This is one of the coolest trailer parks i have ever seen. People must like it there and great upkeep of some ancient single wides. I didnt see any for sale or rent. Some are modernizing by getting two lots, combine for larger double wides. You can feel their pride in a polite drive through......

Terrace Gardens is going through some great upgrades. They are installing a new electric infrastructure, electric boxes and meters, new community room remodel and new pool. There are now 12 new double wide mobile homes ready to be installed. Its a great family park fairly close to the beach, shopping, Transit Center and restaurants.

Great little mobile home park. Older homes, nice pool, and nice manager. Overall decent place.
