Seems like a great place always real quiet maintenance kept up and its very local to shopping centers and malls I find it to be a great Mobile home Park and if youre interested in being comfortable around friendly people then this is your place.

Great place to live, retire, some wildlife, peaceful, friendly people and quiet. There is a clubhouse, a pool and I believe theres a shuffleboard. Its not a big Mobile Home Park but it seems to be perfect in size.

Very quiet & clean community. It appears to be safe & I have heard no complaints from resident I know.

I have done furniture delivers to this mobile home park multiple times and it always look clean and well maintained.

Under new management lots of change for the good well keep .great place nice and quit gives you the feel of country living but close to everything

Lot rent over 500.00mo is to much for a fairly old park. Plus side nice pool.

Lived here from June 2013 until October 2017 when we bought a house. Quiet community with friendly neighbors. Park is kept neat and tidy and the pool area was updated since we moved in with nice pavers and new chairs and loungers. Enough activities to keep you busy enough if you like!

Five Star mobile home community very well-kept friendly people, and a quiet atmosphere. Very clean swimming pool and Clubhouse.
