Beautiful hidden trailer park just outside of Carlsbad

A hidden jem in a very nice neighborhood filled with a great mix of very interesting and diverse residents (some mixed nuts) a large, newly remodeled clubhouse with a billiard room and cozy party room upstairs. The hot tub and pool are nice and big, the pool is heated to 80 year round, both open until 11pm.The grounds and gardening is on point along with security (that will knock in your door rather than tow your car) free trash/recycling and large item pick up, laundry rooms, lots of guest parking, 2 car wash stations, RV parking, a lovely walk around the large pond with a gazebo, waterfall, water effects, bridges and an island all surrounded by very well kept trees and flowers (head grounds keeper Bruno is great and for hire after hours)Inexpensive space rent and utilities, large new solar system, electricity, gas and water treatment are on site, combined monthly for convenience, rent controlled.Rancho Calevero Mobile Home Estates L.L.C.Senior living Oceanside California55+ mobile home park with ages 45 - 103 (primary resident 55+, secondary/spouce 45, licensed caretaker open age) pet friendly.

Home sweet home ..! Costco 2 blocks to the NE. Walmart 2 blocks to the SW. The beach 2 miles to the West. If you dont live here then you are jealous of me.

Quiet and friendly. Great views of Calaveras and the surrounding area. Prices are perfect for this beautiful area. Everything about this park is well maintained and well kept.

Nice quite place tucked back where you have to know were it is time know where it is in a good neighborhood on the Oceanside/Vista border.A very pretty pond in the center of this gated senior community with a waterfall and an island, a few bridges around a walk and a private gazebo. The gardening is outstanfing. 55+ (secondary can be 45ish ok) a very nice manager, Jean and a newly renovated clubhouse with 4 full size pool tables, a large open area downstairs with themed events and parties regularly, a smaller room with a wet bar upstairs next to the pool room. A large pool thats heated to 80 year round and hot tub thats open until 11 pm.RV parking, car wash stasions and laundry at each end of the park and they even pick up your trash and sort your recycling every week.I highly recommend this senior mobile home park.

The worst mobile home community in San Diego. The owner is senile and put old women who kiss up to her in the managers office. The managers are unprofessional. One manager screams and swears at everyone and the other one acts nice to your face but backstabs you.The old people that live here are afraid and hide in their homes. If you try to speak up, the managers bully you and try to force you out of your home.There is no governing body because all the do-gooders were forced out of their position because of constant harassment by management.One of the managers hires her son with a felony and who is a drug dealer to do all the jobs in the park so we dont even have fair contract bidding. He does a terrible job and angers everyone in the park but his mother the manager protects him.There is no treasurer to look over our finances so the managers do whatever they want with the money and since they old lady owner is as incompetent as them, and since she only cares about whos kissing up to her, she does nothing to bring professionalism or fairness into this place.The managers lie to the owner and turn the owner against the residents.Another family member lives in a mobile home park in San Marcos and her park management and owner protects and looks out for their residents. Rancho Calevero Mobile Home Park is nothing like this.

Mike the security guard and his mother Jean are threatening Yelp reviewers, who have been writing real and negative review about rancho calevero mobile home park, with eviction. Mike, Jean, and Mrs. Phipps are making fake flag reports to get rid of real reviews on Yelp. Mike and Jean are writing fake good reviews on Yelp. Mike made a fake Yelp account to make fake good reviews by the name of Hugh Cox (huge c***) and then showed a picture of himself in bed with a one of his down and out homeless women that he moves in with him. This review got removed from yelp.Mike then made a real yelp profile of himself and wrote another fake good review for the park pretending to be a resident. His profile information is filled with obscene information about one of his drug-addict alcoholic homeless jobless women. Yelp does not recommend the review so you have to scroll down to reviews not recommended to see it.Mike should not be living in this park or being in charge of security. He is crazy and dangerous.For the past 1 or 2 years now, there have been rough, alcoholic looking women fighting and screaming at each other outside of Mikes home. Mike stands there and laughs and provokes them. The police have been to his house several times and some of these times, Mike goes to jail.Mike lives in a free home, provided by Mrs. Phipps, and pretends to be a security guard. Jean covers for him and lies for him when all the neighbors found out he was running a drug house with homeless women living inside of it. Mrs. Phipps lied to the residents and called one of these women his wife. Mrs. Phipps is doing this and putting all the residents in harm because Mike does favors for her.Mikes free house is a dangerous meth house and it looks like the city dump. Mike, his house given to him by Mrs. Phipps and protected by Jean, his crazy homeless and jobless women, are a danger to the park and Mrs. Phipps doesnt care as long as Mike does favors for her.When anyone tries to speak out to the managers or Mrs. Phipps they either get ignored, lied to, slandered by Jean and Jill as being drunks and poor, lied to, and threatened with eviction. Mrs. Phipps ignores you and then tells you a lie to get you to be quiet.

*Edit: Hughey Rection review is Mike the criminal security guard, Jeans son that shes hiding out in the park. His user name means Huge Erection. Great job coming from our so-called security guard. Not to mention his good reviews (he did other good fake reviews for RCMHP also), are a conflict of interest to the standards of Yelp and Google Reviews. And oh, Freaky Monkey is his review as well: another conflict of interest. And oh, Jill Brennan is Jill in the office. Okay, most of the good reviews are conflict of interest done by our nasty engagement and their nasty son and these are just the obvious fake reviews. The other good reviews are for the Americas Got Talent lady. Pathetic.To add, just learning that Jean defrauded the park by altering her much younger husbands drivers license to get him into the park when he was under age. Back then, he was much younger than 45 years old. We dont know how much Mrs. Phipps knew about this act of fraud, if she turned a blind eye to it, or shes just plain incompetent and only cares about putting people into power there wholl play her sick games.Sadly, none of the real reviews made much mention of Les Watson. He was engaging in violation of real estate laws, with the help of Jean, Jill, and the Phipps, by not listing mobiles for sale and not making them available to the desperate public, then paying off a pathetic amount to the desperate heirs, and then working in-cahoots with ugly monster home developers to squeeze the monster mobiles in the park and they were all (Les, mgmt, owners) getting kick-backs from the monster mobile home developers.This is just a seedy, disgusting place. Thank you Mrs. Phipps and all, Job well done.*Bad place. No one who works for this park is legit. Everyone is hired on the buddy-system or nepotism and given all sorts of freebies (by the owner) if they cover-up for each others bad behaviors. The owner, Mrs. Phipps, hires people not on merit, but who squashes and covers up the bad stuff going on in this place.This place has a lot of drug use and drug dealing, stealing, and sex houses and some of this stuff is done by the workers. Many of the residents have tried to make a stand, past and present, against the management and other workers but only get beaten down and forced to move out. Mrs. Phipps refuses to listen to any complaints and covers up for everyone that she put in power in this place. These workers and managers rub her back and she rubs their back.

Just has a bad feel to it. Not tree-lined, wide paved streets with pits, ruts, cracks, huge sewer traps that you have to drive around.Managers are unprofessional and rude.It is next to impossible to speak to the owner, Phipps, and if you do find a way, she ignores your concerns and even outright fibs to you to cover something up. There is one person that is supposed to represent the home-owners and she has an unlisted phone number and if you do get a hold of her number, she never calls you back.When the managers have a problem with one person, they send a screaming and belittling letter out to all residents. Actually, they send a lot of angry and warning letters out and many of these are poorly and unprofessionally written.The park rules arent followed by the managers and one of their sons. Jean, a co-manager, moved into the park with a man way younger than her, inappropriately younger than her, her sons age, thereby breaking the park rule of 55/45.Jill, another manger, screams and swears at the residents she doesnt like, which by the way are many. Her husband is shady and chases after the women in the park and in turn, Jill threatens the innocent women he chases with eviction.There are no professional, out-sourced, companies that work in the park. Every worker In here is hired by Phipps on the you do for me, I do for you system.The Mike that everyone is referring to is a scary character. Hes supposed to be the parks security guard, but is a threat to most everyone in the park. He has a criminal history, is always lit on something, rambles and his eyes are glazed over, and he wont get off his phone during serious matters. Theres always low characters hanging out in his house - nasty looking men and skanky women - and Phipps does nothing about it. His house is a disgrace to the park but the managers go after other residents to clean up who have homes more cared for.Mike chases and is sexually aggressive with the women in the park and these women have no recourse to protect themselves because his mother, Jean, threatens them if they complain and manufactures something against the woman complaining.If anyone tries to stand up for themselves, they are called names by the workers like drunk, crazy, alcoholic, lonely and then are severely hassled by all the workers who team up to harass you.There is a lot of theft and the security guard is never around.This park is not safe or friendly.
