Came up from the fort meyers area to visit my grandparents for a few days. The park is well kept and quiet.Im only giving it 4 stars because i see people here with dogs over the size limit which is unfair because my grandmother had to give up her dog (which belonged to her son who passed away) and these people are allowed to keep theirs simply because the administration fails to hold everyone to the same standards. There was also non residents who were also not over night guests using the pool with their 3 children. When asked who they were visiting they couldnt give an answer, my grandmother says this happens often. Its kind of frustrating when youre here to spend quality time with your family and your stuck listening to kids who arent even allowed in the park (nor do they contribute to the upkeep of the pools) but the administration does nothing about it even though it has been brought to their attention.

Bought home in here 3 years ago.Great place. Great people!! My boat is only steps away from house.Many things to do. Take boat to manyrestaurants on Cotte River.

Such a beautiful neighborhood

We spent a week at Colony Cove in early June and we loved every minute!!! The residents were wonderful and offered a lot of information about the community and the surrounding area!!!It is great how the park is run and rules are adhered to; which is why the concept of coop works for everyone.
