Bowling is great. Staff could use better organization and management. They are everywhere but where they should be. Had to keep getting the bar tender from the lanes so I could get drinks for my family.

Great Spot to get your bowl on. Solo or with a pile of friends. Very clean. Friendly staff. And they support Oklahoma Special Olympics!! Lots of dining spots surrounding the area. Stop in and give it a roll!

Heritage is our favorite place to bowl. The prices are decent and the staff is nice. Tyler is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we have anything we need.

We come to Heritage Lanes as a work group some Mondays, and we love it. They have a crazy special on Monday nights, so we can have fun on a budget. The staff is friendly and remembers their regular customers, and the food is pretty good! The drinks are a little on the expensive side since you don’t get free refills, but everything else is great. There’s also an arcade with a prize area and a bar with pool tables and shuffleboard.

It was a little pricey as far as the bowling goes but the staff and the patrons were amazing. I took my sons there for their first time bowling and they had a freaking blast. Great Lanes great arcade great food I would highly recommend this place to anybody

Prices and lanes decent but they refused to make us a menu item an hour and 15 min before closing, stating it was too close to closing? What?

We been bowling here for four years. Always a good experience. A good family environment and they try to keep prices good even during the pandemic. Highly recommend.

A good cheap place to go bowling. It’s somewhat retro inside so it’s kind of like stepping back into the late 1970’s but the lanes themselves are very good. Sometimes you can have alleys where the lanes aren’t that great but this one had pretty good lanes even though it’s a lot older than some of the others.

Walked in and no one was at the counter for 10 mins other employees said the counter lady was in the bathroom and became baffled to why everyone waiting was upset.Went to the snack stand for water told one price charged another not given a receipt. Rolled eyes at me not that I care he works at a bowling allyAll in all ignorance seems to be the theme... I’d avoid for a more customer friendly option.

The great neighborhood bowling alley!! After going there for nearly eight years, I dont EVER like going anywhere else! The managers know my friends and I. They know me by name its SO wonderful to have that repertoire with the staff at a place you frequent. One time, I went in with my buddies on my birthday, and they gave me all my games for FREE!! It was so cool!!!

The bowling experience is wonderful and the prices are great.. HOWEVER.. the lady Karen who works in the concession is extremely rude. If you’re unhappy in your job you should find a new one.. if you’re tired of being asked how many slices a ten inch pizza is, then maybe you shouldn’t be a pizza lady in a bowling alley..

I had informed the lady 3x that the basketball game was broken and she not once came over to check.

So at first I was thinking that it was a good place for the price but they charged us for glow bowling but they didnt even have the glow working and did not even inform us of it. The balls all seemed dirty and the food was still open but they had closed off the majority of the options. Got the nachos and cheese sticks and the nachos were not good at all. The cheese sticks themselves were very good but they served them with cold (not room temp but cold) marinara sauce. If you want to bowl for cheap it is still good for the price but maybe bring something to clean the ball with dont expect glow bowling to work.

We got there as a league was getting out. It was pretty clean and the staff was friendly. I feel like the price was a little high BUT they offer off peak pricing that is quite reasonable. Simple menu if you wanna munch while youre bowling. Worth going back during off peak.

Went out on a Saturday evening with my wife and cousins to have a nice time. We got our lane and shoes and then ordered the nachos and fried pickles and a large Pepsi. To make a longer story short, we waited for our food for over an hour. We did check with them a few times about the food but at the end of waiting they said our ticket was lost and the boy behind the counter tried to get an attitude because my wife asked him how did our order get lost and took it (The order) personally. I really wanted to b!+** him out because I hadnt eaten since this afternoon and wanted something to tide me over until we all went out and ate. This experience alone is why Ill ALWAYS tell ANYONE nothing but my bad experience here, we didnt finish our bowling game. Phuck this place.

When we first got there the balls kept getting stuck and they had to continue to retrieve them for us but after that it was a very good time. Staff was nice and understanding

Wish they would have told me that I wasn’t supposed to use a smaller bowling ball when my hand was hurting from bigger bowling ball never will I ever come back to this place again

It was a nice community bowling alley. It’s not the top of the line. But it’s cool venue to have fun with family, coworkers or celebrate and event with drinks.

What a great place. I completed in a fundraising tournament. The lanes were real good. The staff is very friendly. Guess I just like the place because this is the only place Ive ever picked up the 7-10 split.

We signed the buys up for the free summer bowling and they love it. We were able to get 3 adults signed up for bowling also, it just cost about $35 as a one time payment. Its a great way to keep the kids busy on these hot summer days!

I bowl every Monday on a league. The most fun fun.

My graduating class came in to bowl today. We were well behaved, but the staff was incredibly rude to us. Not only did they make racist remarks, they made fun of the names of my classmates.The ball returns and monitors also stopped working on a couple of the lanes. I will not be returning.

They were okay. Service was not so good and if Im honest you could go to main event or hey day for cheaper.

It was fun, I got to bowl and after play arcade games.

This is a great bowling alley. They also have good deals. Friday from 4p to 8p is unlimited bowling for 2 hours for only $10...shoes included. Had a great time!

First place I bowled over a 250 years ago! Even with full synthetic lanes now, still a great place to go and generally has much better pricing then most other places. Staff have have always been nice and the people in the Pro Shop are as well. Recommend this place to everyone

Fun atmosphere. Clean environment. My only complaint is the music is so loud you have to scream to have a conversation. I dont mind loud music, but I like to visit with others while Im not bowling. It was two of my childrens first time bowling, and they had a great experience.

Glow bowl is always so much fun here. Good music, good drinks and good vibes. The only downfall is their food is expensive for what you get. Small portions and the pizza is delicious but they leave two inches below the crust with no cheese and no toppings so its just sauce and bread. And you pay a lot for bigger size pizza. Overall, they have decent priced games and great weekday specials. If you go to glow bowl on Saturday. You need to arrive at least 30mins early to sign up for a lane because it gets PACKED. They also have great adult drinks and a lounge and with pool tables and shuffle board. An arcade with a few games and prizes to win with tickets you accumulate. Great family fun

Expensive food and drinks. When I called up there I was quoted a much cheaper price but ended up paying 20.00 more than what was quoted. Couldnt pick our lane. Was told I would pay per game rate but ended up paying per hour

My husband and I take advantage of the $10 for two hours of bowling on Fridays because it’s a great deal. It’s an older bowling ally but the food is decent (it’s bowling ally food, it’s not gourmet) and the drinks aren’t ridiculously expensive. The seating is more convenient for group bowling than at other places I’ve seen.

Had a great time with my husband and his family. Its always a pleasure to go there.

Had a ton of fun! The lane animations were funny and the ball was a good fit for me. They had comfortable, if large, shoe sizes. (I had to drop one full size.) Overall a very enjoyable experience.

I like the old school vibe of this place my wife and I had a good evening. Was able to get a lane quick and the staff was good peeps. Ordered a pitcher of Shocktop and it tasted like somebody mixed 50/50 Miller light and water. Three stars because that pitcher wasnt cheap either. Thanks for the great evening besides that though.

I have been coming here for many years off and on. The place could definitely use a face lift but overall it is still a decent place to visit on occasion. We had a kids birthday party here yesterday and it was a good experience. All of the kids had a great time. The pricing is reasonable and fair.

The staff here is amazing. I usually go with my son so it is hard to order snacks and let him bowl. They will deliver my food to my lane. They always come fix the lane or balls that get stuck. They even offered more time because our lane was broken.

Im a regular at Heritage Lanes and I had never experienced what happened there today.Its a Saturday and of course its busy and Im in snack bar line for at least 20 minutes. I finally get to the to front and I tell the lady I wanted a large chili and cheese fries. She proceeded to note it on her food ticket and I paid for it. After I what it seemed like 5 to 8 minute wait for my fries my name was called.They gave me a large order of regular fries without the chili and cheese and I mentioned it to the lady. She said Oh Im sorry we are out of chili and cheese. I asked her why she didnt mention that when I was ordering and she simply said Im sorry with an attitude.Her lack of care and empathy towards the issue was what set me off. Here you have a customer that spends money at the lanes every month and I dont even get offered a solution to a minor problem.A simple option to either refund my money or trade my order for equal or less value would have been enough to satisfy me for the issue but instead I got an Im sorry with an attitude as if I had created an issue for her. I will definitely be reconsidering my Lane options next time.

They would not honor their prices listed on the website and when I arrived with 20 people they said they had signs posted for 2 weeks inside the bowling alley and that they did not need to honor their website. Needless to say we will never be coming back as I am a huge believer in customer service and they have none.

This was our first time coming here. And id say my lil guy had a blast! Will be coming back for sure. :) the food isnt to bad. A little dry. Bit its bowling food. :)

The atmosphere was amazing. The d.j. had some really spicy jams. It was truly an amazing night.
