I have been bring my daughter here since yhey opened. She started with job stimulator and now onto more advanced games. The Staff is also amazing.

This place is so much fun! If youve ever done VR before you should definitely experienced it. Its $15 for 15 minutes and totally worth it.

Gotta be honest, the kid working there was very sweet but he couldnt get the games to work so we had to wait a pretty long time. Once my son was able to play (hes 4yrs old) the headset kept falling off his head, he walked into walls (which was hilarious ) and couldnt figure out how to use the hand things. All in all its probably better suited for an older child/person but for me, Ill probably wait till my sons older to do it again.

Had a fun birthday party for 10 people

I had a horrible experience. I spent my entire time trying to figure out the controllers. They did not want to give me a tutorial. Instead, the person said I would quickly get the hang of it and walked off. I repeatedly asked for help but no one ever helped me. The employees actually said that they are not allowed to give me a tutorial without the timer running. This was a horrible experience and a huge waste of money for me and my son.

I went in about a week ago because my friends and i were wandering aimlessly around the mall. Great time. The guy with the long hair was really nice and informative. He was also pretty funny. Pretty cool place.

Experience was good for my kids but the people working here would rather do something else. Not much help at all. Both kids had the sensors on the wrong hands which I had to fix since nobody was around. Also we were the only people in there at the time. 6/8/19 at 1:15 if the owner wants to know.

This place is amazing! It is like a arcade but for VR (Virtual Reality) but You pay for time with a 15 min minimum. The staff are friendly, the place is clean and well kept, and the systems are maintained but due to frequent use the controls can be de-synced from time to time when you start but the staff will help make sure it’s working before your time starts. I’ve spent hours here having a fun time both alone and with my brother and We both really enjoyed our experiences. Sadly, I can’t really go anymore due to living 30 min away, but if I’m in the area I like stopping by to play for a bit and chat if their slow. All in all, a very fun place to go to.

Starting prices are a little high, but that slightly improves if you pay a monthly premium to get access to a bigger catalog of games. You also once a month get 90 minute sessions. And the prices dip to 10,15,20,25$ for 15-60 minute sessions which apply up to 4 of you.

Very nice experience. Fun game, not super expensive (though maybe could be cheaper), helpful staff, and clean, operational equipment. Will be returning.

The guy working didnt seem to have any interest in being there or the fact that we existed, and my tracking was off on the vive that I used. There was a large selection of games to play although the one I wanted to play was updating at the time. Not their fault on that. Customer service is key, and they didnt have it.

At the first glance I had inside the headset, I was like WOAH. It was the greatest VR experience I had ever seen. The feature of switching games manually is amazing!

Awful customer service did not help with anything without being asked I would not recommend.

Normally a fun experience as there is usually a young guy here that is friendly and eager to help. Whoever was working today, feb 23, you could tell he had 0 interest in helping anyone and probably would rather not be here at all. Very disappointing.

Your not going to get a better bang for your buck when it comes to gaming. I cut out of work to hang out sometimes. #GamerForLife

Horrible experience. I think the attendant would have preferred having no one in the store. Was happy when the game ended so I could leave to not bother anyone.

Really fun, but you do need a membership to play certain games such as superhot

Customer service was horrible. Felt uninvited and an inconvenience when I inquired about what games they recommend. They gave us a booth and walked away without any instructions. When I asked for help he gave me an attitude. I really wish I could get my money back just because the customer service gave me a bad experience.

Date:3-31-19Time:~2:00pmWent in to see if I could try the VR racing sim but there was a sign saying out of order, no big deal I have a gaming pc with lots of third party controllers and some times they don’t work I get it. But I went to ask the male worker with long black hair sitting behind the desk,who was on his cell phone the whole time, if he knew what was wrong with the sim rig and he just shook his head no then looked back at his phone. I preceded to ask him a follow up question of if he knew when it was going to be back up and running and again shock his head no. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE no name tag to words no eye contact no welcome or introduction. I wont go back even if the sim rig does end up working and most definitely won’t be recommending to anyone.

Really good place to experience VR for real. I was surprised how hands-off it all was too, the owner hooked us up and set a timer, then let us be to our own devices. Much better than any windows store could provide. If I lived in OKC I would have gotten the membership! Shout out for being sanitary as well, whenever you would hand the headset back she would disinfect the equipment so it was nice and clean for the next user. Mad props.

Had a great time. I took my son and 4 friends for his birthday, and Dalton and Sam were awesome and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

We had a really great time at this arcade last weekend. The prices are a little high but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Excellent virtual reality

There was a guy that was so fixated on talking to girls they he totally neglected his job. He seemed so dang inconvenienced by us wanting to pay them but we went ahead and dealt with it. After 10 minutes of troubleshooting and dealing with a creep walking around video taping peoples kids (we had to confront him because they allowed it) we got our money and left. Terrible experience, low safety and poor management.

Staff was inattentive and put out that they had to refresh my son and his friend on how to play. Then they just sat down over at the cash register talking about getting a new job and watching their phones. This was on Sunday March 10th.

The Quail Springs VRENA was empty mid-afternoon Jan 12, except for a headsetted 20ish attendant chatting with a 16ish pal. Looked like an ideal time to get info for a party, so I strolled in. I couldn’t have been more ignored.It took effort not to see the only thing moving (me) as I explored the cavernous store, but he succeeded. So I stood a few feet from his face, admiring the VR racecar cockpit simulator on display. Nope. So I inched toward him and paused at arm’s length as if to ask a question. I was invisible. I left.Lesson: The cloak of my invisibility was likely the gray hair and paunch of a 62-year-old man—even though I installed my own Oculus Rift VR room-scale rig long before VRENA appeared. VRENA should court the disposable income of the 50+ market. And if you’re over 50, don’t be put off by lazy attendants. Put on some VR goggles for the time of your life.
