79 Chico Lane. Nightmare! The owner Lorelei and David Anderson rented to me after they purchased the dumpy mobile home in 2016. They manipulated me into renting in the horrible neighborhood after my daughter moved out and we were left to find a rental in three weeks. We lived in Carlsbad and it was traumatic to move out to the Valley. Horrible area. Dusty. Hot. Lots of crime Lorelei and David told me the house was cleaned before we moved in. She left a key in the water heater. The key was never disturbed and the place was filthy. And full of fleas. My cat is allergic to fleas and she died a few months after we moved in. The owner was unscrupulous and chopped down all the trees and bushes just to be nasty as I was watering the fruit trees and bushes. As she asked me too. I left the place spotless when we moved and Lorelei gossiped and told others it was dirty. After we moved out she remodeled the kitchen and put granite in. There was mold in the mobile home and when it would rain water would leak through the ceiling. I had to put buckets down. To catch the water. The neighbors are not nice. Not friendly. The male disgusting neighbor would steal the oranges and tangerines off the trees on the lot when they were just ripe. The man was disgusting and when I complained to park managers, they called Lorelei and she then made friends with the thief neighbor and threw it in my face. One of the worst experiences in my life.

Eleanor Bennett is a owner of a mobile home on 5 Lynn Lane. This home has leaks in the roof and water damage in the walls. Mrs Bennett painted the walls and ceiling to cover up the damaged ceiling and painted the walls as well to hide the damage. The sunroom leaks as well and ruined my piano finish! There are rats that eat anything left out. The rats go in the rooms somehow and I find droppings when I clean. The ants are horrible also so I have to place the trash out on the front porch to take out to keep the ants out. She harassed me from day one with my plants, and cars and decor and daily called to complain. By week two she threatened eviction with fake paperwork and threatened to keep all of my belongings. I looked for a place and she slandered my good name claiming to want to warn realtors about all my stuff. I have to much stuff! The unit leaks, has rats, mice and ants plus the roof leaks so never rent or buy the unit it isnot a home it’s a nightmare!!! When I use her as references she and her lesbian partner slander me. 87 Year old crazy woman that came to show the unit and that day they had stolen my vitamin C gummy from my kitchen and other thing as if I wouldn’t notice? Seriously never trust this person Patrice Bennett and her partner are not to ever be trusted! Warning!!! Mold is in the roof and walls from the water damage!

Worst experience of my life!! The community here are terrible! They are nosy, gossip, and racist! Staff and management are rude! No help at all! Please I warn you dont bother living here!

Awful. Horrible neighborhood. I was yelled at by some crazy woman for doing work in there!! NOT A GOOD PLACE

I love the staff and management. The maintenance manager is incredible and the caliber of work is impeccable. It is a friendly place with a healthy happy environment and great neighbors. I couldnt be happier living here. Great job

Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
