It was a great experience,especially given the pandemic going on. There werent many people in there at all,temperatures are taken at the door pictures of the kids instead of hand stamps to maintain Social Distancing. Employees were wearing masks and cleaning games after each use. It was fun and I felt at ease with the way they are going about everything.

They arent having the rat come out and dance because of covid. Tickets are now kept on a wrist band. They seemed to really keep safety and cleanliness as a high priority. Their unsweetened tea was spoiled. Undrinkable or they could of had 5 stars.

Great for small kids very pricey but great for a birthday party

All games worked here and staff was very friendly. Kids had a ton of fun here. We didnt wait long for pizza maybe 8 minutes at that. Very clean and tidy. Not as much games or as big as i expected but they had games the kids havent played before.

Great place with amazing customer service, and reasonable prices. Not what I remember as a kid. More of an arcade and no dancing nice. Upgrade for sure. Would be great if that had a patio and place to park your bike saftely. I will be coming back for sure, great atmosphere.

Kiddos favorite place to go!! It does suck that they had to remove some of the games due to COVID but i love frequenting this location. Always clean, staff is usually nice and its peaceful...ha, funny to say for kids amusement!

Ive had my sons birthday here Pre-Covid and cant really complain.

Kids had fun but the service is seriously lacking. Several games didnt work. The staff isnt helpful and the food has went down as well.

A fun place to have a childrens birthday party. Staff was attentive and engaging. Gave us extra tickets for it being my sons birthday and even rounded up so he could get what he wanted. After going home we realized that we were not given our extra time for the package we bought and called up there to ask about it. With no hassle they got us fixed up! Way to go above and beyond!!

This is one of our familys favorite places to play games. Every time we have visited, there is staff walking around disinfecting everything. They also always have good deals for play and food and a wide variety of games.

Amazing place for kids special day. The kids love coming here. Its a great sight to see them enjoy themselves. Definitely recommend.

The salad bar looked amazing. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The only thing I didnt like was that there was no playground area. Only electronic games, like a giant arcade. Also, whatever happened to the stage where the characters would perform? I miss that so much. Kids today will never get to experience Chuck E. Cheese as it once was and thats sad. =(

It was a little pricey, the kids seem to love it.. the Pizza was alright... Place is a little small...I hear they have a new manager...I won some tickets and passed them out to the kids in our group...

It was an overall disappointment for my granddaughters birthday party. The hostess really should not have been hosting a kids party. You could tell she either needed more training or simply did not want to be there. She never smiled one single time, she didnt interact with or introduce the birthday girl with any emotion. Its a kids place, be a kid, be jovial, share a smile. Service was sub-par for the cost.I dont know why the building was down sized, but now its entirely to small to have 4 parties going at once plus added patrons. It was overly crowded.

I cant tell you how much fun I have at this place I love it! I recommend going during the week though on the weekends too many people.

The staff was great the food was good and it was nice and clean.

We had a birthday party there. The hostess was not that great, nothing was getting done on time, and she was rude while handing out the cupcakes. We will never have another birthday party at this location again. $300 spent on service that wasnt great. The pizza was horrible as well! The only good thing is that the kids had fun playing on games, even though some of them were out of order, or just not working. We are disappointed, our daughter didnt even get to do the ticket blaster. Terrible service.

Pizza is like Little Ceasars but not as good. They have other items like salad bar, wings, and alcoholic beverages for adults. Staff was friendly and courteous. Games are geared toward toddlers - 5 or 6 yr old kids.

During the afternoon is the best! The staff has time to chat with my (exhausting) kiddo and it is calm enough that it feels like a private party! Really though, this location is pretty clean, which is always a relief.

Very Clean and nicely setup. Kids had a blast and the pizza was cooked nicely. Great parking, seating, and fantastic staff. Greatly impressed with the update on C.E.C. from the days when I was a kid.

Kids had a amazing time, I enjoyed the games as well, love that they cater to different ages and that their is a security program yp make a kid and parent feel safer.

Its a little pricy for what its worth, but the kids love it regardless. Employees look like zombies and dont seem to have much interest in working there. Cant say I really blame them. But, again, a few stars because my child has a good time.

The little pizza was delicious. Granddaughter had a great time.

They have beer,they have food (only stuff like pizza) they have updated the place since the last time I was there and if you want the most bang for your buck go for time instead of credits especially if you have kids. Its child friendly and just a nice place to take your kids.

Kids had a blast! Waiting in line to order took forever, but pizza came out hot & delicious in about 10 minutes.

Has really changed. Not a lot for infant/toddler children. No characters except a crackish looking mouse in jeans with lazy dance moves. Way different than when I grew up

Great place for kids and adults who wanna act like kids!

The all you can play for 120 minutes (2 hours) is so worth the $30. You can pause your gameplay once so you dont have to play non stop for 2 hours. Its Awesome!

This place was outstanding! The cleanest Chuck E Cheeses Ive ever been in. The pizza was great. The salad bar was fresh and full. And the coolest part of the night my wifes wallet fell out of her purse in the ladies room. Luckily someone turned it in and the staff got it for us right away.

We had a blast, purchased all you can play all day for $15 its only for people who have signed up with an email. Definitely worth it!

The staff was excellent however the prices were extremely high and there was very little games and prizes to choose from. I stopped going to this place for these vary reasons a long time ago. I take my kids to Incredible Pizza. With that being said, I am happy that my niece had a great time and that the family got to come together and celebrate her birthday.

Very disappointed, Major malfunction of ticket muncher machine! Sucked my grand daughters hair into the machine...!!!! This is a very bad decision to allow customers to feed tickets themselves into machine.my grand daughter is now tramatised an no longer wants to go here, because she is now terrified.so sad .The employees should be feeding the tickets into the machine, never the customers, very dangerous situation.t The ticket muncher is way too dangerous for little kids to be around or that close .Be very aware anyone who has small children,an the warning sign is no where big enough

Take your kids to Chuck-E-Cheese to this this one Im looking for California and Arizona California they give the most respect to kids what is a Chuck-E-Cheese was awesome to let my kid get a free sample of Dippin Dots and they said that they will give them half off for a large Dippin Dot but they got a small and they just me to pay $0.50. Just take the kids there will be fun if you always go there all the time just take my opinion please just take it you dont have to like stay there we just go in there look around didnt you you you might like it but it kind of friend that you took the most suspect I never seen a Chuck-E-Cheese out here ever since I left California just like California so yeah its good for your kids but maybe youll like it too. Surprisingly good pizza, a little pricey but the kids love to get to play the games and its inside so its a great place to go when the weather isnt great or its face melting hot.

This was place was absolutely fantastic! It was our 1st ever experience with this place and we had a blast!!! Loved it!

The pizza was cold and dry the Atmosphere could’ve had more enthusiasm Chuck E. Cheese could have had a little more pep in his step. The employees were nice and did everything to help but the over all place was not up to par. Besides the people that work there.

Weve spent several birthdays here for both of my grandsons.This visit is our first since the remodel.We (the adults ) Love the changes.Employees were friendly other than my daughter felt pressed to make the payment for the party as if we were going to walk the ticket.We were obviously staying awhile after our time at the party table came to an end because we moved kids,drinks, and presents to a regular table.Overall it was an enjoyable, clean,friendly atmosphere.I will definitely recommend this place to people with children of all ages due to the variety of things to entertain all.The Best thing about Chuck E Cheese is that if you arrive with a child you both get your hands stamped with a stamp that shows under ultraviolet light and that child cannot go out the door without the adult they arrived with.As a grandmother to 2 young boys, I think this process is just amazing. It helps reduce the stress of being seperated.

Food was good. Customer service was not good. Disappointed! Ive been going to this CEC for 20+ years and have never been so disappointed! I ALWAYS spend $250+ dollars as I have 8 Grandchildren that I always take. The young lady at the register was NOT helpful at all regarding the game cards. I also purchased a card on June 1st but did not use it and when we tried to use it today there were no minutes on the card. I had the original receipt and the lady did not even try to investigate. Again....disappointed!

This Chuck E. Cheese was recently renovated and its really nice. I had my nieces birthday here and it was a bit expensive when we added pizza and drinks for all the adults too but, everyone had a wonderful time. There are TVs so kids can watch stuff from Barbie, Chuck E. and his friends, music videos, etc. If youre like me, and youre watching what you eat, greasy pizza isnt really an option. Thankfully! They have a salad bar that you can buy for all you can eat and the quality of the food was pretty good. The prizes, from an adults view, are kinda lame but, the kids went wild and thought that they were great (which is what matters). Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, good food, and great memories.

This place is just for kids. The food has gone way downhill...

Celebrated my grandsons 7th birthday here. The kids had a lot of fun! The barbecue chicken pizza was really very good!

The remodel has opened up the game area, my family loves the thin crust pepperoni pizza. The new play minutes was GREAT! HAPPY KIDS!!

Pizza was great. Customer service was great. Salad bar was messy and I had to request refilling on some items. And kid check needs a lot of work. I stamped my own hand as well as my sons because there was no attendant and when it was time to leave I was able to walk out with my son and my niece who didnt come with me or share a number with me because there was no attendant. I understand Saturdays are busy but for me to be able to walk out with someone elses child is pretty unacceptable.

My grandkids had a good time playing the games but from a parent and grandparent point of view this place was so over priced! I spent $67 on just two pizzas that were okay and drinks. Salads were $9, seriously! I spent $50 for five kids to have a play pass with 50 points which is okay since each game is 1 pt. However you are lucky to get two or three tickets per play. The staff is cordial and helpful but I don’t know if we will be back since there are other places that give more on the dollar.

This place is now geared towards older kids and promotes nothing but gambling to children. They no longer have a section for toddlers to play and only have about 3 rides for younger ages. Theyve renovated the whole location but downgraded in quality and service. Disappointing.

Mostly a great Chuck E. Cheese! The staff is always friendly and more than welcome to help with issues. Everything is fairly priced and a good local activity to take kids. The only reason it does not get five stars is for broken and malfunctioning games (only 2). But I would still recommend this place!

The mouse is less scary now so thats good but its good fun!!

This is my all time favorite place to go and take my kids to hav a lil fun. The staff here is friendly and nice to my daughters every time we come here. Only complaint is they need more deals. Too high for the downward spiral they are on. Ive been a fan of Chucks since i was a kid, Im 38 now and i still luv they pizza and few of their original games!

This place has really improved, how they run the bday parties is pretty good! The kids seem to have fun and Chuckie also comes over for pictures with the kids. The only reason I didnt do 5 stars is because the chuckie that evening had so energy he was a sad chuckie.

The lady MeMe at tha front counter needs training badly.. We walked in waited for 10 mins before she walked up, and when she did she didnt say anything she just stood there. I had to ask her was she ready before she even said 1 word.. Very poor customer service on her part and i wouldnt want her to be tha 1st face u see in my company.. Pizza was good, but she ruined it as soon as we walked in.. Wont b back...
