So much fun! I highly recommend. They’ve got something for everyone. The buffet is mostly pizza, hot dogs, cookies & desserts, and concession stand foods. There is a salad bar for a healthier option. The soda is unlimited, but food and drinks are only allowed in the dining area, which is actually a good thing (I.e. no sticky games).The prices are reasonable even for families. We had a lot of fun. The facility is kept clean (post-corona opening), and enough so, that we felt safe there. The staff is friendly and helpful too ;0)

Such a great place for kids of all ages. Surprisingly the pizza was amazing also! If you dont like pizza they also have a salad, potato, and taco bar.

The attractions offered were pretty fun for the group I was with (youngest was 13, over half were 18+). All of the staff wore masks.The foods pretty good, all things considered. I had several kinds of pizza and enjoyed them all. :)-1 star because a couple of machines ate my money, and as a 53 woman the VR setup kept pulling off of my head (due to the tension on the cord) and going out of focus.Otherwise, it was a lot of fun!

It was a good fun place. My son and autistic nephew loved the place. My nephew has sensory problems and this place didnt agitate him at all. He loves it.

So disappointed. So rides are offered like once a day...they keep them open for 15 minutes every hour, and if u dont ride by those 15 minutes, u are s.o.l. I wont be back. They gave us a partial refund, and the pizza is 2 stars at best. So disappointed..and to boot, they made it a point to turn off our video game 4 minutes to close. Sad waste of money here,folks.

Laser tag go carts rides bowling arcade games golf etc.... Price varys depending on package or you can eat buy a game card later or both either way its a fun place to go and be keep up the good work guys

Very cool new adds and not as busy, they could do better at cleaning the games better I havent seen anyone clean them and weve been here since open and its 5:50. I do see them clean where we put the card but go around where all of us and the kids put our hands on the games guns handles anything you can imagine youre hands go other then the card inserts.

The whole reason I went was to take my 1 and 2 year old to bouncy town and slide area in tiny town neither which where open. I wish the website stayed that I would’ve wait to go, also food was all cold and old. My first time there couldn’t let my kids play waste of money very disappointed. Staff was very friendly and did clean areas immediately so that was a plus

The food is fair, the game selection is great, and the noise is loud. Its super noisy in the game area if you have children with sensory issues. The food is okay, and there are lots of options to please the kids (tacos, nachos, chicken fingers, macncheese, salad, and of course, pizza. There are lots of video games, prize games, and attractions (roller coaster, laser tag, etc). The attractions cost extra.Overall its a good place for some family fun with an all-you-can-eat buffet to treat the kids for a night out.

Pricing is a little steep go-karts are a little disappointing and your not able to win tickets with time play cards wich was the biggest issue for me, pizza was decent if you like a crispier crunch to your crust it would be perfect for you the salad bar had a great layout but i was dissatisfied with the buffet as well just some dried up noodles some bad chucken wings and two kinds of sauces??? Over all I did have fun and it was a good time with the family

Frozen pizza has more flavor then there pizza. Cinnamon rolls were hard. Salad was good! $24.99 per kid unlimited 3 hour play was ok but most games are to win tickets and kids were upset that they didnt get any tickets for there play. Not enough games for kids to stay entertained and most rides were closed..

The food is not worth the money.. and the staff is even worse.. I had the worst experience trying to get any help or service.. find somewhere else to take your family

Always fun. Definitely play the Lazer Tag! And they have adult food, as well as kids favorites. Great for some family fun.

Pretty good buffet selection especially since all others are closed due to covid. Pizza is only a small part. Lots of entertainment for kids and adults. Had a great time and would recommend.

Giving this a 3, not for the food but for the potential. Didnt play any games but will most likely next time. Food was very subpar and cold. Watched as fresh pizza sat on the back window for over 30 mins before being put out... why?

Fun place with fun activities and decent food. However, weve gone twice and both times the game/meal packages have been confusing and way more expensive than expected. It would be nice if they had a standard entrance fee without all the crazy fine print. We wont be back.

Food area was UNSANITARY!!! Its worth a visit from the Food Inspector....This place was a huge disappointment.... There was a lady allowed to have her non service animal at the food bar holding the nasty leash while preparing her plates, 2 small kids had their already used plates with half eaten food at the bar putting more pizza on their plates and a few adults using the same drinking cups and refilling them at the soda fountain without anyone saying a word to them....yet my husband was told to put a mask on in the same area!!??!! SERIOUSLY!!!!???And what germs could he probably spread that those others didnt Id love to know....

My kids love this place.. There is a unlimited buffet. There is a roller coaster, laser tag, glow in the dark golf, go carts, soo many arcade games, and much much more that I havent named. There are soft toys for toddlers to play. My kids never want to leave.

It was good I liked it I went there a year ago and it was good very good fun entertaining the tea said it was gold peak but didnt taste like it not complaining but it was goooooood.

We had a BLAST here today for our Sunday Funday date! We were there for hours.

Restrooms were filthy 2 out of 10 stalls were clean. Food was good and games were fully functioning.

We are from Colorado and came to OKC to visit family. We went to Incredible Pizza to eat and ended up having problems with our Eat and play game card. I called the manager and requested a refund for cards because of how many problems we had. He was so nice and understanding and handled the situation great. We hope to go back and have a better experience but the staff all around were awesome!

Always a good time when you go to Incredible Pizza. Been going here quite a few years off and on. Definitely have improved from the mid 2000s when I was coming here in highschool. Popular with my kids. I enjoy the variety that you.havw between food and games. I believe the prizes have even gotten better in the past few years it seems like. Theyre a little costly of you have quite a few people, but they always have group discounts and other discounts and promotions they offer so prices arent so steep. Id recommend for an afternoon or evening out of the house.

They didnt do disinfectant after people use their seat.... must wear mask. And a lot of wash hands when you get home change clothes quick

Terrible service. They denied me entrance because I refused to wear a mask. While arguing with them I was surrounded by employees and lied to about how they adamantly enforce the mask mandate. At the same time I was pointing out numerous people walking around without masks and it was only after I pointed out other people did they go and confront them. These people are a joke and Ill never go there again. Maybe Ill go back just to give them another piece of my mind.

3 stars this time but we still love the place. Went last night (9/25/20). Masks required. Wasnt overly crowded. Tables were reserved for distancing. All good things. The problem was the food tonight. All 3 of the salads were wilted and they struggled to keep up with pizza for their customers. Also they didnt have any cottage cheese and I love cottage cheese with my pizza. Dont judge me lol. We of course will be back. Not bad but also not that good tonight.

We just had our sons birthday party here on Sunday and the one factor that made me certain i wanted to come back next year (or before) was our hostess AJ!!! Cant say enough about how awesome she was and her energy was off the charts!!!

I like their passes and rides are great for the whole family. And the games fit all ages.

Used to be a very fun place, now the activities are only open for very small windows of time. They used to leave the activities open all the time but with the new system you have to stay there forever to use all the activities you paid for. Still has lots of arcade games and an OK buffet

When your with a Birthday party, you dont collect tickets. Why play all the games?

Staff extremely rude. Every thing very very over priced. Food greasy. And deals were no good. I wont be back.

Definitely we recommend this place for family with kids. As a parent just watch out for your wallet, you will spend faster.

Get the hourly pass because if you dont the games and rides add up quick. The food was what you would expect from a pizza buffet. The staff did the best they could working with kids all day. I would not want to have their job. The bathrooms stayed clean and for as busy as it was there was plenty to do without that much of a wait. The only reason for 4 stars is because the go carts were extremely slow...not kid go kart slow...I walk faster type slow.

This place is full great games and fun for the entire family! The brightness of the games makes you want spend over $60 the first 10 minutes. So have your wallet open or set a budget. Great for bday parties and family fun. Young employees were kind. I hope one day The will make the place larger (its already huge). The disappointment was there was no social distancing as the place grew with more familys on a Sunday afternoon. I did not eat the buffet due self serve. The bathrooms were clean. The thing I wish the most.... A employee to clean games after each person. Signs mentioned hand sanitizers but I only saw two. Wipes should be available. The bouncy houses employees stopped every 15 to clean but not thoroughly. I think I will return when I feel less paranoid or they find a better systematic way to keep the place cleaner often.

Excellent fun place for kids, most definitely. The young lady at the Check-in counter fantastic.The gentleman working the dining room not so much. I was not able to put a table together for my family to eat together, he took me the ‘gym’, all the tables were either full or reserved, then he told me to go somewhere by the tower, well we couldn’t go there either for one reason or other.We finally went back to the initial dining room and ate separate tables.It was an aggravating experience to find a place to sit and eat as a family, that’s why 2 stars.

The place is kid friendly. Good place to entertain your child without spending tons of money while doing so.

The employees here are very friendly and helpful. They have a good deal for a buffet game and activities bundle but honestly the prize games as well as the prizes are the highest Ive ever seen. It may not be the most ideal place to play for a child under 3 or 36inches. They do have a smaller kid area but right now part of the playground is rightfully closed. With the new schedule on the rides it makes it very hard to time things right and get a good deal out of your time and money but if you manage it has the potential to be great fun. I had a young child so ended up pretty disappointed with how little we were able to do and customer service has went out of their way to make that up to us. The place seemed very clean and buffet was good kids really liked it. They should make VR an activity and not just another arcade game because it cost $6.50

The images are a bit misleading, as the place looks as if it is 15 years older in person. It gives Five Nights At Freddy’s vibes, if I’m honest. Games are fun, thought bit pricey, is very fun for kids. The main issue is the food. The food is terrible.

The kids were able to have a blast and of course we got to eat as well. Food is decent. The games and rides were the best part for the kids. It can get a bit busy in there but all in all everyone had a blast. For a cold or yucky day this is a good place to go have some fun with the kiddos.

Dont know if it is because of the covid or what but the buffet was nearly empty and what was on it was cold and it was in the middle of the day.

Ok so me and my family went and I thought it was expensive but as the the hours went on we had the best time and I understood why the price! They had updated a ton of the games and attractions from a couple of years ago!! The buffet was updated and delicious! Get the package deals if they are available!! Thank you for the great time!!

Its family fun and not too steep in your wallet

Lots of games to choose from and you can add things like rides, bowling, laser tag, etc. Buffet isnt bad at all, kids will definitely love it. Can get pricey with the extras if you have a lot of kids. I spent $75 for me and my boy, including the ultimate package for him. Prizes for tickets are okay. The best cost way more tickets than we were able to earn on $35 in game play. But the video games were really enjoyable.

Love this place got a lot of games and the pizza and took two people there so it was only $36 which I was expecting to pay more

Indoor fun, just people spending time with their friends and families. Employees are down to earth and kind. Its a place i choose to go to for fun with anyone no matter how old you are.

We always have fun every time we come. Definitely trying to keep everyone that goes and works safe by cleaning often.

And its probably the best place to take smaller kids.Theyve got a bouncy castle area thats fenced off, so you can keep track of the kids without standing right next to them. But of course they have go karts, bumper cars, and an arcade for the bigger kids, too.Try out the mini bowling with the little kids, too.

Very good price for lunch 6.99. Didnt care for pizza, but there were a lot of other choices. There are also game and rides ala carte or by packages. The 50s music and weekend 50s theater makes it fun and nostalgic.

1st time I have ever came here! The food is not the best but the games are awesome!!!!!! My kids had a blast here, we would xome back just to play games not to eat here!!! Its gets very packed here.

I scheduled my twin boys birthday party once we arrived there was some issues we only had 1 balloon bouquet after paying extra for the 2nd one. When I approach them she wanted to argue finally I got everything. Helpful intent if you want to do a birthday party there do the private room it appeared more organized & taken care of.

Had a really great time. When their system got over worked they refilled my card as a apology plus when my little one got scared to play on the bouncy house, one of the female workers helped my little one get use to the bouncy. This really made my day! They go above an beyond to really help an make ur experience great, plus the food was good too.

Good fun for the family and they have an area dedicated to toddlers so its very family friendly. Its loud and had lots of bright lights and can be overwhelming to small children. We enjoyed the bowling lanes, the arcade games, and the toddler play area. If you want to go to the toddler or bouncy slide area, be sure to wear socks or theyll charge you for them.Pizza was decent but all other food choices were yucky.
