Nice with lots of grumpy old folk keep your mouth shut and do not upset the apple cart. Pets are welcome BUT they rely dont like them and dont let your dog piss on the lawn! It seems that parking on the street is not a good Idea eather & a world of hurt if you own an RV. Please dont have it in front of your house if you are loading it for a trip! I do feel sorry for the President for he has to pacify all the complaining residents. Hay, its a high value and low overhead place to live, love it here.

Place is well maintained

They seem to be unnerved. Intolerant, unkind. I dont care for their attitudes of unfriendliness as if they are better than others. Snobby. Snoopy, invasive, nosy, and meddling. I would not wish to reside there unless I were better than them, whatever that is as far as their expectations! 0.

Great park. Very tidy. Lots of signs for safety. People who live in the park very friendly.
