Alot of homes need to be repaired but really enjoyed the visit to my friends home nice n clean property.

Managers are rude and disrespectful. I asked for the corporate number and he he said I couldn’t have it because it’s not my right then hung up. I’ve been calling back and he sends my calls straight to voicemail. I do not recommend living here!

The managers are very rude. They treat people with no respect. They dont speak English so very hard to communicate with. The place needs work. Would not be a nice place to live.

I was looking for a nice place for my diverse family, Being that I am a Forster provider I wouldnt want me babies subjected to the foolishness I saw Friday night, I almost went to the cops house to report it! Having a police officer is the best thing they could every have to make my family feel safe, But that officer should patrol this night time.

Not a bad place for what you pay, except the swimming pool is only open 5 months out of the year, when it is hot enough in Florida to swim all year round (almost) and out of those 5 months it is closed constantly for maintenance. When it is open the water is warmer then bath water, too hot to swim in scared of catching some bacteria. It has been this way for at least the last 4 years, I hope they fix this problem, these hot summers are brutal!!

The park has gone downhill in the last year. The park managers don’t do a thing. Tom and Angel had this park looking good and now it’s gone. The owner needs Tom and Angel back.

My wife and I are seeking somewhere to put out new home. When I called too ask about the lot rent amount the female park owner kept trying to get me to purchase from them. After driving over to see the new homes they have we decided to go else where. TOO MANY KIDS HANGING OUT AT NIGHT. ITS DARK AND GLOOMY. THE BEST PART IS THEY HAVE A POOL AND THE LOT RENT IS CHEAPEST AROUND. GOOD LUCK CONTACTING THE LAND LORD. THEY ARE NEVER REACHABLE.

I thought this was a family park. I just found that my ex husband lives here and he isnt supposed to be around children. I will call immigration and his parole officer and report this. That isnt fair to the family that abide the law. Once the department of immigration gets a note of this they will shut this park down

The park managers do not speak English and do not return calls. I wanted to rent a home. Can anyone point me in a direction zoned for West marion hospital. New to Florida.

Is quiet at leat where my friend lives. But tjeres some people that dont take care on their houses and leave cars abandon patios where dirty and gives bad look.

I have seen better Neighborhood.

Everything is so close it makes me uncomfortable & Im not claustrophobic!

Angel and Tom are awesome people who diligently try to improve living here. A recent robbery has me convinced there is not enough security. Need cameras...dont feel safe!

Nice manufactured housing neighborhood clean quiet

The park managers are amazing. They are always checking to see how my grandma is who has been in the hospital a few times. You can tell they are trying to fix the park up.

New park manager Angel is really trying to make it feel more like Home. Ive been through 2 previous park managers, so I now know the difference between who cares for the community vs caring only when it benefits themselves!

The park has gone down hill. Very dissapointed.

LG park, SM lots. But on the plus side it is a family park . Not a retirement community. Also probably doesnt do back round checks weather that maybe a bad it a good thing depending on your circumstances .
