Be warned the management insists on covering up leaking ceilings filled with mold they cover over instead of fixing it

This place is a joke they dont fix the problems with the mobile homes they just cover them up if you feel like renting rat.roach and mold infested homes then please go ahead

Houses need a lot of work, owner seems to be willing to get paid on time, but not to fix tbe problems.

This place has it all, if your white trash and lookin for a great white trash community to raise those lil white trash babies in this is the place I love it. My Lil lady and I are some real scum bags and this place makes us feel like we are great people and our community really loves us. When the trash gets takin out it ends up here white trash kingdom its where u wanna be.
