Im glad we got to experience Launch before moving out of Delaware. I wish Delaware had places like this when I was growing up there, because I wouldve hated Delaware a little less. My [at the time] one-year-old daughter enjoyed herself. She had her first jumps at Launch, and it was very nice that they had a toddler time, so I didnt have to worry about older children zipping around and knocking her over.

Pretty awesome place with plenty of activities, it’s been renovated recently and really nice. Unfortunately there is no push from management to keep all activities open. For the price you pay there should never be a station closed, especially with the amount of staff on hand just hanging out watching no one, helping no one.

My family and I loved it here. All the staff was very friendly. Only downfall is the computers you check in/register at! I highly recommend filling out the forms online beforehand! Their computers are a big pain!

Good for the kids to let off steam or just to have fun. Down fall is the food stand. The people who work that area are very rude, takes forever to get your food, and never smile. They walk around like they own the place and dont have to do anything.

Love how this place is set up. They have staff everywhere and the kids are all visible. The place is organized and the kids are always having fun and no one gets hurt. Will never go to fun zone ever again with this as an option.

Nice and clean. It is a good place to go get some energy out. The, music is way too loud and not really suitable for such mixed crowds.

Went with my 3 girls and apparently they dont honor gift cards purchased during previous management. They dont have a problem keeping the money spent though. You would think with the trampoline park market being so saturated they would try a little to not lose a customer. Those days are long gone it seems. I recommend a different trampoline park with more integrity.

Wow! Very impressed with upgrades. Love being able to see the whole play area from conveniently placed seating. Safety refs were attentive and responsible. Looking forward to our next adventure!

I’m not going back. They did some renovations and it is nice. However I have two kids and my youngest is 2. He is full price even though he is 2. Well I’m trying to follow after him and i was told i could not walk on the green rim with my shoes on even though the staff does and I could not be out there unless I had a wrist band on. Im trying to figure out who is going to run after my child ? Unless they run a daycare that I am unaware about. As much money as you pay to come here. If I’m running after my child and not jumping there should be no problem. That just told me that I will have to take my kids elsewhere because that use to never be a problem.

Manager Ashley is rude! Staff is incredibly lazy! I have never seen so many useless employees in all my life. Launch do yourself a favor and hire better people to run your business they are losing you business.

This is the first time weve been since the renovation. Its really nice, like the new obstacle course areas, disappointed there isnt a more private toddler area like before. Party planner was okay, she was low energy and lacked a lot of customer service skills that should be trained. She didnt know if they had high chairs and found one eventually. We ended up starting our cake without her. The kids had fun however, and since it wasnt busy we didnt feel rushed like some other places.

Love this place my kids have a great time. They have the playground and the obstacle course that are like no other trampoline park. The kids never want to leave

Love this place! We moved from NJ and we are so glad Jason Avant opened a DE location! By far the best trampoline park ever! So much for the kids to do, great staff, great music and always clean!! Can’t wait to return and have more parties here!!!

I will never ever come back! Extremely rude “management” zero customer service. Party staff are teens who don’t have any skill at hosting party’s. Renovation is nice but I will not be back. My kids party was terrible, the staff was annoyed to do there jobs. I had to tell them to give drinks to the adults, pass out pizza to them and I even had to open the cake. I shouldn’t have to tell them how to do their jobs. I paid money to have an easy fun experience not frustrating experience. Go some where else!

WOW, what an improvement!!! The staff, the environment, the set up, the cleanliness, everything. It was awesome. Me and my family went today and had the best time. Very impressed with the upgrade!

I paid $300 for party for my kid. Check in experience was okay, the hour of open was fun. The party hosts finally introduced themselves 20 mins before the party room time.Once in the party room it was an absolute disaster! Are the staff even trained? A kid dropped pizza and both hosts just stood there looking. I got up and pick it up, cleaned it up. They didn’t even bring over another slice for the kid at the party. I grabbed the pitchers and handed out refills.No candles?! Even though I was told they were.A staff member came into the party room and made an announcement to get move out of the room very rudely. Even though the next party has an hour of jumping like we did. I will never have an other party here and will make sure all my friends who have kids know it. Zero stars

Launch Trampoline Park in Newark Delaware is finally up and running again. We have missed this place over the winter. Glad to see that there is still something for the kids to do. My boys had a great time on the trampolines and laser tag.

Ownership changed so they don’t honor old launch gift cards, tickets. Employees do not enforce the rules so it’s a free for all. The music is way too loud also. The place looks nice, but it’s too chaotic for my family.

Party hosts do not know what they are doing!!! Staff are extremely rude, even the managers are. When u talk to the managers they deny it. Ruined my daughters party rushing us out of the room. The party host lie said they had candles, they didn’t. Young rude employees, unfriendly staff came into our party room and shouted to get out. Skyzone gives you a better party go there instead. This place ruined my daughters day!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a problem with a gift card. Manager on duty today 11/24 at around 1:30pm handled it and took really good care of us and our kids had alot of fun, very clean facility.

We had my daughters 6th birthday here on October 13th! After a few confusing conversations upon arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Unlike most parents, I can get very stressed amongst my child’s birthday party and I must say, they were more than accommodating to relieving that stress! All questions I had were answered with friendly discourse, and they answered questions I didn’t have just to help calm my nerves! The owner was there the entire time and I must say, his attention and accommodating personality throughout the entire party can only be described as second to none..... while on the pricier side of a child’s birthday party, the trampolines, the other attractions, and most importantly the staff made it worth it. I would highly recommend

Went there on Wednesday night and while in the bathroom my 9 year old son came to me and said they told him to leave because he had the wrong socks on! I asked to see the manager and when he showed up he didn’t speak to me he walked up to my 9 year old and told him to leave if he didn’t have Launch socks! I tried to get my money back and they refused! We were there for the 3rd time in 7 days and my son grabbed his Sky Zone socks because his numerous pairs of Launch socks were in the laundry! We have been going there for years with the youth group also and numerous birthday parties but NO MORE! We left and went to Sky Zone they gave me a free jump pass and told me that whenever I come they will also give me a military discount!! Sad way to run a business! Guess that’s why the place was empty??

My grandson loves this place. Its busy but they have plenty of staff in each area we held his birthday party there one-year. It was great.

Launch is a great place to go. the staff is very helpful and nice. They have quick-service and affordable prices and good food. Great place to go and have fun, for everyone and anyone. They have games that anyone can play and have excellent trampolines areas and activities as well.

Great place. The kids love it! We tend to go on Friday nights, 8-close, and have never had issues with unruly unsupervised kids or rude parents. There is often a line to get in, but doing the waivers online cuts some of that wait time. Plus, at least when we went on Friday nights, a drink & slice of pizza was included with the admission price. Great place for kids of all ages.

We went to Saturday morning toddler time. The price was good, and we had fun jumping. However, the whole section with the inflatables was closed off which was disappointing. Also, I was hoping for a foam pit to jump into which I did not see. I dont know for sure that they didnt have one, but if they did, that wasnt available for toddler time either. Overall, a decent experience, but I will likely go to a different trampoline park next time.

Had our daughters 8th birthday party here. I was very impressed! Everything was very organized from the moment I placed the order, all the way through the end of the party. Great communication and follow-up. Will definitely be recommending to others.

You know how most teenagers look too bored to live, let alone be bothered to do their jobs or maybe they just hate having to stop talking to their other bored friends for a minute? If not, come here for a great example. Youll definitely be too annoyed to try and point out all the broken machines or the disgusting bathrooms, so maybe thats their goal. 2 stars because the kids still had fun. Hopefully it will be better when they open under new management.

A very nice place for our toddler during toddler time!! $10 for 90.minutes for children under 5 years. I think it could be a little cheaper but it was great to not fear for the little ones when everyone is their size. A nice staff too! Lets go again!#

First time visiting a trampoline park but I truly enjoyed the experience. Staff was friendly and informative. I discovered a great way to workout and enjoy it!

The upgrades are great, its great for birthday partys. Because their is so much to talk about Im going to try to keep this fairly short, launch trampoline park has so many amazing games, foods, and drinks that there is no reason anyone should go anywhere else

Wonderful experience there with some first times tagging along with us. 3 staff members went about and beyond in helping our family out: Chase, Danielle and Preston were your staffers that showed exemplary ‘people’ skills.

Held my sons birthday party here and the staff was great! The were friendly, quick, and very accommodating. I would recommend them to everyone.

Employees were useless. If they weren’t on their phones they were being annoyed at the kids playing. We have been maybe 10 times over the last two years and after today I am not sure that we will be back. The big jump was closed, even though the employee was at the top on her cell, and the thing that spins around and the kids have to jump/duck so they don’t get knocked over was closed as well.

FOOD SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD

A lot of fun for the kids and adults to and the prices arent to bad but I recommend going early it gets really crowded really fast they had slides and a Dodge ball area and a small basketball. I will definitely go back but at a earlier time

Awesome time for our childcare centers. The staff was very young and not really keen on customer service. We were not shown/ told there was a separate room for our children to eat, where the bathrooms were and what the children were not allowed to climb on. So we were tried by fire. Nonetheless we had a great time!!!

Great time! Really could spend the better part of a day here. Lots of jumping, dodgeball, inflatables... they have a snack bar and small arcade as well. A few lockers to store your stuff (extra $). There is also plenty of space to watch if you dont want to jump.

I had the best birthday party ever there! They give you just the right amount of time to play and have a blast, plus the staff where very nice.

They had three different summer camps at one jump time. If going in the summer, maybe call to make sure they are not over booking for camps so you have more room to enjoy without waiting in longer lines for inflatables.

Had my 10yos birthday party here and everyone had fun. I think we will be back at some point in the future because its a nice way for the kids to burn off energy during the winter

Launch was very accommodating with our schedules and specific needs. The staff were very friendly. We were very happy with our experience!

Venue was perfect! My child, his guest, & even my husband loved it. The only negative was the disengaged young lady in the dodge ball area. She was not friendly or interactive. She even put my son & his friends out of the pit when they called for our party after I told them they could stay to finish their game. I had a group of 7-12 year old boys who were disappointed. Otherwise, I was glad I chose launch to celebrate my sons 7th bday!

Very nice but the older kids have no respect. They butt in front of the little ones knock them over.. Never go on a sat again too many older kids 13 up

We love Launch! We had our sons 2nd birthday here and cant gush enough about it. They took care of everything, which allowed us to relax and enjoy his party.We also really enjoy their Toddler time. Its the best around. Most local trampoline parks have toddler time, however Launch charges slightly less, and offers so much more. In addition to the standard kids music, extra balls placed around, and kid-friendly staff, Launch goes the extra mile by having face painters, or toy roller coasters set up. They also have their mascot Joey the Kangaroo come out and play and jump with the kids. If you havent been, you should definitely try it out.

Launch listed summer camps for kids on their website. Signed my daughter up for the week of the 20th of august. Received a phone call last week informing me that Launch had been sold and would be closing for renovations on 12 August. Sorry - here is your money back.While I understand the need to renovate the place, the complete lack of courtesy from the old and new owners is completely shocking. As a working mother, I was depending on this camp being available for my daughter. Most other camps, if they had stuff for the week of the 20th, are already filled. They have placed a number of families in a difficult position late in the summer.Launch, regardless of what they do to renovate the place, has lost a long time customer.

Perfect for having fun with family and friends, whenever I can take my son with his school friends, and they have a lot of fun with several trampoline options. and some other games.a large free parking super recommend.

I booked summer camp months ago... then I get a call one week before it started saying the new owner is closing for renovations and camp won’t be held. I got totally screwed by this, and so did several friends who had also signed their kids up for this camp.I feel bad for all the kids who had birthday parties booked that also got cancelled.I don’t care what features the new owner adds... we will never set foot in this place again.

My family and me enjoyed our time at Launch. On days when it is way too hot, Launch is the best place for families to leave the house and have a good time.

My kids love that they can do so much more than trampoline jumping at Launch!! Inflatables and arcade make this the perfect place for families with kids of different age ranges!

My daughter was registered for the summer camp week of August 20th. My friend, whose daughter was also registered, received a call to inform her the facility is now under new management and will be closed for renovations. I waited for my call and nope, no call! Instead I received a lazy email stating I needed to call Launch concerning camp. I called immediately where a young and rude girl placed me on hold to get the GM and then came back to tell me that she wasn’t available. Two more days passed before I received a call to officially be notified that camp was cancelled. Funny thing is, my money was taken the night before the cancellation notifications...hmm, I’m to believe they woke up Friday and decided to close for renos, sure! Anyhow, dear new owners, parents are reasonable and understand you’d like to spruce up your newly acquired business. However, us working parents were counting on camp for our children so we can work! The way in which this was handled was sloppy and inconsiderate. I wasn’t really a huge fan of your establishment before and this was the nail in the coffin. We won’t be back!

Glow nigth was great, I expected the place to be packed but it wasnt. Kids got a lot of space for jumping.

Good place to hang on a hot summer day. Get a Groupon if you can because it’s expensive otherwise. It’s $17 a kid to jump without Groupon.

Excellent trampoline park. Seems to be geared more toward younger children 4-10. We went here for a kids birthday party and it was clean and well staffed.

My kids love this place. Ive not had the best experiences at the snack bar. In my experience, the staff has not been very attentive, the condiments have been out and tables have been a bit dirty.We recently pre-ordered some tickets online for our son who was meeting some of his friends. We had the time off by 30 minutes. We tried calling to see if it was possible to move our ticket time. No one would pick up the phone. Also, it looks like you cant adjust tickets online. That would be a good site feature.Ill give it an average overall score of 3 stars.

We had 4 children with us ranging from 8-13 years old. They all had a great time, the place was clean and they had plenty to do. All staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful.
