome and super friendly folks. The game rooms all look super cool and pretty immersive. Give the civil war room a try!

UPDATE: Following my previous review, the owner of Get Out Omaha contacted me and made an effort to reconcile the experience of my group. As part of his effort, we were invited back to try a different room; today, my friends and I participated in “Y2K.” The room was a fun and nostalgic nod to the year 1999. It was well put together and challenging, but not impossible. Our game master was Marcas, and he was very attentive, even offering us small tips when we were on the cusp without having to use a clue. I appreciate the business’s effort to make sure we had an amazing experience, and following this visit, I would recommend Break Out to friends!This evening, myself and seven friends participated in “The Gambler” at Break Out Omaha. The room was beautiful and challenging, however, the service was very poor. I want to be clear that the employee working did a fine job, but he was the only person working. While in the room, we asked for a clue (as instructed to do) and did not get a response for over ten minutes. On two separate instances during that 10+ minute lack of response, a member of our party left the room to find the game master and ask for help: the first time, we was taking a photo of a group that had just finished; the second time, he was not in the main foyer area. Because we were stuck with no assistance for over ten minutes, we all became very frustrated and disenchanted with the game. I’m writing this review in hopes that management recognizes the need for adequate staffing. It’s frustrating to have paid $200 for an experience that was not appropriately curated.

Our time was cut short and the staff was not willing to help. We showed up exactly at our start time and the manager told us our time would be reduced because we didn’t show up ‘on time’. I told them I wasn’t aware that we needed to show up early and they pointed to the fine print in a confirmation email. Unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print... but who does? If this is so important I would expect the requirement to show up early would be very prevalent at the time of booking in order to avoid this type of situation. Also, we were told they would not consider allowing us the 6 minutes of time we needed to complete our hour time slot because another group was waiting... come to find out there was not another group waiting. This was a fun experience and it’s unfortunate we left disappointed.

Went for a bachelor party, and played The Gambler. It was a great experience.

Very well detailed, fun time! Unfortunately the traps were not activated correctly and a specific book was not placed in the room so it took some time off and we were stuck, otherwise we would have figured it out on our own with the correct clues. They added the time back, but were took off time because items were missing. Reccomend the Civil War room!

Probably the most creative and well ran escape room I have done in Omaha. Ive had issues with technology used at other places, or had not been challenged enough, but Ive never had issues here. Recommended!

Went here during a work outing and wasnt sure what to expect. So much fun and a great challenge!

We did Room 13 last night. If we had 15 more seconds we would have punched in the final code and been out! This was my third escape room that Ive done (first two at other businesses-I escaped from both) and this was by far the most challenging one. Very in depth and creative on multiple levels. I would highly recommend it! Hoping to try Y2K sometime and escape!

So much fun for our family of 6. First experience with an escape room and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We’re ready to do it again! (Even though we never checked out of room 13;)

Had a great time here! We did room 13 which was challenging but not impossible, especially with our guide steering us in the right direction. (Most of our group was first timers, they do apparently have harder rooms too). Weirdly we were able to guess a combination and skip a few clues to finish, but our guide let us go back and figure out the clues we missed which was nice.

The escape room was fun and very challenging, but I dont think it would have been the same if not for the hospitality and set up performed by our hostess, Paige Mosier!!! She was so fun and set us up for total success! Very challenging and hoping to come back again for more! Give this girl a raise!!!!

Ìt was fun...difficult for our group but still fun. An hour was definitely not enough time for the gambler room though.

It was an overall good experience there was no wait for us. When we first got in there he explained how things worked. When it started the first thing we had to do didn’t work, we did it correctly but he had to come in a fix it. When we got into it and we started figuring things out, some stuff that wasn’t suppose to come off the wall or platforms came off so we lost some time trying to figure that out. Then towards the end he misleaded us, it was an accident but it was frustrating. It was overall so much fun and I would definitely go back and try it again!

We tried the Y2K room, and it was a very challenging and creative Escape Room. Several in our group tried the other 2 escape rooms in Omaha, and we found this one to be the most creative and challenging of the three. The staff was courteous, helpful, and I would highly recommend the room for any team or family event.

I like that it was clean, but they are a little unfriendly. No phones inside, what? They wrote so close on our board. Way to rub in the fact we lost.
