Nice, clean, park. Well-kept. Lots are a bit narrow. Country living near everything. Doctors, restaurants, shopping . . . You might find cheaper, but not better. *Ask about Pass-through fees.

Have lived here for several years and overall a good experience. Lot rents do keep going up (but still cheaper that most other parks in area), but park is clean, well-managed and safe. Please keep in mind that negative comments on this park are from disenfranchised former HOA manager. Park is much better run than some would advertise. They are putting in new homes when those that are 30+ years old are no longer needed by owners (moved on to just or other rewards). Very friendly people, mostly who mind their business, mostly!

Ive lived here for four years. The 1st and part of the 2nd year were good ones; the park was beautiful and well maintained. The last half of the second year amd ongoing, the park is no longer beautiful or quaint. Realtors now call this a trailer park and not a community and is no longer considered a desirable place to live. Sun Communities is jamming in large, overpriced double wide mobiles in spaces meant for a single wide mobile. The community now looks like a jumbled, forlorn, forgotten mess. We no longer want to live here. Any one with common sense should look for a nicer place to live. The high lot rent, ridiculous taxes we pay on land we dont own, is ludicrous. Cant wait to move-!

I really like living here. People are nice. Management is nice. The community is clean and well maintained.

Pricey but not allot of people traffic. Easy to get through.

Real nice, quiet people, nice services, has a pool and hot tub and club house, low rent, low taxes

Went down hill with new management double standards and wont trim trees they say their mine if 12ft or closer and they are 19 ft away so come trim your trees.you dont want to live here unless you like being bossed around by stupid rules they change with the double standards
