This is a 55+ community with over 500 mobile homes. Well maintained, very clean, & expertly managed. Multiple activities throughout the year and a very nice community center. My neighbors are friendly & helpful. The main drawback is it does have a high monthly HOA. Most hoas are in the $625 and above. Its expensive but other communities that I explored in the $200 to $400 range were poorly maintained with rundown properties. The property is ideally located with multiple restaurants, several fast food establishment, & a CVS pharmacy all within a half mile. Walmart, Publix, Sprouts, etc. are within 4 miles or less with easy access via hwy 54. Also, many medical facilities are within 2 miles or less. Its worth checking out.

It is nice there if you like living in a mobile home. Really not for me and the lot rate wow.

Beautiful park. Cozy feel. Gated community for 55 and older.

There sure are a lot of big dogs in this park. The pool is not relaxing with all the volleyball games going on. You dont get to use the pool when they are there.
