My family, the OHaras, were among the first to move here in the 1960s. I agree with the many good reviews. When we sold the unit for rehabilitation around 2014 it was really hard to leave. I hope your new neighbor on Oakwood Lane, can have a lifetime of wonderful memories of Cavalier as I do.

This is a great place to live its a very nice and quiet community. There are 2 pools and they are always clean. Ten min walk to the beach pet friendly and a very clean place.

This is a great place to live. There are 2 pools and they are always clean. I see many families walking around inside because it is very safe. There is also a park and the staff is very kind. The place is very nice. The past manager, Russ (may he rest in peace), had also done a great job of keeping the place tidy. It is also beautiful in the afternoon to take a walk.

The place is Incredible, it is located in a beautiful area, near there is a park, where you can go with your children or even pets,Also near there you can go to the beach walking,There is also a shop nearby, you also have a freeway entrance,

I live here in the Cavalier Mobile Estates in Oceanside CA and its a very nice and quiet community so to speak... The main thing I like about living here is as neighbors we take the wholeNeighborhood-Watch Thing to a whole new level!!!! We all look out for each other!!!

I have an amazing place at this park and is pretty well maintained and they keep the crazies out which is always a plus

If i could give zero stars I would. management is rude to the point where they are harassing in fact a lawsuit is imminent against owners and the manager. there are degernerates all around the property and theft is a daily occurence. if it aint nailed down and it;s outside....kiss it goodbye. you could not pay me to live here. the city should shut this place down or make them clean up there act.

My father & I have lived in this community since 1995 & has been fantastic! I want to especially thank all the staff. We have the most beautiful weather in the world here, we take it for granted & need to be thankful everyday! Also to be able to be here and pay the reasonable space rent we pay & be home owners. I am very grateful. The owners, the staff, & all at corporate, the manager, asst Mgr, & past Mgr, Russ, who do & did such a great job & we will miss Russ. All the groundskeepers & all the assistance and everybody who works for the community should be commended for the tireless hours they put in & have a special day put aside for them! They all contribute & do so much and it would be so nice for them to here just a simple Thankyou sometime, or just a smile and wave. Just that little bit of gratitude will go long way! Also will put a smile on their face maybe even yours. We all have our ups & downs, yet need to remember we are all friends & Neighbors & we need to continue two work together to keep our community the great place it is. Keep up the great work everybody!

Ive been living here for over 18 years, its a nice quiet place to live. Managers are very nice never had any problems with them, cheap rent also!

This park is super clean and everyone is very kind. My uncle was the manager before he passed several months ago and he turned it in to such a wonderful place. I will forever remember this place because of him.

My fam bam has been residing there for over 16yrs & its been great...10 min walk2the beach near coast hwy101&stores all over right off the 5 freeway exit on Oside blvd beautiful trailers and family friendly as well as pet friendly.

Have lived there on & off since 1969. A landmark in my life & a nice place to live near the beach with ample shopping

This is the worst place to live with the worst management and rules ever seen or heard of. Management is very two-faced and runs it as a concentration camp with the rules and regulations only fitting to those and not the residence Or homeowners of cavalier mobile Estates. I want everybody to know the truth behind the scams that management and owners have in store for the homeowners In cavalier mobile Estates. It is the most dysfunctional lying and deceiving management and rules and regulations ever. They are simply not on the homeowner side and stand to put walls in front of anybody and everybody who owns a unit that this trailer park. I have owned here for five years and I want people to know the truth before they waste their money moving into a place that simply is not what they make it to be management wise and ownership wise .
