I used the park for a place to walk and enjoy the beauty of the area. I felt safe and enjoyed every minute. There were people there enjoying the Pickle Courts, Tennis Courts and Basketball Courts. There were also places to play Volleyball, and a playground for the kids. The areas were spread out, so very good for social distancing now.

We were meeting some family for a distanced picnic and the initial park we had planned to visit was crowded due to a big youth sports event and all the picnic pavilions were taken. While searching for another venue this park came up and looked more appealing with the secluded wooded environment and multiple picnic pavilions.The park was not very crowded when we arrived and had a beautiful natural feel. Trees and plants covered the area, and the recreational spots were spread apart to keep things isolated. There are 2 or 3 large pavilions, each with about a dozen picnic tables within, and the pavilions can be reserved for events if desired. Theres a playground and mini pavilion for the kids. It looked like there were pathways leading to deeper parts of the park but I didnt explore. The park features large basketball, tennis, and either racquetball or pickleball courts.Its a really nice park. It has a variety of recreational options but still has the natural element to it.There is a railway nearby, but the noise doesnt last long and it the tracks were far enough away it wasnt something to be bothered with. When we were at the park (3-4 hours mid Saturday) there were maybe 2-3 freight trains that passed by.

Very clean and well kept. Would be nice to see a younger child swing but its nothing like any other park Ive been to around here yet. Nice clean field for events, pavilions for parties with lots of seating, swings, slides, and small jungle gym area for kids and tennis court. Theres also a trail through the woods. All in all a very nice quiet park

Me and my family love this park so much! We are able to bring our lunch and eat at the pavillions which also have grills! Very clean and kept up! It has activities for kids and adults of all ages which is amazing! Also a great spot to play pokemon go!

This is a nice large park that has plenty of shade and walking paths. A fantastic place to bring the family and little kids with plenty of picnic areas, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.

Its a really nice park, provided you dont need to use the restrooms, which are full of spiders, wasps, and scorpions. Walking trails, playground equipment, tennis courts, and picnic pavilions are among the amenities. The play equipment includes slides, swings, playhouses, a seesaw,, and a rope course.

Nice park. Clean and lots of places for kids to run around. Has concrete sheltered picnic areas with BBQ grills. Lots of tennis courts. Peaceful. Good AT&T cell coverage.Entrance sign says No Domestic Animals. Had a few laughs with that one.

We had a ton of fun. The park is beautiful and my daughter has so much fun when we go.

Wonderful park! This park is quietly tucked away from the busy sounds of the road. There are pickle ball courts, tennis courts, playgrounds, walking paths, pavilions, restrooms and parking. It is free to park and enjoy.

We reserved a small pavilion for our daughters birthday. The pavilions could be closer to the play area, however it is only a short walk. You cant see the kids from the pavilion so you must have someone at the pavilion & at the playground to supervise. The play area is all new and much larger than it was before. The bathrooms are near the pavilions. We usually do parties at Baseline Trailhead park however this park is not as crowded.

Nice place to go if you like walking

An amazing park for recreational activities and families. Coehadjoe has multiple basketball and tennis courts as well as a couple pavilions. It’s also a great place to have a leisurely stroll and enjoy the outdoors. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to go for a walk, fly a kite, play some basketball.. They use to have a camping area in the back that you could set up a tent and have a fire, but they closed it.. But the walking trails in the back are well traveled and very nice, very clean very relaxing and quiet. . if you need a place to get away and breathe, this is it.

Beautiful day for a jog on the trail...I havent been here in ages so I forgot what it was like. The shape is good for walking a lil bit of an ankle breaker if youre not careful because theres soft sand and plenty of sticks (FL woods yall). I wish it was more of a looop or continuous trail but if you just double back its just as good. Sign says no dogs so thats kinda a bummer but overall had a lovely workout in the park!

I love coehadjoe park, but I wish they had more for the kids. Overall its a great park with very nice courts and great shaded areas. Ive been coming for years to just enjoy the outside, but now I have kids and wish there was just a little bit more.

This place was great to just walk around and see nature. they have tennis and basketball courts and a playground for the little ones. We enjoyed our day there and definitely will be going more often!!

I go to Coehadjoe Park to play Pickleball. They play everyday so if youre in town for a few days and want to grab a couple games this is definitely a good place to go or if you live here and want to learn the game, again, great place to play. Any skill level is welcome.

For a free public park, its great. Love the atmosphere. Its tucked into the woods, nice and quiet, and (when we went) not too busy.

This is a great park for the whole family. There are tennis and racket ball and basketball courts. There is also a large field with picnic tables around it.the field is great for playing football, flying a kite or having a childs birthday party. There is a playground also next to the field. The park also includes some shorter hiking trails. On the trails I have seen deer and fox squirrels. Over all a great park in Ocala.

The kids always love it they do need more Pavilions that are for the public and not for rent though we ended up with the Pavilion which was perfect but there were quite a few people that were coming and The Pavilions were already reserved so adding more Pavilions for people that just pop up would be nice

The benches were place in the sun,at least one should have been place in a shady area or around some trees. And the water fountain was a ways off.

Clean park with clean bathrooms

Well if you want to visit a park early in the morning and a quiet and what amounts to all to yourself then this is it .If you want a.bit more excitement then they have tennis courts to use and public restrooms all around with easy and convenient parking to match .Now it may seem out of the way but its really close to all the major roadways and there is even a gas station just down the street.So get in your car and get on down here .I almost forgot to mention the roads in the park are perfect for you to bicycle around at a leisurely pace . Ok thats it for sure . Maybe Ill see you there .

Great lil park has plenty room for tennis, raquet ball /handball, volley ball & basketball....Also it has Pavilions for picnics, birthdays & area for kids...Plenty to do here at Coehadjoe Park.

Clean, safe feeling park, nice restroom facilities. Great for a party, grills available, and brand new kids play are is almost complete! They have a new seesaw/teeter totter! My wife and I enjoyed it lol, little hard to get into, but super fun! We rented a covered party area and were very pleased, fairly priced too. Good park for smaller children. 2-7 range.

Nice place for kids

They have made amazing upgrades to this beautiful park. Our five year old loves the playground. Lovely paved paths make great for handicap accessible. Several small and large pavilions with grills fist come first serve with the option to reserve for a special occasion.

Ive been coming here since i was very little. I loved it then, and my daughter and niece love it now. Grills by the pavillions, bathrooms, and a brand new play area for the kids is like an obstacle course. The girls love it and its still my go-to park.

One of our familys favorite local parks, theres a nice playground which seems to get updated regularly, basketball courts, tennis courts, and lots of trees. There is a horseshoe area near the main picnic area. Two big pavilions with lots of tables and a couple of grills, and several smaller shelters with individual picnic tables. Very beautiful surroundings and not too far from the restaurants in Silver Springs.

Clean & has a wide variety of things. Including what we went for which was a pickleball court.

Love playing racketball but the courts are run down. But they just added a new obstacle course for kids and a pickleball court.

The change in the children’s play equipment is a breath of fresh air! So thankful to have such a nice park here now. It’s quite and you could literally spend the whole day here. Between the open air pavilions, tennis, racquet, pickle, basket and volleyball courts to walking/jogging loop that is natural and the massive amount of epic Geocache locations here as well. Great park for the entire family! Thank you Marion County and the parks department.

It would be 5 stars if they had lights in the childrens play area!

We love this quiet park for the kids and the updates are awesome.

The grounds were kept and theyre contructing a new play ground. The raquet ball courts needed some freshing and the doors missing. But overall liked the park.

This is where I go to run a dirt trail 5 minutes from home. Under used by locals. 6 Tennis courts, racquet ball, basket ball, volley ball, open area, playground, sheltered tables and grills. Just needs people.
