I dont live here. I just visited for a few moments. Looks cute. Very clean and organized. They have cute little social events. Nice little ponds with ducks.

No question, the best mobile home park in N San Diego County. Most sites are located on one of the many small lakes with fountains. Quiet, gated friendly place for 55+.

A very nice park

The serene lakes, nice club house (indoors and outdoors) swimming pool/jacuzzi, tennis, pool tables, nice place to take a walk or bike ride, patio parties, pancake breakfast, movie nights, games, and really, really nice neighbors. Also, the paint and wine events and Ive attended a nice fashion show. There are also things I look forward to like an exercise class, water aerobics, shuffle board, bunco, horse racing game, and card games.

Very calm and quite. Several large lakes so many places have water front lots. The weather is exceptional with a nice cool ocean breeze..many activities for people of our age..even a wood shop..yoga..pool aerobics..craft room..room for large gatherings in special social room..the weather is enough to make us downsize.
