Everyone I met in that Park was very nice very respectful but the management Im not too sure about

All i can say is i really enjoy living here.the residents here are very nice and the managers as well including mark the maintenance man.i love the fact that there doing there job and want to make this place cleaner..so i give them total respect and a high five

A very nice woman Louise Gritmon who I call one of my angels ;help me move here and yes you can rent out a modular home here from the owner. Every home Ive seen is beautiful some have second floors. Everyone has decorations lights, flowers flags license plates on their mailbox where there from. There are golf carts scooters and motorcycles and they are all responsible and respectful. I feel like I live on a resort. I only see one home that looks out dated yet still kept up on the outside. You cant make everyone happy. They also do background checks and nobody under 45 can reside here long as the main renter or owner 55...Speed bumps are normal. Its also verysafe!!! The people are very nice. The police ride through often to check on our community. Ive seen worse. Stop complaining. Be blessed. This is a wonderful place. I give it a 10 if I could. God bless.

Property manager told me I could park on both sides of my mobile home, then she had my car towed. on a power trip.

This is a very nice park. The manager and her assistant are very nice. The maintenance guy, Mark is very good! There is a wide variety of homes for sale in there. They are cleaning it up and getting rid of the rid-raf that was in there, slowly but surely!

I was going to buy a mobile home but they wont let you rent it out. Still a choice park.

My father lives here and everyones really great. They always look after each other and the price is right for sure. Thank goodness because my dad lives in a fixed income. Really wonderful place to be.

Not a bad place to live although some of the snowbirds who are residents come back after being up north and do a lot of complaining the park is clean the management is helpful and thats my input on Sunshine Lake Estates

Sunshine Lake Estates is a fun Park. The clubhouse offers a variety of events for people to partake in throughout the year. The pool is beautiful, clean and a great place to relax at.

Its strange, being a resident for almost 4 years now and Not knowing the ones who bash the place. Its true, the last managers did let anyone in it seemed ...until we park residents complained to the owners, then things got done. The park has Always been a clean and a safe place since I moved in, and Ive no doubt with it now under new owners and management it will, and already has seen upkeep in the very few areas that needed it. Its not a cheap park to live in. There are cheaper if you are looking on a small budget.

Community based 55+ living with over two hundred units close to downtown New port Richey and convient to shopping and running and all the sights of the gulf coast of Florida. Quiet, with active residents and events to excite every one and lower rent than most retirement communities in this area.

The management

They dont hardly do anything as a community. There is seldom anyone at the pool. The speed bumps are way overkill!

Dont really have too much to say about this place went to pick up my friend and drop her back home its a mobile home park for senior citizens there isnt too much going on there

We have lived here for 3 years. This mobile home park is getting very run down. Lot of drugs here. One mobile home had a brick thrown thru the window. LOTS OF CREEPY YOUNG PEOPLE LIVE HERE!!!! supposed TO BE A 55 PLUS PARK. THE MANAGEMENT WILL LET ANYONE IN HERE THAT WILL GIVE THEM MONEY.

Sunshine Lake is a community of trailer homes, is very nice, very quite and clean.

This mobile home park is a rip off, I dont recommend it to anyone. They make you pay their property tax which is horrible.

There is a rule that no motorcycles allowed in the park, last count there were 23.......guess rules only apply to certain ppl.
