Came for a little birthday fun. We have been here before, and had service issues but the place was booming then. This is pandemic visit...there are seriously almost as many employees as their are guests. We’ve had to wait 20 minutes to get service for game time, 30 min for food, and I quit waiting on drinks. This place is a JOKE!!!

We came here for my daughters birthday with a party of 6 people. The parking was great and we were able to get a parking spot right by the front door. On the front doors it states that masks are requiredFirst we headed to get some food and easily found two empty booths. We ordered the food off of a printed copy of the menu. It took about 5 minutes for a waitress to come by then about 15 minutes for our food to arrive. It was a bit pricey at around $90.00 for the six of us but it was also delicious and very filling.Next, we went to the refillable card game station and purchased 2-$100.00 cards to play games. The laser tag $48.88 for 5 people to play. We chose not to bowl, play pool or do anything else..but the arcades and photo booth was where we spent most of our time. The games were so much fun and though we arrived at about 7:30pm, 11:30 came in in no time at all.Our last stop before leaving was to the award center to see how many credits we won off our cards. All together we won a total of 1,773 points for prizes. We all agreed that the birthday girl could choose what she wanted. She picked out 3 prizes and let her nieces pick something out too. Everyone was happy, it was a good evening of fun. We cant wait to come back again. Though Im sure well eat elsewhere.

Kids loved this place but the customer service is a hit and miss. Most are rude and snippy with guest but a few are polite and will answer questions. Personally I wouldnt return with how angry I got with the staff attitude but if you have kids this place has a lot of activity for them to do.

Expensive but well worth it. Had 4 teens and a few younger kids. Played for hours. Had the time of their life. Will go back again. Employess are always very nice and helpful. They accommodated my Autistic adult son. They showed me how to put up the guards for him and we used the Dinosaur to bowl easier. It is perfect for indoor fun. You and your kids will be warn out by the end of the night.

We always have a lot of fun when we go. We always get the all activities pack for $20 a person. it includes pool tables, bowling, laser tag, tight ropes, and I forgot the last one because, we never play it. They have a nice bar in there. Food is decent. Lots of games. All around good time for family and friends.

Did my sons birthday here. They had everything planned out and everything went great,all the kids had a blast!

It was fun and a great place to throw a party. It is kid and adult friendly and the drinks and food and games are good.

We went here for my son’s birthday today. I will say it was clean, face coverings were required, and the employees were nice. However, only about 3/4 of the machines actually work. I believe there’s about six ski ball machines and only two of those worked. Many of the games we wanted to play all had out of order signs on them. We mainly went there because their website for this specific location advertise virtual reality games which my son wanted. The info on the website is somewhat misleading; there’s only two at this location. One is a single player light saber type game and the other one is a rabbids roller coaster style game. We did not bowl or do the laser tag and I’m sad to say we were somewhat disappointed when we left here. After lunch, we decided to go to Altitude 1291, and it was an hundred times better there. We ended up staying there 5 hours, played laser tag with the employees, played ACTUAL VR games, bowled, rode bumper cars, and the staff customer service there made it incredible. If you are planning an event at an arcade, go to Altitude 1291.

Terrible experience, especially for the money they demand. Uneducated staff lie to you about what your kid can and can’t play there. The make right was cheap and shows they don’t care about customers, just money. No common sense. Won’t be back.

This place have it all, good drinks, food, games, we had a lot of fun, games are addictive. my wife and I had a good time there. but it need more prizes for low score (like 200 to 600), they also need to keep the prizes clean ( merchandise was dirty or damaged). the games were all working, they need to attend better the tables, the costumers leaved the cups everywhere and no one was picking them.....

Outstanding place for friends and family. Fun for all ages, great food and thr staff is great.

I brought my girls here to get out after being inside from Covid. There’s a guy named Preston that went above and beyond to make sure they had a good time today!! I really appreciate him being so nice and making sure the girls had fun!! Actually the 3 employees that were all super awesome were Jeff, Dre and Preston. All 3 went above and beyond!!!

It was fun inside a little bit expensive the food was good but I had a machines In the back of my truck and they got stolen around $8,000 for both of them that I had to pay and the lack of security cameras is crazy I would recommend adding more up to date cameras.

Amazing place.not as expensive as I thought it would be. Kids and adults had a blast.

There was a hostesses at the door to welcome us, tell us about deals, and direct us to our options for the evening. There was staff at the bowling activity option to assist us in choosing a bowling bowl as they are attempting to keep the touch traffic down. A staff member also asked if wed like wait staff for which we declined as we had already eaten. The only downside would be the cost but it seemed to be an average cost for two games of bowling and shoes ($30) in the OKC area. In Main Events defense, it was Monday Madness so, technically, we could have played more bowling games as well as Lazer Tag, Shuffle Ball, and Pool.

Fun! Fun! Fun! We were lucky enough to spend the day at Main Event for our 2020 Winter Olympics. Great service and even changed up our reservation to fit our needs.

They have good games and everything worked it looked like. The laser tag works but isnt real big and didnt have a scoreboard.

Friendly staff. They are doing everything they can to keep the place sanitized, due to covid19. Masks are required upon arriving, which they provide if you dont have one. Pleased with my visit.

Came after lunch on Sunday, purchased the 20 dollars pass. Had a great time bowling, playing laser tag, pool, and shuffle board. The games are fun, the arcade is large with a large assortment of games, so there is something for everyone. The restaurant serves you food while you are bowling, although some dishes need some improvement, others were very good. Overall this is a good place to visit and I recommend it.

They have lots of activities to keep you busy. I didnt expect the food to be as good as it was. Its good to know that the restaurant understands that to keep people here you have to have good food. I got the pizza and my boyfriend got the burger. Both delicious! I also thought it was a cool idea to be able to order food while I bowl.You do have to be careful with the game packages though. Just be aware that when you sign up for all-you-can-play arcade games you dont get credits. So it doesnt matter if you win.

We went here for a staff retreat and had a really great time. We went late August, when school was back in session, and at 12pm on a Friday, so we essentially had the venue to ourselves. The pizza, salad, and pasta was delicious, and the chocolate chip cookies were even warm when they served them. The games were fun and all working and the bowling lanes were particularly fun, since you could customize your photos for fun videos to show your face in between. We had a great time as a group and Id definitely go back.

Poor customer service me and my team we come here every thursday for team night and always the staff are amazing but this time we did deal with one of the employee her name aaliyah she so rude and she have no idea whats customer service is all I know shes in the wrong place & christine the manager here shes so racis and she told us we cant bowl same lane if we are not in the same household cz my team black white Hispanic so she need us to bowl each in separate lanes thats not how ppl get treated here the worst management ever thats why this place loosing ppl and I will never go back but manager Michael his amazing this guy super nice and he should get promoted

I generally have a great experience here but this time it’s been awful. There’s hardly anyone here and my group of 5 went to get drinks and it took a half hour for the staff to get our 5 drinks. It took 10+ staff members to gather our drinks and get our change. This is completely unacceptable with such a large staff and such a small crowd. And there were out of several drinks.

I’m super disappointed right now in the poor food service. They let me order and pay for ingredients they do not have after they bring the pizza to me she wants to tell me it they are out. But offered no returns. I paid for gelato I still have not received. If you’re going to open to people who have been pent up in houses for months. At least be prepared.

Awesome fun center. Mondays are 1/2 price or something so you get unlimited play and wristband for $20. Affordable for the whole family. Food takes a while but was very tasty. They offer adult drinks too!

Wandered around with no signs to help desk, waited 30 minutes before server came around to take order after re seating to another area just to be seen, food was very cheap quality wise but what can you expect at an oversized arcade

***Edited this to five stars because they got in contact with me and made it right***A group of seven of us came here during the 7.99 one attraction all day deal. We wanted to do laser tag. After we paid we went to the counter near the laser tag arena. We reserved spots for all of us 5 rounds in a row. That staff assured us that was fine, there was space, and signed 5 slips for us. After the very first round of laser tag the staff manning the actual arena tried to tell us we couldnt go again because there was people waiting (those people didnt even reserve a spot like you are supposed to). Long story short. We had to argue our way through those five rounds of laser tag. Each time he would try and make us leave. Main Event needs to train their staff on their promotions. Two stars because we still had fun.

This is a fun place for an easy date night. Its a bit pricey, but if you come when they have a special and dont eat here, its a pretty good deal for a few hours of fun. Its a hectic environment, so just expect to be tripping over rambunctious kids the whole time. As long as you go expecting this kind of environment, youll usually have a good time!

Definitely not somewhere to go if youre looking for an inexpensive day out. We had a good time just playing arcade games though. Unfortunately we didnt get to participate in the bowling though because there was a 2-hour wait. The mens bathrooms were terrible. Urine and feces on the floor and toilet in multiple stalls. With everything going around this time of the year they really need to step up their cleaning routines, not that thats really acceptable anytime of the year.

Bowling was fun and laser tag even with the zones for covid made the night!

We took one of my sons here for his birthday although not an organized birthday party by this place. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience for my kids. The games are mostly big and higher-quality games. The food was average, and the service was average. For my family of 9 people, we spent $150. This included for entrees, 4 $30 game cards, and my youngest for 8 for free, because we came on Tuesday. The place was almost completely empty, I only saw two or three other customers in there the entire two and a half hours that we were there.We did not do laser tag or bowling, just arcade games.

Great place for the kids to have fun! Excellent customer service too! My daughter lost her card in the tiniest space in between a machine. The staff there went above and beyond to get it back. It was hilarious and awesome at the same time!

Fun, clean place! My only complaint is theres always like a plethora of bored staff members, and yet it takes forever to get service. Mind, the service is always great and the staff are all very friendly but it begs the question why do I have to ask for a refill twice before it comes fifteen minutes later? But Im a cantankerous old man so, really what you should know is the staff are lazy. Just kidding! Theyre good kids. But really, hurry up. If I dont get my Ginger ale my ulcer will balloon up to three times the size.

I am just really disappointed in the event planners. We have been interested in our holiday party there for 2 years in a row now and the planners just are not very willing to assist in getting something together. It seems like a fun place, unfortunately we have not been because of the lack of interest for our business on their part.

It was my granddaughters 6th grade graduation they went there they had a blast it was really nice and the people that work there were real nice to. I would recommend this place especially if you have children. It was fun for adults too. We go back quite often. My grandchildren dont get tired of it.

Great bowling alley. Large laser tag arena. A wide variety of video games, but not a huge selection. Its always clean, and the staff are helpful.

Paid $26.00 to bowl, but they assigned 8 of us to a lane that only allowed 6, and refused to let us use the open lane next to us, despite the fact that there were several lanes open. By the time the first 6 finished and the other 2 joined the rotation, we only had time to bowl two frames before our hour was up. Paid $26.00 to bowl 2 frames. Also ordered bone-in wings and got chicken nuggets. Won’t be coming back.

Way over priced, (the restaurant inside was an extra $42 for feeding 1 adult and a 10yr old with mediocre food) Lack of communication on the way the extra events work. (Told them Id never been, asked how it worked) They still didnt give proper information which lead to having to wait about 2 hours for laser tag and the gravity ropes. Game selection very limited. Incredible pizza is better.

Great place and very cheap on mondays

Would give 0 if it was an option. My wife and two kids have given this place two chances, a year apart. Both times trying to eat dinner was the worst service possible. We waited 10 minutes for someone to clean all the empty tables and no one took our drink order for 20 minutes. Managers, waiters, bussers, walked past us over and over ignoring us. Then you wait for your drinks and food forever it seems. Both times were the same and this place is managed poorly. The owners should send it secret shoppers to have dinner.

They are a bit pricey on the hourly lane rentals but the staff makes it a great deal. The friendliest bowling staff ever!

We are NOT pleased at how Main Event has treated opening during the pandemic. There were NO hand sanitizer stations. They were VERY low on staff, so there was no one cleaning arcade games. They also had open seating in the restaurant, and none of the tables had been cleaned, much less sanitized. Very disappointing.

Great place to hangout with buddies and family. Bowling arena is awesome, laser tag was best also enjoyed some games and tracking with rope.

Great place to relax and chill, date night, or fun with kids

We were in the city visiting from Texas. We went on a Friday night. We paid $7.99 each for 2 of us to play. We werent even there for 30 minutes and they popped up the message we would be put on wait list even though there were still empty lanes for bowling. We got drinks but the waitress never came back to ask if we wanted to order food or anything. Very discouraging. We left after an hour as we couldnt get more time. I wont bowl there again,will only bowl in our Fort Worth South facility as even if busy they have never kicked us off. If they had been polite about it and asked us nicely to sit and wait for another lane I might not be writing this review, but when they couldnt even do that and at least tell us how long we might have to wait,it just upset this senior lady so we left very dissatisfied.

I used to love coming here. But once I learned that you guys are a 365 day business, I cant support this company anymore. You have people that no doubt want to spend holidays at home with family and friends. Yet they have to come here on those special days because you want to make more money. I wish I could believe that you cared about your employees, but any company that is open on holidays cares more about money than the people they employ. Disgusting.

Kyarra I believe her name was but she goes by Ky was the party host at a friends party. I have never seen a more well organized, well mannered young lady. She was on top of it. I mean she did such a wonderful job. I plan to host my kids party there and I will be requesting her.

This Main Event is just like most other main events. Generally clean, with a nice bowling alley and a fun laser tag. The price of certain games is the reason for a 4 star review. When you have a few games that cost 4-5 bucks for a single game, it gets a little ridiculous. Most games are fine between 1.00-2.50 but anything past 3 is a little much. Still it is a great place to take kids or go on a date

Was in town on business and happened to bring my mom and kid with me. Awesome place to take your kids or adult kids. The staff is super friendly and courteous. The best thing about is the food is great and the whole facility is CLEAN...hate public restrooms, but didn’t mind using these. Great weekend hang out! Well done Okie!

We took our nieces tonight (1st time) and asked for a food and play combo. After some confusion, the management team solved any issues we had and we had a fun filled evening....I would highly recommend this place for safe family fun for all ages....ty
