Since 2016, my parents live and play here. The grounds are well kept and there’s plenty to do: pickle-ball, swimming, bocce ball, billiards, library, climate controlled community centers, and much more. The only issue I’ve seen is the cost of the lot rent. The past few years it’s gone up significantly, which is hard to keep up with when on a fixed income.Reach out if you’d like more info. : )
Didnt get to see much but what l saw i liked...
Seems quiet. Older manufactured home community. Unsure of amminities.
Quiet place....all elderly folks reside here....pools are decent....jaccuzi would be nice
Place is a joke... very miss managed two people in the office, one says one thing one says another... never get a straight ansure. Very impolite once your in the park and renting from them.... lot rent has gone up so many times in the past years.... they only do what they have to to get buy... the two staff members they have driving around all day are very unfriendly, they spend more time hiding and smoking,on there cell phones all day long glad Im not paying them... they told us if we rented a lot for our home there would be ample parking and storage for our motor home, every time we ask they say there not availble great now were all moved in no place to put it as promised going on for two years now.we were made after buying our home and did thousands of dollors worth of work to it they told us we did not quilafy to rent from them becouse of our credit score, but yet we pay our lot rent on time every month.so were forced to put it in another persons name just to live there. We dont recomend this place to anyone stay away or you will be taking in by there lies.
This was very nice and we bought a mobile home there and plan to really enjoy all the facilities. Seniors only but not overly protected or gated which is fine with us.
Not all that live there are 55 plus,we have seen severial younger people living full time with people that might be 55,when calling the park they never call you back,I asked for the district managers phone number, was giving a number that goes to a recording. They only care about the monthly check.
They keep raising the lot rent since taken over by new owners. The impression is theyre trying to squeeze out the existing tenants to build bigger, newer more expensive mobile homes. Many residents have left and been forced to do so as the result of the Parks strategies.
Nice quiet
My mother lives here. And everyone I have met are the nicest people. Clean and comfortable place to live.
This is a quiet park designed for residents age forty years and older . It is located in a very easy to find spot closed to all Ocala has to offer. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the park well maintsined with lots of activities for residents.
This place is quiet, peaceful and in a perfect location!
50 or over park. Nice place. Must personally own home .... no renters! Before you buy READ THE RULES! They are tough and lot rent is high
Careful what is written can be considered as truth... should be, but is it? Uh what would I make inquiry without. Mistruuths and really flat out bald face lies..
Quiet community of elderly. Many amenities. Pools are great. Mostly friendly residents......not familiar with many of them....ones I do know are cordial.....some...helpful.
Moved here from Wisconsin. Love it felt very safe and was welcomed. One big happy family. Staff gets a A+ on all they do to make you feel like home.
Be careful dealing with this place. We put good faith money down on a home. They cashed the check that very day. Ive never had a good faith deposit check cash in advance of the deal going being completed. Then the sale did not go through. Their corporate office, an equity firm, has our money and Spanish Oaks says it will take them up to 30 days to return our money. In the meantime, we have found another home in a different park that we wish to purchase but cant because they havent returned our money. Bottom line is that their corporate is an equity firm. That means they took our good faith money cashed and invested it. They are making money off my money. That money did not belong to Spanish Oaks or EquityLife. The money was mine that they were to hold for the seller. It did not belong to them. It was not for them to take the money. The very definition of fraud is take something under false or misleading circumstances. We were never told that they would take the money and use it to enrich themselves. The None of this is told to a buyer up front. Reporting to the BBB and to the governance for senior communities in the state capital.
Looks like a fine place to live. Kept up nice.
Im on vacation and its awesome. Nice houses
Clean, lots are good size, swimming pools, one heated, as well as, shuffle board, tennis and pool tables.
Older park, fairly clean
It is a most beautiful mobile home Community but lot rent is way overpriced in my opinion
Nice quiet retirement neighborhood.
The salesman Jim, is great very knowledgeable about each trailer and extremely helpful.
I stopped by just to get an idea of what the park looked like and whats available. Jim took me around and I fell in love with the park. Great people. Nice layout too! Jim it will be a while but after seeing other parks yep. You are correct sir!

Its a beautiful place.
One of my favorite places to go dancing and have fun
Nice place enjoyed myself there
Very nice community ::::friendly staffMany amenities
Great place
Rent for a mobile home lot is very expensive and it goes up every year. Seniors have to abandon their homes when they can’t afford the high rent prices then the park resale the home. Unreasonable high price lot rent and as of 7/2020 the rent is close to $700 a month and now with the pandemic and social distancing none of the few amenities can be used which is where part of the rent goes. I believe the should give some of the money back just like insurance companies are doing.
Some people care about there property some NOT AT ALL....
The place is very transit.rent is very high for what you get.almost 600.00 dollars now.not much activity at the social Hall so not many parties.best to look around
Nice place, Plenty of service when you go into the office.
What a dump. Well, at least parts of it are. The lot rent is very high over 600.00. Mostly older single sides. This is a retired over 55 community.
People are nice roads are a little narrow
As long as you obey the rules
Lot rent very high. And lot rent keeps going up.
Amazing
I love this place
Worst management ever. Warning for elderly, when u pass away, management at the park will enter ur property n take it.
